- the perforations perform the function of individual injector nozzles 29a, 29b, which have a suction effect the surrounding flue gas 20 so that each Injector nozzle 29a, 29b each only a certain proportion sucked in flue gas 20, whereupon over the entire axial length the perforated plate 27, 28 a uniform flue gas admixture takes place.
- This configuration causes that already at the point of contact of the two media, i.e. the Fresh air 19 and the flue gas 20, an intimate mixture takes place, so the flow length of the inlet channels 25, 26 can be minimized for the mixture formation can.
- the local jet injector configuration also stands out 300 characterized in that the geometry of the premix burner 200, especially what the shape and size of the tangential air inlet slots 21, 22, remains dimensionally stable, i.e. through the evenly dosed Distribution of the hot smoke gases 20 along the Entire axial length of the premix burner 200 arise no thermal distortions.
- the same jet injector configuration like the one just described here applies also for axial fresh air / flue gas mixture formation.
- the inflow cross section 18 is here also with a Number of injector nozzles 29c covered, which after the same Principle of how the injector nozzles 29a, 29b work, which also symbolizes from Fig. 1.

Description
The present invention relates to a furnace according to the preamble of claim 1. It also concerns a Process for operating such a system.
Gemäss Luftreinhalte-Verordnung muss beim Betrieb einer
Feuerungsanlage nicht nur im ordentlich Lastbetrieb, sondern
auch während der ganzen Startphase sicher gestellt
werden, dass die maximal vorgeschriebenen Emissionswerte
der aus der Verbrennung entstehenden Schadstoffe nicht
überschritten werden. Es ist zu diesem Zweck bekannt geworden,
der Frischluft einen Anteil Rauchgase beizumischen,
d.h. eine Rauchgasrezirkulation zu betreiben. Insbesondere
According to the Air Pollution Control Ordinance, when operating a combustion system, it must be ensured not only in normal load operation, but also during the entire start-up phase that the maximum prescribed emission values of the pollutants resulting from combustion are not exceeded. For this purpose, it has become known to add a proportion of flue gases to the fresh air, ie to operate a flue gas recirculation. In particular during the start-up phase, in order to ensure ignition of the mixture at all, efforts must be made to keep the recirculation rate as low as possible. The recirculation rate may later be increased appropriately. The necessary recirculation rate can be set by appropriate measures. Based on the knowledge that a small flue gas recirculation never brings the minimum possible pollutant emission values with it, whereby an insufficient admixture further increases this effect. Conversely, the problem cannot be avoided by consciously operating at a higher reciculation rate, because during transient operation this would inevitably entail the risk that ignition and flame stability could be affected.
From EP-A1-0 436 113, a firing system has become known which has a blower which acts outside the envelope of the firing system and which draws in fresh air and mixes it with a certain proportion of smoke gases drawn in from the combustion chamber. The resulting fresh air / flue gas mixture flows through a first heat exchanger on its way to the combustion chamber, the calorific treatment of which is achieved by the flue gases supplied. In the combustion chamber itself, this mixture flows through a heat exchanger placed there. Before this mixture is fed to a burner as combustion air, it is subjected to a further admixture of smoke gases via a main jet injector. This flue gas admixing technique requires a relatively long mixture-forming section upstream of the entry into the interior of the burner, whereby a central suction of flue gases can always lead to shape instability.
From GB-A-2 043 869 a furnace has become known, in which there are radially acting injector nozzles to form combustion air. With this prior art it can be seen that the injector nozzles are only radial are directed, i.e. an integral cover of all of the fresh air associated Inflow area in connection with a burner is not proposed here. For a combustion where the target predominates, minimized Pollutant emissions can be achieved during the entire operation of the plant but it is essential that the supply of the fresh air / flue gas mixture is handled comprehensively and optimally, i.e. the degree of fresh air / flue gas mixture must be better and more targeted.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as it is characterized in the claims, the Task based on a furnace of the beginning type referred to the flue gas recirculation rate minimizing pollutant emissions throughout To operate the furnace in such a way that maximizing the homogeneity of the Fresh air / flue gas mixture with simultaneous minimization the length of the mixture-forming route can be.
The main advantage of the invention is that that despite maximizing the flue gas recirculation rate in every phase of the operation of the furnace, which is for minimizing pollutant emissions below that is responsible, no negative Influences on the flame arise.
This can be achieved by using the firing system like this is trained and provided with means which a can trigger passive flue gas recirculation. The Firing system is designed so that the flue gases automatically directly into the area of influence of the suction effect of the incoming fresh air and come with it to combine this into a combustion air mixture. The Means are that the introduction of fresh air happens via the largest possible number of jet injectors. The individual injectors are initially outside the actual burner, they each suck a certain amount of smoke gas, that the formation of fresh air and flue gases Combustion air by dividing it into as possible many partial flows have an optimal degree of mixing. This inevitably leads to the mixing area between injector and suction area can be maximized can, with the effect that the larger these areas are, the greater the flue gas recirculation rate, what on the one hand to better evaporation of the fuel and on the other hand leads to cooling the flame.
Another important advantage of the invention is that to see that the division described above into one immediate and better mixture formation with minimized Mixing section leads, which has a positive effect on the dimensioning of the burner.
Another important advantage of the invention is that to see the injectors by size and location can be targeted, for example around the to meet the final purpose, relatively more at part load to recirculate, or at full load the aerodynamics of the Do not negatively influence Brenners.
Advantageous and expedient developments of the inventive Task solutions are in the further claims featured.

Fig. 1 zeigt in eine schematische Darstellung eine Feuerungsanlage
100, welche im wesentlichen aus einem in sich
abgeschlossenen Brennraum 11 besteht, der seinerseits mit
mindestens einem Brenner 200 bestückt ist. Beim gezeigten
ohne weitere fremde Hilfe eingestellt.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a
aufeinander liegen.
Frischluft/Rauchgas-Gemisch bestehende Verbrennungsluft
15, 16 in den Innenraum 14 des Vormischbrenners 200
strömt. Die beiden kegeligen Teilkörper 1, 2 haben je
einen zylindrischen Anfangsteil 1a, 2a, die ebenfalls analog
zu den Teilkörpern 1, 2 versetzt zueinander verlaufen,
so dass die tangentialen Lufteintrittsschlitze 21, 22 über
die ganze Länge des Vormischbrenners 200 vorhanden sind.
Selbstverständlich kann der Vormischbrenner 200 rein kegelig,
also ohne zylindrische Anfangsteile 1a, 2a ausgebildet
Rauchgas zusammengesetzte Verbrennungsluft 16 bereitstellen.
21, 22 (Vgl. Fig. 3) der dort durchströmenden
weiteren Verbrennungsluft 16 umschlossen. In Strömungsrichtung
To better understand the structure of the
15 wird in einem Jet-Injektorsystem 300 aufbereitet;
die axial herangeführte Luft wird ebenfalls in
einem Jet-System aufbereitet. Stromauf jedes Einlaufkanals
In Strömungsrichtung
Demnach
sind sämtliche Einströmungsöffnungen der Frischluft 19 vor
deren Gemischbildung mit Rauchgas 20 in Strömungsrichtung
zum Innenraum des Vormischbrenners 200 mit einen dichten
Netz von Injektordüsen 29a, 29b, 29c versehen, welche den
Grad des Frischluft/Rauchgas-Gemisches bestimmen. Fig. 3 is a section approximately in the middle of the
