Abstract

Displacement device for sliding walls of freight cars, which can be used under the conditions of use of high-speed bogies in freight car traffic in the highly restricted installation space of the longitudinal carrier, a sliding element (1) being mounted in a rolling fashion on the lower chord of the longitudinal carrier (12), the sliding element (1) being actuated with a lever device (7) and consisting of a rail component (13) on which the running roller (6) of the sliding wall rests and this rail component (13) closing the gap of the running rail (8) which is attached to the wagon and passes through and the roller thus being able to roll onto the running rail (8) when the wall is opened, and a movable rail (5) which is connected downstream closing the gap in the running rail (8) which passes through when the sliding element (1) moves into the cavity of the longitudinal carrier (12), and the sliding element (1) with supporting component and movable rail (5) with associated pull rod forming one constructional unit. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ausstelleinrichtung für Schiebewände von Güterwagen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to an opening device for sliding walls of freight wagons according to the preamble of claim 1.

Güterwagen für den normalen Geschwindigkeitsbereich sind mit Laufwerken ausgerüstet, die durch ihre Geometrie ausreichend Platz für Ausschwenkeinrichtungen bekannter Art bieten. Für Hochgeschwindigkeitsfahrzeuge sind Laufwerke mit größerem Raumbedarf erforderlich, so daß im Bereich der Langträger nur noch wenig Freiraum für Anbauteile verbleibt und die bekannten Lösungen für das Ausschwenken der Seitenwände nicht anwendbar sind. Eine diesem Anliegen entgegenkommende Lösung ist mit der DE-AS 2640351 bekanntgeworden. Für einen Eisenbahngüterwagen mit mehrteiliger Seitenwand sind die Wandteile mit ihren unteren Stützprofilen unmittelbar auf Lagerelementen abgestützt und in Längs- und Querrichtung verschiebbar. Dieses Prinzip der Lagerelementenanordnung ist für die Anwendung eines Ausfahrmechanismus bei einer durchgehenden und nur im Umsetzbereich unterbrochenen entlang des Längsträgers angeordneten Laufschiene nicht ohne weiteres übertragbar und anwendbar.Freight wagons for the normal speed range are equipped with bogies which, due to their geometry, offer sufficient space for known pivoting devices. Gemäß Figur 1 ist in Schließstellung der Schiebewand im Bereich des Rollenfußes 11 der Schiebewand in dem Langträger 12 ein Schiebekörper 1 gelagert, auf dessen Schienenteil 13 die Laufrolle 6 des Rollenfußes 11 der Schiebewand aufliegt. Das Schienenteil 13 korrespondiert mit dem unterbrochenen Schienenbereich der Laufschiene 8, die außerhalb und entlang des Langträgers 12 angeordnet ist. Mit dem Schiebekörper 1 ist eine Schleppschiene 5 über eine Schleppstange 3 verbunden, wobei die Schleppschiene 5 ebenfalls mit dem unterbrochenen Schienenbereich der Laufschiene 8 korrespondiert. Der Schiebekörper 1 ist in einem Führungsgehäuse 4 verschiebbar gelagert. Zwischen Führungsgehäuse 4 und Schiebekörper 1 sind Rollenlager-Rollen 2 vorgesehen. An dem Schiebekörper 1 sind beidseitig Zapfen 9 angeordnet, in die Hebel 7 eingreifen, die an einer im Langträger 12 durchgehenden Welle 10 befestigt sind und an dieser Welle 10 sind Betätigungseinrichtungen z. B. Verstellhebel 14 angebracht. In Geschlossenstellung der Schiebewand wird bei einer Drehbewegung der Welle 10 durch Betätigung des Verstellhebels 14 über den Hebel 7 und Zapfen 9 der Schiebekörper 1 in dem Führungsgehäuse 4 geradlinig nach außen hin bewegt und die Laufrolle 6 des Rollenfußes 11 der Schiebewand wird dabei in der horizontalen Ebene aus dem Innenbereich des Langträgers 12 so weit herausbewegt, daß das Schienenteil 13 des Schiebekörpers 1 die unterbrochene Laufschiene 8 ausfüllt und somit die Laufrolle 6 auf die Laufschiene 8 rollen und die Schiebewand aus ihrer Schließstellung bewegt werden kann. Wird die Schiebewand geschlossen und ist dabei der Schiebekörper 1 in den Innenraum des Langträgers 12 zurückgeführt worden, wird die unterbrochene Laufschiene 8 mit der Schleppschiene 5 über eine Schleppstange 3 verschlossen. In dieser Geschlossenstellung sind nahezu alle für die Bewegung der Schiebewand konstruktiv bedingten Ausstelleinrichtungsteile in dem Innenbereich des Langträgers 12 eingefahren und auch die Unterbrechung der Laufschiene 8 im Bereich des Rollenfußes 11 ist durch den Teil der Schleppschiene 5 verschlossen.According to FIG. 1, in the closed position of the sliding wall in the area of the roller base 11, the sliding wall is mounted in the long support 12, a sliding body 1, on the rail part 13 of which the roller 6 of the roller base 11 of the sliding wall rests. Weitere günstige Strömungsverhältnisse werden damit erreicht, daß das Schienenteil der Schleppschiene 5 im geschlossenen Zustand der Wand die durchgehende Laufschiene 8 mit ihrer Unterbrechung im Umsetzbereich schließt. Die Ausstelleinrichtung nimmt geringen Raum ein und ist für die Unterbringung im Langträger 12 konzipiert und geeignet. Claims (2)
