Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist ein einfach augebildetes und manuell zu betätigendes Werkzeug vorgesehen, welches im wesentlichen aus einem Schaft, aus einem an einem Ende des Schaftes angebrachten Handgriff und einem an dem anderen Ende des Schaftes angebrachten Kurvenstück (Exzenter) ausgebildet ist. Sind nach dem Aufspannen einer Druckplatte und beispielsweise zusätzlichen ersten Probedrucken entsprechende Korrekturen durchzuführen, so wird dieses Werkzeug mit dem Ende, an welchem sich das Kurvenstück befindet, in diejenige Bohrung des Spannschienenabschnittes gesteckt, an welchem eine Korrektur gewünscht ist. Durch Verdrehen des Kurvenstückes wird sodann dieser Spannschienenabschnitt in Richtung Druckplatte stärker spannen um genau den vorgesehenen Betrag bewegt. Nach erfolgter Korrektur um den gewünschten Betrag kann das erfindungsgemäße Werkzeug wieder aus der Bohrung herausgenommen werden. Da die Druckplatte aufgrund der Spannkraft eine sehr hohe Reibkraft gegenüber dem Plattenzylinder aufweist, reicht nun ebenfalls die etwas geringere Kraft des oder der Federelemente aus um diese Korrektur aufrechtzuerhalten, also den korrigierten Spannschienenabschnitt in der mittels dem Werkzeug eingestellten Position zu halten.According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a tool of simple design and manual operation is provided, which is essentially made up of a shaft, a handle attached to one end of the shaft and a curved piece (eccentric) attached to the other end of the shaft. Beispielsweise mittels hydraulischer Kolben, die in ihrer Ausgangs- bzw. Ruhestellung nicht formschlüssig auf die Spannschiene einwirken, kann nach einer ersten Ansteuerung eben die Kolbenstange dieses Hydraulikzylinders in formschlüssigen Kontakt mit der Spannschiene gebracht werden und sodann durch entsprechende Druckmittelbeaufschlagung die Spannschiene um den entsprechenden Korrekturweg bewegt werden. Der Korrekturweg könnte beispielsweise durch an der Spannschiene angebrachte Wegmesser erfaßt werden. Auch wäre es möglich die hervorgerufene Korrektur durch Begutachten von Probebogen zu beurteilen und die Korrektur genau dann abzubrechen, wenn das Druckergebnis hinsichtlich dieses Kriteriums einwandfrei ist. Spannschienenabschnitte in die in Fig. 3 gezeigte Stellung vorgeschwenkt werden. In dieser Stellung erfolgt das Klemmen der Endkante der Druckplatte 6. In jede Bohrung 15 kann dabei das als Zapfen 16 ausgebildete Ende eines insgesamt mit 17 bezeichneten manuell betätigbare Spanneinrichtung (Spannwerkzeug) eingesteckt werden, welche in Fig. 1 gezeigt ist. Gemäß Fig. 1 besteht das Spannwerkzeug aus einem wellenförmigen Schaft 18 an dessen einem Ende der in die Bohrungen 15 einzuführende Zapfen und an dessen anderen Ende ein Handgriff 19 angebracht ist, der beispielsweise aus zwei Querbolzen zum manuellen Aufbringen eines größeren Drehmomentes ausgebildet ist.In Fig. 2 it is shown that in addition to the articulations of the tie rods 8 and thus the compression springs 10 and the actuating shaft 14 via the lever 13, a bore 15 is made in the cylinder-fixed plate 11. Wie ebenfalls in Fig. 1 erkennbar, ist dabei das Kurvenstück 20 in einer derartigen Höhe des mit dem Zapfen 16 in die Bohrung 15 eingeführten Spannwerkzeuges angebracht, so daß die Außenkontur des Kurvenstückes 20 unter optimaler Hebelwirkung an der unteren und zur Grube 2 gewandten Seite der Befestigungseinrichtung 3 angreift.Above the pin 16, the clamping tool has a curve piece 20, which is shown in FIG. 2 in the form of an eccentric section. Claims (5)

  1.
