The invention relates to a bridge with at least one bridge element, which has a bridge base body with beveled end faces and roadway plates which can be pivoted about an axis arranged in the region of the upper edge of the beveled end faces, ramp plates being articulated on the end of the roadway plates opposite the pivot axis and the carriageway slabs either rest on the sloping end surfaces to form a drive-up position and the ramp plates lie on the embankment base, or the carriageway slabs for connecting two bridge elements to form a bridge are pivoted away from the end surfaces and the ramp plates are pivoted downward into a substantially vertical position and the facing carriageway slabs to be coupled to bridge elements can be locked and unlocked directly with each other by means of a coupling hook, and wherein a lower chord lock is provided with which the lower chords of the Br to be coupled back elements can be locked. The invention further relates to a device for laying a bridge.
Layable bridges, which are used in particular as pioneer bridges, are designed in such a way that they are pushed and deposited over a river or valley cut with the aid of a vehicle provided with a laying device. For this purpose, the bridges are either in one piece or made of as few parts as possible built in dimensions that allow transport on a land vehicle. In the case of multi-part bridges, the requirement must be met that the individual sections not only can be easily joined together, but must also be designed for relatively high vehicle loads. A generic bridge, at EP-A-0 374 019 discloses that the or each bridge element has a pivotable carriageway plate at one end, and a vehicle suitable for laying a bridge consisting of one or two bridge sections or elements. A bridge is known from EP-A-0 391 149, the bridge element or elements of which is or are provided at both ends with pivotable roadway plates, and a laying vehicle suitable for laying the bridge.
For bridges of this type, the length of which can be made variable, a bridge element or section is provided with at least one joint having an axis running horizontally and perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the bridge, around which a roadway section located in the end region of the section can be pivoted. The roadway and the roadway section can be formed in one piece or as two parallel track lines. The foldable lane sections can either be swung up so that the end thereof can be coupled and locked together with the end of the base body with another bridge element, or the lane sections are folded down on the base body and form a ramp. Both according to EP-A-0 374 019 and EP-A-0 391 149, linear motors, in particular hydraulic cylinders, are proposed as adjusting devices for pivoting the road sections.
The invention has for its object to develop a bridge of the type mentioned and a laying device such that the handling when laying the bridge by the laying device can be simplified and improved without sacrificing flexibility in adapting to existing obstacle widths.
This object is achieved in that the coupling hook over a Traction means can be actuated by a rotatable coupling shaft and that the lower belt lock is connected to the deck plate lock via a common actuation arrangement.
By means of the common actuation arrangement for locking the pivotable roadway plates or sections and the lower chords, these can be locked and released together and simultaneously - and thus in a simple and time-saving manner - for connecting to a further bridge element or for separating two bridge elements. The actuation or release of the two interlocks can now be carried out in a simple manner from the laying device. The construction described is also mechanically robust and not susceptible to faults.
Developments of the invention are described in the subclaims. The joint between the roadway plate and the ramp plate is preferably prestressed by means of a spring, a torsion spring in particular having proven itself. This ensures that even in the ramp position of the carriageway slab, the pretension in the torsion spring is still so great that the tip of the ramp slab does not come to lie below the level of the lower edge of the bridge.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the locking of two lower straps is preferably designed as a bolt coupling with bolts which are displaceably guided transversely to the bridge elements, the bolts engaging in the locking position in bores of tabs or cheeks of the lower straps of the bridge elements. The use of the bolt coupling enables the lower chords to be coupled easily and securely, since the connection is capable of absorbing forces occurring in the longitudinal direction of the bridge as well as transverse forces perpendicular thereto. For example the bolts can be supported on both sides of the tabs, so that there is a favorable load case for them.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a coupling shaft serves as a common actuation arrangement for locking the pivotable roadway sections and the lower chords, on which a control disk with guide grooves is fitted, into which a driver pin connected to the tension element for locking the roadway plate and engaging with another, likewise Control disk having guide grooves for the bolts is connected via a linkage. To optimize the guide groove or grooves, they have an involute shape.
In order to be able to automatically pull the bolts into their locking position, they have pins which are guided in a control groove actuated by the further control disk.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the clutch shaft can be actuated by a clutch lever. The lower belt lock is acted upon by a spring in the sense of a lock.
The ramp plates can furthermore preferably be fixed in the vertical position and secured against lateral displacement, wherein adjoining carriageway plates of adjacent bridge elements are supported by the relevant ramp plates articulated there.
In a device according to the invention for laying a bridge according to the invention, that a clutch rail is arranged on it for actuating the common actuation arrangement for the lower belt lock and roadway plate lock, which is height-adjustable, ie adjustable in the vertical direction and can be actuated by the common actuation arrangement via a clutch lever of the clutch shaft of the bridge. By moving the clutch rail, both control disks can be moved synchronously.
According to a further embodiment of the device, support rails are provided on which the free ends of the ramp plates of two bridge elements can be guided during their movement towards one another, the merging of the bridge elements being made considerably easier. When the bridge elements are brought together, the ramp plates straighten up by themselves without further handling or without additional intervention and transfer the swiveling road sections into their upper coupling position.
According to a further embodiment, a holding plate is additionally arranged above the support rail, by means of which a guide is formed with the support rail, into which lateral guide pins of the ramp plates engage.

To transport, for example, two bridge elements 10.1 and 10.2, a

17.1, 17.2 entspricht.Fig. 3 shows a detail according to Fig. 2e and 2f, in which the ramp plates 17.1 and 17.2 of different bridge elements 10.1 and 10.2 are opposite at their free ends. To support these ramp plates, there is a
After the bridging elements 10.1, 10.2 have been moved together on the laying device 18.1, the coupling levers 25 are brought into the locking position "a" shown in FIG. 4 by pivoting down or lowering the
The
In the state in which the bridge elements 10.1, 10.2 are locked, the
The locking described creates a rigid transverse force connection between two bridge elements 10.1 and 10.2 with a normal force-shear force connection through the bolt connection in the lower chord, the normal force through a hook connection in the upper chord of the carriageway slab and a support of the carriageway slabs through the ramp plates.
Das Entriegeln der Brückenelemente 10.1, 10.2 findet folgendermaßen statt:The bridge elements 10.1, 10.2 are unlocked as follows:
By lifting the
Simultaneously with the pivoting of the
However, the bridge elements according to the invention can also be used as single bridges. For this purpose, the bridge elements 10.1, 10.2 on the
The
