Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Einrichtung zum Befestigen eines Flüssigkeitsfilters an einem Maschinenteil nach der Gattung des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for attaching a liquid filter to a machine part according to the preamble of claim 1.
Es ist schon eine solche Einrichtung zum Befestigen eines Flüssigkeitsfilters an einem Maschinenteil aus der DE-GM 77 29 318 bekannt, bei der eine metallische Spannschelle mit einem schlingenförmigen Abschnitt das Gehäuse des Flüssigkeitsfilters umfaßt, wobei zwei parallele Stegabschnitte durch eine Spannschraube zusammengehalten werden und die Schelle mit zwei in einer Ebene verlaufenden Endabschnitten an einem Maschinenteil befestigbar ist. Mit solchen Metallschellen wird das Filter in der Regel an einem metallischen Fahrzeuggehäuse bzw. am Motorblock befestigt. Im Servicefall muß zum Austausch des Flüssigkeitsfilters unter Umständen nicht nur die Spannschraube, sondern auch eine Befestigungsschraube gelockert werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung zum Befestigen eines Flüssigkeitsfilters an einem Maschinenteil mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Hauptanspruchs hat demgegenüber den Vorteil, daß sie eine einfache und schnelle Montage der vormontierten Einheit bestehend aus Flüssigkeitsfilter und Halterung am Maschinenteil ermöglicht. Dies ist besonders dann zweckmäßig, wenn die vormontierte Einheit an dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Fahrzeugtank montiert werden soll. Die Einrichtung zum Befestigen des Flüssigkeitsfilters baut relativ platzsparend und kostengünstig. Eine teuere Metallhalteschelle kann entfallen; ebenso zeitaufwendige Ahschraubvorgänge. Die Befestigungseinrichtung ist servicefreundlich, da sie im Bedarfsfall einen einfachen Austausch der Einheit ermöglicht bzw. einen leichten Austausch des Flüssigkeitsfilters gewährleistet. In Figur 1 ist in vereinfachter Darstellung und als Draufsicht eine Einrichtung 10 zum Befestigen eines Flüssigkeitsfilters 11 an einem Maschinenteil dargestellt, das hier als Fahrzeugtank 12 ausgebildet ist. Die Einrichtung 10 weist zu diesem Zweck eine Halterung 13 aus Kunststoff auf, die mit einer kreisförmig ausgebildeten Spannschelle 14 das zylindrische Gehäuse des Flüssigkeitsfilters 11 ringförmig umspannt. Das Flüssigkeitsfilter 11 kann dabei in an sich bekannter Weise aus Metall oder Kunststoff gefertigt sein. Die Halterung 13 weist am Außenumfang der Spannschelle 14 angeformte Befestigungsmittel auf, die einerseits als Steckfuß 17 und andererseits als Halterarm 18 ausgebildet sind. Steckfuß 17 und Halterarm 18 sind im wesentlichen diametral an der kreisförmigen Spannschelle ausgebildet, wobei die Klemmeinrichtung 15, 16 etwa in der Mitte zwischen diesen beiden Befestigungsmitteln 17, 18 angeordnet ist. Spannschelle 14, Steckfuß 17 und Halterarm 18 erstrecken sich im wesentlichen in der gleichen Ebene. Während die frei auskragende Länge des Steckfußes 17 relativ kurz ausgebildet ist, beträgt die frei auskragende Länge des Halterarms 18 ein Vielfaches der Länge vom Steckfuß 17. Der Halterarm 18 endet somit in einem laschenartigen, gerade ausgebildeten Teil. Bezogen auf einen Durchmesser durch die Spannschelle 14 erstrecken sich ferner der Halterarm 18 einerseits und der Steckfuß 17 andererseits in einander entgegengesetzten Richtungen, wobei der Halterarm 18 etwa tangential an die Spannschelle 14 heranführt. Ferner ist am Steckfuß 17 zur Erleichterung der Montage der Halterung 13 und zum Erreichen einer spielfreien Verbindung eine kugelige Auflage 19 ausgebildet.The
In der Figur 1 ist als Maschinenteil ein Fahrzeugtank 12 dargestellt, der aus Kunststoff besteht. Der Fahrzeugtank 12 weist in seiner Außenkontur eine zur Aufnahme des Flüssigkeitsfilters 11 dienende Einformung 21 auf, wodurch zwei etwa senkrecht zueinanderstehende Wände 22, 23 gebildet sind. Die Breite dieser Wände 22, 23 ist so groß gewählt, daß sich das Flüssigkeitsfilter 11 leicht zugänglich und geschützt unterbringen läßt. Dies ist vor allem dann der Fall, wenn deren Breite etwa dem Durchmesser des Flüssigkeitsfilters 11 entspricht. An der ersten Wand 22 ist ein zum Steckfuß 17 passender Steckschuh 24 befestigt, wobei dessen Abstand von der zweiten Wand 23 etwa zwei Drittel des Durchmessers der Spannschelle 14 ausmacht. In der zweiten Wand 23 beginnt eine Rille 25, die sich weiter in der angrenzenden Außenwand 26 des Fahrzeugtanks 12 erstreckt und in welche der Halterarm 18 mit seinem auskragenden Ende eingelegt ist. In diesem Bereich ist der Halterarm 18 mit dem Fahrzeugtank 12 durch Ultraschallschweißen oder Heißsiegelschweißen befestigt, da beide Teile aus einem dazu geeigneten Kunststoff bestehen.In Figure 1, a
Die Befestigungs-Einrichtung 10 erlaubt eine schnelle und einfache Montage des Flussigkeitsfilters 11 am Fahrzeugtank 12. Filter 11 und Halterung 13, die hier als voneinander getrennte, separate Teile ausgeführt sind, werden miteinander vormontiert und durch die Klemmschraube 16 miteinander verspannt. Anschließend wird die vormontierte Einheit am Fahrzeugtank 12 befestigt, wobei der Steckfuß 17 in den Steckschuh 24 eingeführt wird und anschließend der Halterarm 18 in die gehausefeste Rille 25 eingesetzt und anschließend verschweißt wird. Somit können teuere Metallhalteschellen und Anschraubvorgänge entfallen. Im Servicefall läßt sich die Klemmschraube 16 lösen und das Flüssigkeitsfilter 11 kann aus der Halterung 13 entnommen werden, so daß ein einfacher und schneller Austausch möglich ist.The

Bei der zweiten Einrichtung 30 bilden die Halterung 31 und das Gehäuse des Flüssigkeitsfilters 11 ein gemeinsames, einziges Bauteil aus einem kraftstoffbeständigen Kunststoff, zum Beispiel Polyamid. Die Halterung 31 ist hier unmittelbar am Flüssigkeitsfilter 11 angespritzt, so daß eine gesonderte Spannschelle sowie eine Klemmschraube entfallen; die Funktion der Spannschelle, nämlich die Befestigungsmittel 17, 18 zu haltern, ist somit unmittelbar in das aus Kunststoff bestehende Gehäuse des Flüssigkeitsfilters 11 integriert. Um ferner einen einfachen Austausch von Flüssigkeitsfilter 11 mit Halterung 31 im Servicefall zu gewährleisten, ist am Ende des Halterarms 18 eine Schnappverbindung 32 vorgesehen, so daß die Halterung 31 lösbar am Fahrzeugtank 12 befestigt ist. Auch hierbei ergeben sich die bei der ersten Einrichtung 10 aufgezeigten Vorteile für eine einfache und schnelle Montage der vormontierten Einheit.In the
