Abstract
Description
Door locking device for retrofitting in an automatic sliding door of an elevator car, which is coupled to the landing door by means of curves and drivers on the floor stops and is opened and closed together with this, the locking device making it impossible to open the car door from inside the car if it is this between two floors respectively. outside the door opening zone of a floor.
Automatic door systems on elevators, which correspond to the current state of the art and the applicable regulations, meet with their designs and devices the condition that elevator passengers cannot open the car door if the car is outside the door opening zone of a floor. Now that these requirements and regulations are not very old, there are still many elevator systems that no longer meet these conditions, but are still fully functional and efficient for years to come.
Such elevator systems, respectively. However, their door systems have to be adapted to today's regulations and the problem of a practical and inexpensive solution arises in this context. It is generally desired to bring non-compliant door systems with the smallest possible intervention in the existing construction and with a few additional parts to the security standard required today.
Such a solution has become known from US Pat. No. 4,313,525. This solution relates to an automatic elevator sliding door of the usual type. A horizontally retractable coupling device on the cabin door is brought into an engaged position by the door drive in front of a stop and in the door zone of the holding floor, the shaft and cabin doors are opened with the coupled entraining and unlocking rollers. If, at the beginning of the opening process, the right driver curve on the cabin door touches the right unlocking roller of the landing door, the process continues During the opening movement, the right driver curve, which is stored in a parallelogram, is pushed to the right and lifted up at the same time. A vertical push rod mechanically connected to the right drive cam is also moved upwards and lifts a locking hook out of the locked position, which mechanically unlocks the cabin door.
In principle, the solution disclosed in this way can meet the requirements mentioned at the beginning. A general application does not appear to be possible, because a part that moves vertically when engaging with the shaft door must be available for the unlocking, so that the solution shown cannot obviously count as a universal retrofit device.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of providing a door locking device which can be retrofitted to most existing, non-compliant door systems, which does not require any change to the existing construction, which is simple and safe, and which can be carried out in the shortest possible time. and material costs can be installed.
This object is achieved by the invention characterized in the claims.
The advantages achieved by the invention consist essentially in the fact that the subsequent installation of the device means no intervention in an existing construction, that the device can be installed in a short time and that it is simple and inexpensive to manufacture.

The coupling and driver mechanism shown in cross section in FIG. 3 additionally shows a
In FIG. 4, a left and right driver angle are additionally designated as 26 and 27 and indicated by dashed lines as driver device on the shaft door side. In the position shown, the cabin door is coupled to the shaft door (not shown) and the
Ferner ist das Ende des Drahtzugmantels 5 mit der Bride 6 links auf der Fläche des Türflügels 10 befestigt.6, 7 and 8 show the same situations as FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 with the difference that the
The device described above works as follows: A high-quality wire pull jacket with an externally protective-coated spring coil and internal low-friction Teflon coating is used as the wire pull element and a bare and corrosion-protected spring steel wire that glides easily in it is used as the pull wire. The cabin door can be free for manual opening if the
The two variants of the invention differ in that in the first variant according to FIGS. 1, 3, 4 and 5 the
Instead of a wire pull for the locking hook actuation, any other commercially available means can be used, such as cable pulls of all kinds or flexible push-pull elements with sliding or rolling functionality. Furthermore, the problem could also be solved with an open transmission using a flexible traction means 33 in the form of a string, cord or wire cable, which is deflected, for example, below right next to
