Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mehrständerpresse o.dgl. Pressenanlage zum Formen von Blechteilen mit einander gegenüberstehenden Pressenständern. Pressenanlagen dieser Art dienen dem Umformen einer Platine, Ronde o.dgl. Blechteile, wobei in der ersten Stufe das Ziehen zur Erzeugung der Ausgangsform für die weitere Formgebung vorgesehen sein kann. Die Erfindung betrifft solche Mehrständerpressen mit mehreren, zumindest zwei Pressenstößeln, wobei der Stößelantrieb oberhalb des Pressenstößels angeordnet ist und bei denen die Krafteinleitung symmetrisch zu dessen Mittenlängsachse erfolgt.The invention relates to a multi-column press or the like. Die letztgenannten Druckschriften zeigen die Verwendung mehrerer Pressenstößel in den der Ziehstufe nachfolgenden Folgestufen sowie Zischenablagen nach jeder Bearbeitungsstufe. Die Pressenanlage umfaßt eine Anzahl Umformstufen 4, 5, die in Pressendurchlaufrichtung 6 - Werkstückdurchgang durch die Pressenanlage - einander folgen. Fig. 1 zeigt weiterhin Zuganker 3, die mit entsprechenden Zugankerbuchsen die eigentlichen Pressenständer 1 bzw. 2 bilden. Die einander gegenüberstehenden Pressenständer 2 weisen hier jeweils bei Zuganker 3 auf (auch Fig. 9), deren Mitten sich gemäß Fig. 5 auf einer gemeinsamen Mittenlinie 17 befinden. Die Pressenanlage weist weiterhin entsprechend Fig. 2 über Querträger auf dem Fundament aufgesetzte Pressentische 7 sowie vom Motorantrieb 13 des allgemein mit 12 positionierten Pressenantriebs über Getriebe in Getriebekästen 14, 15 und Pleuel 18 auf- und abbewegte Pressenstößel 8, 9 auf. Wie es insbesondere Fig. 3 erkennen läßt, sind Werkzeughälften 10, 11 jeweils auf Pressentisch 7 bzw. Pressenstößel 8, 9 orientiert. Die gezeigten Pressenstößel 8, 9 überbrücken den ansonsten vorhandenen Freiraum zwischen den einander gegenüberstehenden Pressenständern 2 und sind getrennt über die unterschiedlich auslegbaren Getriebe in dem Getriebekasten 15 und dem jeweils anderen, ebenfalls im Zwischenständerbereich der Pressenständer 1 oder oberhalb dieser befindlichen Getriebe 14 antreibbar.3,

Wie es die Fig. 6, 7 und 8 zeigen, befinden sich die Getriebe in Getriebekästen 14 bzw. 15, die zwischen den Pressenständern 1 bzw. 2 oder oberhalb dieser untergebracht sind. Im letzteren Fall sind Zuganker 19 zur Befestigung des Getriebekastens 15 an den Pressenständern 2 bzw. an mit den Pressenständern 2 starr verbundenen Längsträgern vorgesehen. Die Fign. 7 und 8 lassen einen Getriebeaufbau, hier ein Kurbelwellengetriebe mit gleiche Abgriff für Pleuel 18 erkennen, wobei ein Pleuelpaar 18 an dem Pressenstößel 8, ein zweites Pleuelpaar 18 an dem Pressenstößel 9 angelenkt ist. Es versteht sich, daß die Getriebekästen 14 entsprechend dem in dem Getriebekasten 15 verwendeten Getriebe ausgelegt ist. Die Fig. 5 läßt die symmetrische Krafteinleitung 16 aus dem Getriebekasten 15 bzw. über die in diesem untergebrachten Getriebe in die Pressenstößel 8 und 9 erkennen.As shown in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8, the gears are located in
