Abstract

A swinging and sliding door for vehicles, in particular public transport vehicles. A horizontally extending running rail (4) in which a roller guide (5) engages is arranged on the inside of the door wing (2) essentially in the region of the horizontal centre. The roller guide (5) is held in an intermediate mount (6) which is displaceably held in a mount (6) which is permanently connected to the body of the vehicle. During the opening movement of the door, the door wing (2) is moved initially outwards in a first movement step (Ö1) before being displaced laterally on the roller guide (5) in a second movement step. During the closing movement of the door, after moving into the door opening the door wing is given an additional movement parallel to the displacement direction of the second movement step (Ö2) in the reverse direction with respect to the first movement step (Ö1). This results in locking devices arranged on the door wing (2) engaging one in the other. The locking elements are arranged on the vertical side edges of the door wing on a frame (14) which runs all around the inside of the door wing and provides rigidity while their counter elements are located on the door frame (1). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a swing-out sliding door for vehicles, in particular vehicles for public transport with the features from the preamble of patent claim 1.

Die Konstruktionen zur Aufhängung und Führung des Türflügels sind verhältnismäßig aufwendig.EP 196 488 B1 describes a sliding door with a door frame arranged in an opening in the side wall of the vehicle body and a door wing provided on its outer edges with a circumferential seal, which initially moves the door from a closed position into a displacement position in a first movement step and then in a second movement step in the horizontal direction is laterally moved into the open position, the direction of movement of the first Movement step lies exclusively perpendicular to the direction of displacement of the second movement step. In this known sliding door, the door leaf is suspended in the area of its upper edge and guided in the area of the upper edge and the lower edge. The suspension device has a support rail arranged in the direction of displacement, which extends essentially over the width of the door opening and on which the door leaf is suspended by means of a support member. The suspension device can be pivoted outwards by means of cranks in the first movement step of the opening, after which the door leaf is laterally moved along the outside of the vehicle body into the opening position in the second movement step. The designs for hanging and guiding the door leaf are relatively complex.

There are also described in DE 34 19 338 and EP 0 358 874 A1 external sliding doors for vehicles, in particular motor vehicles, in which an arm is articulated on the door wing in the region of the horizontal center or between the horizontal center and the lower edge, which carries a roller carriage, which in a rail arranged on the outside of the vehicle body is running. The rail and possibly other guide rails are designed such that the door leaf is guided out of the door opening in a first phase of the opening movement and then moved laterally, these two movement steps partially overlapping. These constructions are also Relatively complex with regard to the guidance of the door leaf and a secure all-round sealing of the door leaf encounters difficulties.

A swing-out sliding door with the features from the preamble of claim 1 is described in the older EP-A-0 589 180.

The invention has for its object to design a swing-out sliding door with the features specified in the preamble of claim 1 so that it withstands extremely high loads with a structurally simple structure and great reliability in the closed state, so that it can be used in particular in high-speed trains.

This object is achieved according to the invention with the features from the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the subclaims.

The basic idea of the invention is based on the idea known from the above-mentioned older document, to design the door leaf as a kind of "cover", which is placed on the door frame, lifted off the door frame at the start of the opening movement and then moved laterally. Guidance and leadership This cover is done, as in the older case, essentially only in the horizontal center via a roller guide which engages in the running rail of the door leaf and which, so that the door opening remains essentially free, in a lateral holder which is arranged in the vicinity of the door frame in the direction the first movement step is guided.

A circumferential, stiffening frame serves to stabilize the door leaf and the locking of the closed state of the door, even at high vehicle speeds, is effected by a separate locking device which is brought into the locking position by an additional movement in the closed state of the door.

As is shown in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment, the locking device can be designed such that the additional movement is carried out by the entire door leaf in the closed state. However, it is also possible to design the locking device in such a way that the additional movement is not given to the entire door leaf, but rather only part of the drive device for moving the door leaf in the direction of the second movement step, with which a locking element is coupled.

To drive the door leaf in the two movement steps and to generate the additional movement can serve electric motors, wherein the drive motor for the second movement step, that is, the lateral displacement, can be designed as a contactlessly operating linear motor. In this case, it is expedient if the locking elements are firmly connected to the door leaf and, in order to generate the additional movement, the entire door leaf is moved by a predetermined distance from its own drive device when closed.

However, it is also possible to use a rack and pinion drive to drive the door leaf in the direction of the second movement step, with a toothed rack which is mounted on the door leaf in the direction of the additional movement against spring force and into which a pinion driven by an electric motor engages. In this case, a locking element is fixedly arranged on the rack and the additional movement is only given to the rack against the acting spring force in the closed state of the door leaf.

