Description
- The invention refers to a new plant engineering system in building for the hot and cold water distribution to the various floors of a building which substantially foresees the use of a double-body flexible working assembly in plastic materials made by a tubular pipe, inside what comes to flow the water, which is freely placed into a wrinkled sheath acting to its protection, particularly avoiding its squeezing also in bending, by its continuous equidistant system of resistance rings linearly placing with variable geometry. In building for water distribution into the buildings are foreseen plant for network getting bringing water to the floors by risers from where the hot and cold water reachs by rigid pipes in plastic or metalic materials the use points of the sanitary fittings. Said current plants are realized by lengths of pipe with vertical and horizontal disposition connected with elbow unions. In comparison with these current systems the invention permits a lot of advantages: it realized a plant lenght reduction and it permits to adjust the route to the particular necessities such the invented working assembly is linearly placed into the wall with variable geometry, it permits to reduce both the plant mounting times than the stonework costs to place in conduits and, in the upkeep and the modifications to make, it permits to work on the water pipe without intervene onto the wall being the water pipe freely contained into the wrinkled sheath it is taken out by the sheath ends to change it with other suited for the necessities. Substantially the invention foresees, for the hot and cold water distribution from the initial getting points or from the mains of the floors to the delivery points of the sanitary fittings, a double-body plant in flexible plastic materials made by two essential parts: a
tubular pipe 1, into which the water flows which is freely introduced to connect in position a derivation dispenser getting conduit with a delivery device on the used point, and a wrinkledsheath 2 in advance to place in conduits which, with its continuous system of rigid rings 3 acting to resistance articulated rib placed on variable line, comes to protect and avoid also in bending the squeezing of the containedtubular pipe 1. For the plant jumper tube is foreseen adistribution exchange 4 with getting volute conduit 5 putting into the distribution chamber 6 with on the upper part on-line a set of five distribution threaded conduits 7. To put in getting position a jumper tube carrier pipe is applied by screwing the lower threaded part 8 of jumper tube element, manually acting on itsintermediate parts 9, then it is inserted on its upper part ofpipe 10 the end of a tubular 1 blocking in position byhoop 11. So in prosecution providing to close the no used conduits 7 by plug with hexagonal head 13 andthread 12 manually acting and/or with tool applied also in thegroove 14 of the head 13. To realize a distribution exchange of bigger distribution capacity of thedistribution exchange 4 with five conduits is foreseen the composition of two ormore exchanges 4 actuated by junctions with manual catchingintermediate part 15 between two pipe threadedparts 16 to be introduced into counterposed volute conduits 5. For water delivery on the use point is foreseen a device using acontainer body 17 packed into the masonry with lowercentral hole 18 for the passing of the end of thesheath 2 from which coming out the end of thepipe 1 connected by pressure on thelip 19 of theelbow pipe part 20 blocking in position on its threaded end 21 by volute coaxial threadedpart 22. Saidelbow pipe 20 is then firmly planed intochamber 23 by junction of the other threadedend 24 bycoaxial part 25 inside with volute threadedpart 26 ending of pipe to be integral by couple ofscrews 27 passing intoholes 27 of theplate 28 side to the opening 29 of thefront wall 30 mounting to wall limit of thecontainer body 17. In said container body the water goes out bydelivery mouth 31 of thecoaxial part 32 with insidevolute thread 33 for the firmly axial connection of the delivery water means of the sanitary fittings. Theexchange 4 is placed into a distribution container to be put in lower position in comparison with the delivery points of the sanitary fittings to permit in case of water leak the containment of the same water. Said container foresees a frame can 34 withside entry 35 of the getting pipe, upper pipe parts 36, for connecting of thesheaths 2 with inside thepipes 1, and it is closed byhandhole 37 withscrews 38. An embodiment of the invented device is illustrated in schematic views to the drawings ofsheets sheet 1 fig. 1 is section transversal view of the invented device including a wrinkledsheath 2 with inside the watertubular pipe 1. Fig. 2 is view of pieces of thesheath 2 and of thepipe 1 separated. Fig. 3 is longitudinal section view of adistribution exchange 4. Fig. 4 is perspective view of thesame exchange 4 of fig. 3 with in overhanging position rispectively a jumper tube element and a closing element of the conduits 7 of theexchange 4. Insheet 2 fig. 5 is view of a distribution container with twodistribution exchanges 4 connected by ajuntion 15 with twoclutches 16. Fig. 6 is section longitudinal view of a delivery device. Fig. 7 is side view of the sole pipe elements for the water delivery. Fig. 8 is perspective view of all the delivery device placed on the water use point. In sheet 3 fig. 9 is view of an openeddistribution container 34 with inside adistribution exchange 4. Fig. 10 is section longitudinal view of the same container of fig. 9.
