Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung für die Herstellung von Öffnungen, beispielsweise von Eingußöffnungen und Entlüftungsbohrungen, in einer in einem Form-Oberkasten befindlichen, vorzugsweise in einer Formmaschine hergestellten Gießform aus verdichtetem Formsand, wobei mittels einer geeigneten Fördereinrichtung taktweise Formkästen, insbesondere jeweils ein Form-Oberkasten alternierend mit einem Form-Unterkasten, in einen Arbeitsbereich über der Vorrichtung bewegbar sind, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Positioniereinrichtung aufweist, mit deren Hilfe Werkzeuge (3, 5) zum Einbringen der Öffnungen in Quer- und Längsrichtung der Gießform bewegbar sind, ein erstes Werkzeug (3) zur Herstellung einer Eingußöffnung oder dergleichen und ein zweites Werkzeug (5) zur Herstellung einer Entlüftungsbohrung oder dergleichen auf einem gemeinsamen Werkzeugträger (WT) der Positioniereinrichtung vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
beide Werkzeuge (3, 5) auf dem gemeinsamen Werkzeugträger (WT) gleichsinnig angeordnet und getrennt arretierbar sind, und daß der horizontale Abstand der auf dem gemeinsamen Werkzeugträger angeordneten Werkzeuge (3, 5) in etwa einem Fördertakt (T) der Fördereinrichtung entspricht, so daß das eine Werkzeug (3, 5) in einer ersten durch die Fördereinrichtung (FE) bestimmten Arbeitspositionierung eines Form-Oberkastens (1) und das andere Werkzeug (5, 3) in der folgenden, durch einen Fördertakt (T) bestimmte Arbeitspositionierung des gleichen Form-Oberkastens (1) für die Herstellung jeweils einer Öffnung in der Gießform betätigbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuge (3;5) so vorgesehen sind, daß ein senkrecht nach oben gerichteter Werkzeug-Vorschub (WV1;WV2) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daR für jeden Werkzeug-Vorschub (WV1;WV2) ein gesonderter Antrieb (2;4) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (WT) als Ausleger ausgebildet ist, der in und quer zu der Förderrichtung (FR) der Gießform auf einer Traverse (TR) der Positioniereinrichtung bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daR die Traverse (TR) auf einem ortsfesten Gestell (GE) der Positioniereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, an der sich auch der Antrieb (6) für den Werkzeugträger (WT) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (WT) auf der Traverse (TR) so verschiebbar ist, daß mindestens eines der Werkzeuge (3;5) in einer Stellung positionierbar ist, daß die Oberseite der Gießform an jeder beliebigen Stelle bearbeitbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegbarkeit des Werkzeugträgers (WT) in Förderrichtung (FR) mindestens so groß ist wie die Länge (T) eines Fördertaktes.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Werkzeug (3;5) in Förderrichtung (FR) vor und das andere Werkzeug (5;3) in Förderrichtung (FR) hinter der Traverse (TR) auf dem Werkzeugträger (WT) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Achs-Abstand (A) der Werkzeuge (3;5) in Förderrichtung (FR) der Länge (T) eines Fördertaktes mindestens gleich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuge (3;5) an den Enden (E1;E2) des Werkzeugträgers (WT) befestigt sind.
