Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Transport von Werkstücken in einer Stufenpresse nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for transporting workpieces in a step press according to the preamble of claim 1.

Es ist deshalb erforderlich, daß das in der letzten Werkzeugstufe durchgetrennte Doppelteil beim weiteren Transport eine zusätzliche Unterstützung erhält, damit das Teil nicht durchhängt. Hierfür schlägt die bekannte Vorrichtung eine Quertraverse zwischen den Greiferschienen vor, auf welcher im Bereich der Trennstelle ein Ausleger angeordnet ist, an dessen Ende eine zusätzliche Teileunterstützung vorgesehen ist. Die Greiferzangen sind an den Greiferschienen befestigt und führen die Bewegungen der Greiferschienen 9, 9' durch. Hierdurch kann das als Doppelteil ausgebildete Werkstück 11 in halben Stufenschritten mittels der Greiferschienen durch die Presse transportiert werden, wobei die dreidimensionale Bewegung der Greiferschienen zur Erfassung des Werkstücks im Werkzeugraum und zur Anhebung des Werkstücks vom Unterwerkzeug dient. Die Längsbewegung der Greiferschiene transportiert dann das angehobene Werkstück zu einer zwischen den Pressenständern angeordnete Leerstufe bzw. von einer solchen Leerstufe in die nächste Pressenstation. Hierfür ist der Hebelarm 19 über den Drehpunkt 26 hinaus um einen Betrag l4 verlängert, um eine wippenförmige Anordnung zu bilden. Der verlängerte Arm 31 weist an seinem außenliegenden Ende eine Führungsrolle 27 auf, die in einer Kulissenführung 28 in einem seitlich an der Greiferschiene befestigten Gehäuse 29 angeordnet ist. In Fig. 5 ist die Seitenansicht dieser Kulissenführung nochmals dargestellt. Wird der jeweilige Schlitten 20 mittels der Kolbenzylindereinheit 30 relativ zur Greiferschiene 9, 9' längs der Wegstrecke l1 bewegt, so läuft die Führungsrolle 27 in der Kulissenführung 28 bei der Bewegung in Richtung Werkstück nach oben, so daß der Hebelarm 19 entsprechend der Wippenwirkung nach unten läuft und die in Fig. 3 dargestellte durchgezogene Strichstellung einnimmt. Die Kulisse 28 weist dabei eine Formgebung bzw. einen Verlauf auf, der dem geforderten Bewegungsverlauf des Querarm 19, 19' dahingehend entspricht, um zum einen von einer Ausgangsposition unterhalb das Werkstück zu gelangen (Stütz- und Transportlage) und zum anderen um beim Rückfahren zum Überfahren des Werkstücks aus dessen Störbereich zu gelangen. Fährt der jeweilige Schlitten in Fig. 5 in die rechte Position, d. h. vom Werkstück weg, so befindet sich die Führungsrolle in der Kulissenführung in einer unteren Position gemäß der Darstellung in Fig. 5, wodurch der jeweilige Querarm 19 in die in Fig. 3 dargestellte gestrichelte Stellung entlang des Pfeils 25 nach oben schwenkt.
