Abstract

In an enclosure (10) for a refuse container, at least one waste collection container (12) is arranged. In order that the waste collection container arranged in the enclosure for a refuse container can be linked without further effort to the lift-and-tilt device of the refuse collection vehicle, one side of the waste collection container (12) simultaneously forms at least part of a side wall of the enclosure (10) for a refuse container. A receiving device (22) projects outwards from this side wall of the enclosure (10) for a refuse container.

Description

The invention relates to a refuse container cabinet with at least one waste collection container.

It is already known to place waste collection containers in so-called waste container cabinets. This is said to minimize odor nuisance, make access more difficult, and protect the waste collection containers from vandalism. In addition, an aesthetically pleasing solution for accommodating the waste collection container is to be found. In the known refuse container cabinets, a door must be opened to empty the waste collection container arranged therein, the container must be pulled out by hand, and it must be inserted or pushed in again by the personnel after emptying. This handling is labor intensive and time consuming.

A waste container cabinet is already known from DE 79 24 242 U, in which a sliding frame is provided on the bottom of the cabinet. The waste collection container is slidably mounted on this sliding frame and is automatically moved in the opening direction on this transport rail when the container cabinet door is opened. However, this previously known refuse container cabinet does not make it possible for the refuse collection container to be coupled with a lifting and tipping device of a refuse collection vehicle without further effort.

From US-A-2 506 533 it is already known that a waste container cabinet with a waste collection container is designed in such a way that one side of the waste collection container simultaneously forms at least part of a side wall of the waste container cabinet. A handle is arranged on the side wall of the waste container cabinet, which at the same time forms the side wall of the waste collection container. Overall, the waste collection container used can be pivoted around a support edge in the waste container cabinet. The swiveling is guaranteed by a foot lever. To remove the waste collection container must be pivoted forward via the foot lever and then in this swung-out state must be gripped by the handle to then remove it from the waste container cabinet. Such constructions are suitable for small household waste containers that are easy to transport by hand.

The object of the present invention is now to develop a generic waste container cabinet in such a way that it can be used for large waste bins or waste containers which are emptied via refuse collection vehicles.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the main claim. Accordingly, the receiving devices arranged on the side wall of the refuse collection container, which is also part of the side wall of the refuse container cabinet, consist of receiving pockets which serve to receive an essentially triangular pick-up tool of a refuse collection vehicle.

The garbage container can thus be automatically gripped by the garbage truck and removed from the garbage container cabinet without prior handling, for example by a foot pedal or other actuating device, being necessary. It is also not necessary to first open a waste container cabinet before the container can then be removed. Rather, the driver can drive the refuse collection vehicle to the refuse collection container and automatically remove and reset the refuse collection container with his lifting tool.

According to a preferred embodiment, the garbage container cabinet has at least one throw-in lid, preferably two throw-in lids, on its upper side.

A shaped element can be provided on the back of the waste container cabinet, which is adapted to the outer edges of the waste collecting container used. Corresponding shaped elements can also be provided on the side walls, which are adapted to the outer edges of the waste collection container used. These shaped elements can consist of rubber. The holding device can consist of holding pockets which serve to hold an essentially triangular holding tool. The Receiving device according to a particularly advantageous embodiment consist of two juxtaposed receiving pockets for receiving essentially triangular receiving tools. Skids can be arranged at the bottom of the waste collection container.

Further details and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. Show it:
Figure 1:
an embodiment of the refuse container cabinet according to the invention in section with a waste collection container arranged therein and
Figure 2:
is a schematic front view of the garbage container cabinet shown in Figure 1 with the waste collection container arranged therein.

On the front of the waste collection container 12, two plates 14 and 16 are attached. Their dimensions correspond to the front outer contour of the waste container cabinet 10. The upper plate 16 is adapted to the outer contour of the waste collecting container 12, so that it can be fastened with suitable connecting means, for example by rivets or also by welds. The lower sheet 14 is also connected to the outer contour of the waste collection container 12, connection rivets 18 being shown in the present exemplary embodiment. It is also possible to form the front plate of the waste container 10 in one piece with the front side of the waste collecting container, for example as a plastic injection-molded part. From the upper part of the front plate 16, one of two juxtaposed Receiving pockets 20 existing receiving device 22. This pick-up device is already known as such and is complementary to the essentially triangular pick-up tool, as described for example in EP 0 235 784 A. It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the front plate 24 of the receiving device 22 has two arcuate cutouts 26, in the area of which the adjacent receiving tools engage. The dimensions of the waste collection container are correspondingly smaller than that of the waste container cabinet 10, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2. At the rear of the waste container cabinet, a molded element 28 made of rubber can be arranged, the shape of which can be attached to the bevel of the rear side wall of the waste collecting container 12. Corresponding molded elements 30 made of rubber can be arranged on the side walls, as can be seen in FIG. 2. These shaped elements serve as stop elements during the positioning and insertion of the waste collection container into the waste container cabinet by means of the lifting and tilting device with the corresponding receiving tools. When the waste collection container 12 is inserted, an insertion of the cabinet is thus ensured in particular by the respective mutual beveling of the shaped elements 30 and 28 or the opposite walls of the waste collection container 12. However, the lateral guide elements 30 do not necessarily have to be present if, for example, precise positioning by means of the lifting and tipping device on the refuse collection vehicle side is readily possible.

Skids 32 are integrally formed in the bottom area of the waste collection container 12. These can prevent the waste collection container from being pulled out by hand if they rest on an edge of the waste container cabinet 10, which is not shown in more detail here.

In the embodiment shown here, two foldable filler flaps 34 and 36 are arranged, through which the waste can be thrown into the waste collection container by the user. By determining the opening cross section of the filling openings beforehand, the maximum waste fraction size can be determined in a simple manner. This can effectively prevent, for example, bulky waste or other bulky parts from being filled into the container by the user.