In the following, an embodiment for a sliding door according to the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The swing-out sliding door shown in the drawings can be arranged in a manner not specifically shown, for example in an opening in the side wall of the carriage of a high-speed train. In Fig. 1 you can see the door frame 1 and a door leaf 2 with a circumferential seal 3, which is provided on its inside in the region of the horizontal center with a horizontally running track 4. A roller guide 5, which is only indicated in FIGS. 1 to 3, engages in the running rail 4, which is arranged within a housing designated by 12 in FIGS. 2 and 3 and is displaceably mounted in an intermediate holder 6.2, which in turn is in a horizontal direction Ö3 is slidably mounted in a bracket 6 which is attached to the left side post in FIG. 1 of the door frame 1. The sliding door is an external one Sliding door trained. As indicated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the opening movement takes place in that the door leaf 2 is first displaced outwards in the direction Ö1 and then laterally in the direction Ö2 along the outer wall of the vehicle. The closing movement takes place in reverse order. 4 and 5, the roller guide for the door leaf and its holder are shown in more detail. In the arranged on the inside of the door leaf 2 runner 4 engage on their top and bottom pairs of rollers 5.1 and 5.2, which are attached to a U-shaped roller guide part 5, which is arranged via a pair of horizontally next to each other guide rods 7 (in Fig. 4 is only one of them visible) are guided in a bracket part 6.1 which is L-shaped in cross section and which is firmly connected to an intermediate bracket 6.2. The movement drive in the direction of the first movement step Ö1 takes place by means of an electric motor 10 which is firmly connected to the intermediate holder 6.2 and which drives a toothed wheel 9 which engages in a pinion 8 which is firmly connected to the roller guide part 5.

The movement drive in the direction of the second movement step Ö2 takes place via a non-contact linear motor 13, which is arranged inside the roller guide part 5 of the running rail 4 and drives it directly.

Die Rollenführung 5 und die Antriebsmittel sind wie aus Fig. 4 und 5 ersichtlich, innerhalb eines zweiteiligen Gehäuses angeordnet, dessen einer Teil 12.1 zusammen mit dem Türflügel 2 und der Rollenführung 5 bewegbar ist, während der andere Teil 12.2 fest mit der Zwischenhalterung 6.2 verbunden ist.4 and 5, the roller guide 5 and the drive means are arranged within a two-part housing, one part 12.1 of which can be moved together with the door leaf 2 and the roller guide 5, while the other part 12.2 is firmly connected to the intermediate holder 6.2 .

The intermediate bracket 6.2 is slidably supported by a guide 6.3 in the bracket 6 firmly connected to the door frame 1. The intermediate holder 6.2 is driven relative to the holder 6 via a drive with a spindle 11 arranged on the guide 6.3 and a spindle drive 13 (not shown in more detail) driven by an electric motor.

As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3 and 6 and 7, the door leaf 2 has a circumferential, stiffening frame 14 on the inside. In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the elastic door leaf is under a prestress , which has the effect that, in the open state shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral side edges of the door leaf 2 are offset inwards towards the door frame 1 with respect to the central region. When closing the door after placing the side edges of the door leaf on the counter surfaces on the door frame 1, the door leaf 2 is pulled further inwards by the drive 8, 9, 10 against the action of the elastic force of the door leaf, so that the side edges over the circumferential
Seal 3 are pressed firmly onto the counter surfaces on the door frame 1, so that the door leaf 2 bears tightly against the counter surfaces of the door frame 1 on all four side edges, so that on the one hand no rattling of parts of the door leaf that are not in contact can occur and on the other hand a complete all-round seal is ensured is. It should be noted that this elastic formation of the door leaf is not a necessary condition for the proper functioning of the door. Rather, the door leaf can also be designed to be relatively rigid, in which case the elastic counterforces are applied by the appropriately designed all-round seal 3.

A locking device is described below with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, by means of which the door leaf 2 can be securely locked in the closed position.

The locking device has on the side edge of the door leaf 2, which lies in the direction of the additional movement of the door leaf denoted in FIGS. 1 and 6, at least one locking element which is designed as a bolt 15.1 extending in the horizontal direction, which is on the peripheral frame 14 is fixedly arranged and opposes a counter element designed as a receptacle 15.2, which is fastened to the door frame 1.

At least one locking element lies on the edge of the door leaf 2 lying opposite the direction Ö3, which is designed as a receptacle 16.1 arranged on the inside of the frame 14, for example in the form of a bore. Together with this bore acts as a pin 16.2 counter element which is attached to the door frame 1 by a bracket 16.3.

Die Entriegelungsbewegung erfolgt in umgekehrter Richtung zur Richtung Ö3.When the door leaf 2 is retracted into the door opening in the direction Ö1 after the closing movement, as shown in FIG. 7, the bolt 15.1 is opposite the receptacle 15.2, while the pin 16.2 is opposite the receptacle 16.1. In this position the door leaf is still unlocked. The door wing is now given the intermediate bracket 6.2, the roller guide 5 and the running rail 4, which are locked together in this state, via the drive 11-13, an additional movement in the direction Ö3, which leads to the fact that the door wing 2 which is already closed is in offset in this direction by a predetermined distance, wherein, as shown in Fig. 6, the bolt 15.1 engage in the receptacle 15.2 and the pin 16.2 in the receptacle 16.1. In this position, the door leaf is firmly locked. The unlocking movement takes place in the opposite direction to direction Ö3.
