Um dem Endverbraucher eine einfachere Handhabung der Spenderdose zu ermöglichen, wurde herstellerseitig der erste Blattabschnitt aus dem Inneren des Tuchwickels manuell - beispielsweise mit Hilfe einer Pinzette - herausgezupft, um so den Anfang der Tücherbahn kenntlich zu machen. Jede dieser Verbindungsvorrichtungen 34 weist eine Lagertrommel 39 auf, auf deren Umfangsfläche 40 jeweils ein Einfädeldorn 11 fixierbar ist. Die Breite B der Lagertrommel 39 entspricht im wesentlichen der Länge des Schaftbereiches 18 der Einfädeldorne 11. Die Lagertrommeln 39 sind von Umlenkwalzen 41 flankiert, die konzentrisch mit diesen angeordnet sind und den gleichen Durchmesser wie die Lagertrommel 39 aufweisen. Aufgrund dieser Formgebung weisen die in Längsrichtung in einer Reihe am Einfädeldorn 11' angeordneten Krallen 19' Schrägflanken 54 auf, die bezogen auf die Reihenrichtung wechselweise in entgegengesetzte Richtungen weisen (s. Fig. 11, 12). Beim Abplatten der Krallen 19' mit der vorstehend anhand der Fig. 4 bis 6 erörterten Herstellungsvorrichtung werden die Enden 20' der Krallen 19' aufgrund der Schrägflanken 54 jeweils wechselweise in entgegengesetzte Richtungen umgebogen (s. Fig. 13, 14). Dadurch findet eine gegenüber dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß den Fig. 7 bis 9 nochmals verbesserte Verankerung der Einfädeldorne 11' an der Bahn 8 statt.The threading mandrel 11 'uses claws 19' which essentially have the shape of a four-sided, oblique pyramid. Claims (13)

  1. Dispenser box for tissues, in particular moist cleansing tissues from non-woven material, with
    - a container (2),
    - a cover (3) closing the container (2) preferably in a moistureproof manner,
    - a dispensing opening (6) in the container (2) or cover (3) and
    - a roll of tissue (7) of a web (8) divided by perforations (9) into detachable sheet sections (10, 10'), wherein a threading mandrel (11) for pulling the web (8) through the dispensing opening (6) is attached on the first sheet section (10'), characterized in that, on a shank portion (18), the threading mandrel (11) is provided with laterally projecting claws (19) which pierce through the sheet section (10') and of which the ends (20) are flattened in a kind of riveting.
  2. Dispenser box according to claim 1, characterized in that the threading mandrel (11) consists of a thermoplastic and in that the ends (20) of its claws are flattened under the influence of heat and/or pressure.
  3. Dispenser box according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the claws (19') are provided with inclined flanks (54) alternatively directing into opposite directions in such a way that the ends (20') of the claws, in their flattened state, are alternatively bent over in opposite directions.
  4. Dispenser box according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the threading mandrel (11) has a handle tapering (22) ahead of its pilot end (13).
  5. Dispenser box according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the threading mandrel (11) is arranged in the vicinity of the edge (12) of the sheet section (10') extending parallel to the longitudinal direction (L) of the web and, with its pilot end (13), projects at right angles from the edge (12).
  6. Dispenser box according to claim 5, characterized in that the threading mandrel (11) is arranged in the center of the roll of tissue (7) and projects from the roll (7) concentrically of the winding axis (14).
  7. Refill pack for a dispenser box according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the roll of tissue (7, 7') with a threading mandrel (11) on the first sheet section (10') is arranged in a packaging, preferably sealed into a soft foil packaging (16), characterized in that the packaging (16) has a bulging (17) to accommodate the threading mandrel (11) projecting from the roll of tissue (7, 7').
  8. Apparatus for the production of a roll of tissue for a dispenser box according to one of claims 1 to 6 or for a refill pack according to claim 7, characterized by a feed device (27) for the web (8) forming the roll of tissue (7, 7'), a perforator (28) for perforating the web (8) at regular intervals, a joining device (34) for attaching the threading mandrels (11) on each first sheet section (10') of the roll of tissue (7, 7') and a winding device (38) for winding up the web (8), wherein the joining device (34) comprises a bearing drum (39), on the circumferential surface (40) of which a threading mandrel (11) is fixable and, by rotation of the drum (39), is movable into synchronized movement with the web (8) running over the drum (39), the piercing of the claws (19) of the threading mandrel (11) through the web (9), taking place during the synchronized movement, wherein further in the vicinity of the synchronized movement of the threading mandrel (11) and the web (8), an actuating roll (rotary brush 51) is arranged to act upon the web (8) in the direction towards the threading mandrel (11), and wherein an anvil roll (52), heatable if necessary, for flattening the claws (19) of the threading mandrels (11) piercing through the web, is associated with the drum (39).
  9. Apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that the actuation roll is a rotary brush (51).
  10. Apparatus according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that a feed device (43) for feeding threading mandrels (11) in the form of a belt (4) of threading mandrels (11) side by side connected with one another is associated with the joining device (34).
  11. Apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that a cutting device (50) for detaching the threading mandrel (11) fixed on the drum (39) from the belt (44) is associated with the drum (39).
  12. Apparatus according to one of claims 8 to 11, characterized in that, in the vicinity of its circumferential surface (40), the bearing drum (39) has at least one slit (42) acted upon by vacuum for fixing the respective threading mandrel (11) on the bearing drum (39).
  13. Apparatus according to one of claims 8 to 12, characterized in that the winding device (38) is designed for winding up several webs (8) one resting directly beside the other in the longitudinal direction (L) of the web, the threading mandrel (11) on the first sheet section (10') of one roll of tissue (7) engaging in the adjacent roll of tissue during the winding operation.
