Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Unterputz-Armatur mit Anschlußstutzen für Wasserleitungsrohre, bei welcher der innerhalb der Gebäudewand angeordnete Gehäuseteil von einer ihn umgebenden Hülle umschlossen ist.The invention relates to a concealed fitting with connecting piece for water pipes, in which the housing part arranged inside the building wall is enclosed by a casing surrounding it.

Aus der deutschen Patentanmeldung DE 37 23 828 A1 ist bereits eine derartige Unterputz-Armatur bekanntgeworden. Bei dieser Einrichtung ist ein topfartiges Schaumstoffteil als Hülle vorgesehen, in dessen Hohlraum der in der Gebäudewand anzuordnende Gehäuseteil aufgenommen ist. Dieses Schaumstoffteil dient als Schallisolierung zum Mauerwerk.
Bei Unterputz-Armaturen für Wasserleitungen kann es außerdem nicht ausgeschlossen werden, daß es im Armaturenbereich zu Leckagen oder bei Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten zu Wasseraustritten kommt, was zu Zerstörungen in der Gebäudewand führen kann. Insbesondere bei Wänden in Leichtbauweise kann derartiges Leckwasser zur Zerstörung der Gipskartonplatten etc. führen.

Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß eine sichere Abdichtung in der Gebäudewand beim Einbau der Unterputz-Armaturen erzielt werden kann. Die Hülle aus Elastomermaterial kann hierbei auf das Gehäuse der Unterputz-Armatur aufgeknöpft werden. Die erforderlichen Durchbrüche in der Hülle für die Rohrleitungen können hierbei so dimensioniert werden, daß sie die vorstehenden Anschlußstutzen am Gehäuse mit Vorspannung wasserdicht umschließen. Zur Anpassung an die individuelle Einbautiefe ist an dem vorstehenden Bereich der Hülle ein Faltenbalg angeformt.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann an der äußeren Stirnseite des Faltenbalgs ein Flansch vorgesehen sein, der an der Wandoberfläche verklebt werden kann, so daß eventuell in die Hülle aus der Unterputz-Armatur austretendes Wasser sicher nach außen aus dem Hohlraum der Gebäudewand zur Wandoberfläche herausgeführt wird. Hierbei kann der äußere Randbereich des Flansches mit einer umlaufenden Perforation versehen werden, so daß zur Verbindung z.B. Fliesenkleber eingesetzt werden kann, der dann durch die Löcher der Perforation vorteilhaft eine Verbindung zwischen Ober- und Unterseite des Flansches ermöglicht.
Zweckmäßig können in der erfindungsgemäßen Hülle Bedarfdurchbruchstellen vorgesehen werden, die bei Bedarf während der Montage geöffnet werden können.

Am äußeren Randbereich des Flansches 12 ist eine umlaufende Perforation 122 vorgesehen. Die Wandstärke des Faltenbalgs 11 und des Flansches 12 beträgt etwa 1 mm. An der unteren Seite des Flansches 12 ist außerdem eine Beschichtung mit Klebstoff 121 vorgesehen. Im unteren Bereich der Hülle 1 sind Durchbrüche 10 für die Anschlußstutzen 22 einer Unterputz-Armatur 2 vorgesehen. Die Durchbrüche 10 sind dabei so dimensioniert, daß sie bei dem Einführen der Anschlußstutzen 22 eine elastische Aufweitung erfahren und somit eine dichte Anpressung an der Außenwandung der Anschlußstutzen 22 bewirken. Die in der Hülle 1 eingeknöpfte Armatur 2 kann sodann, wie es in Figur 1 gezeigt ist, in der Trag- oder Unterkonstruktion einer Leichtbauwand mit den Wasserleitungsrohren verbunden werden. Hiernach können die für die Wandverkleidung vorgesehenen Gipskartonplatten an der Tragkonstruktion der Leichtbauwand befestigt werden. Im Bereich der Armatur 2 ist hierbei eine entsprechend dimensionierte Öffnung 320 in der Gipskartonplatte 32 vorzusehen. Beim Befestigen der Gipskartonplatte 32 kann hierbei der aus Elastomermaterial bestehende Flansch 12 durch die Öffnung hindurchgezogen und danach flach ausgebreitet werden, wobei dann mit Hilfe des Klebstoffs 121 - beispielsweise nach dem Entfernen einer Schutzfolie oder bei nicht klebstoffbeschichtetem Flansch 12 nach dem Aufbringen von Fliesenkleber etc. - eine dichte Verklebung an der Außenfläche der Gipskartonplatte 32 vorgenommen werden kann. Eine unterschiedliche Einbautiefe der Armatur kann mit Hilfe des Faltenbalgs 11 kompensiert werden. Aus der Unterputz-Armatur 2 austretendes Wasser, z.B. durch eventuell undichte Funktionselemente, wird sicher über die Hülle 1 mit dem Faltenbalg 11 und dem Flansch 12 aus der in Leicht- oder Trockenbauweise hergestellten Gebäudewand 3 herausgeleitet.
Hiernach können auf der Außenseite der Gipskartonplatte 32 die Wandfliesen 31 befestigt werden, wobei dann der an der Oberfläche der Gipskartonplatte 32 angeklebte Flansch 12 von den Fliesen verdeckt wird. Zum Abschluß der von der Hülle 1 umkleideten Öffnung kann auf der Unterputz-Armatur 2 eine Abdeckrosette 4 aufgebracht werden, die dann mit ihrem Außenrand 41 an der Außenseite der Wandfliesen 31 anliegt und die von der Hülle 1 ausgekleidete Wandöffnung verschließt.
