Claims (15)

  1. A mixing packaging for two components to be stored separately and mixed extemporaneously at first use, provided with two compartments (1, 2) each containing one of the components, impervious means of sealing (11) and separating arranged, during rest, in a communication passage between the said compartments and which is solidly attached to a connecting element (12) engaged in rotation with a rotary activating device (16) the manoeuvring of which drives the opening of the communication passage between the compartments by displacement of the sealing means in order to permit the mixing of the components, characterised in that the rotary activating device (16) is immobilised in translation and in that the connecting element (12) is assembled in a sliding manner within the said activating device (16), while the sealing means (11) and/or the connecting element (12) have a screwing system so that the rotation of the activating device (16) drives the unscrewing of the sealing means and/or the connecting element and the lifting of the said sealing means which is disengaged from its sealing position, while the said connecting element slides within in the activating device (16).
  2. A mixing packaging in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the communication passage is a pipe (10) forming a tubular skirt or a neck and the sealing means a cowl (11) which seals the said pipe while at rest by applying itself to the latter.
  3. A mixing packaging in accordance with claim 2, each compartment of which is made up from a different recipient (1, 2), the said recipients being connected together in an impervious manner by a junction ring (5), characterised in that the communication pipe on which the cowl (11) rests is made up from a neck (10) of one (2) of the recipients, which is introduced into an open end of the other (1) recipient.
  4. A mixing packaging in accordance with claim 2, each compartment of which is made up from a different recipient (1, 2), the said recipients being connected together in an impervious manner by a junction ring (5), characterised in that the communication pipe onto which the cowl (11) is applied is made up from a tubular skirt (10) of the junction ring (5), which opens out by its two ends into openings opposite arranged on the recipients (1, 2).
  5. A mixing packaging in accordance with claim 4, characterised in that the openings opposite the recipients (1, 2) are made up from necks (3, 4) onto each of which the junction ring (5) is connected in an impervious manner, while the tubular skirt of the said ring extends in one (1) of the recipients from the connecting plane of the said recipients.
  6. A mixing packaging in accordance with one of claims 1 and 2, the compartments (1, 2) of which come from a single recipient body (26), characterised in that one (2) of the compartments is made up from a tube (27) which projects into the said recipient from the bottom of this latter, the other compartment (1) being made by the volume of the recipient (26) outside the tube (27), while the sealing means seals the mouth of the said tube (27) while at rest.
  7. A mixing packaging in accordance with one of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that the communication pipe (10) between the compartments or the tube (27) forming one of the compartments, has a helicoidal ramp (13) intended to work with an associated unscrewing means (14, 15) provided on the cowl (11) in such a way that the manoeuvre of the activating device forces the cowl to distance itself from the said pipe (10) or the said tube (27) with a helicoidal movement.
  8. A mixing packaging in accordance with claim 7, characterised in that the cowl (11) has a sealing disc (11a) connected by feet (11b) to a ring (11c) intended to surround the communication pipe (10) or the tube (27) forming one of the recipients, and which is provided with associated unscrewing means (14, 15).
  9. A mixing packaging in accordance with one of claims 7 and 8, characterised in that the associated unscrewing means has at least one guide spur (14, 15) and in that the helicoidal ramp (13) is open at the end of the pipe (10) or the tube (27) on which it is arranged in such a way that the guide spur or the guide spurs (14, 15) of the cowl (11) emerge from it at the limit of travel, preventing, after opening, all subsequent closing by return into the ramp of the said spur or spurs.
  10. A mixing packaging in accordance with claim 9, characterised in that the end of the helicoidal ramp (13) has a mound (23) intended to be easily cleared by the spur or spurs (14, 15) during opening, but which reinforces the prevention of an untimely return into the said ramp (13).
  11. A mixing packaging in accordance with one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the activating device (16) is assembled at one of the ends of one (1) of the compartments and in that the connecting element (12) has, on the side engaged with the activating device (16), a screwed ring intended to cooperate with an associated threading arranged at the corresponding end of the said compartment (1).
  12. A mixing packaging in accordance with one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the activating device (16) is assembled at one of the ends of one (1) of the compartments and has a ring (19) accessible from the outside, mounted to rotate freely and provided with runners (22a, 22b) which extend into the said compartment (1) and which serve as means to engage in rotation and guide in translation the connecting element (12) of the sealing means (11), the length of the said runners being sufficient to allow the said connecting element (12) to be moved between the respective sealing and opening positions of the said sealing means (11).
  13. A mixing packaging in accordance with one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the activating device (16) is assembled at one of the ends of one (1) of the compartments and has a ring (19) accessible from the outside, mounted to rotate freely and provided with a toothed crown (38) which serves as a means to engage in rotation and guide in translation the connecting element provided to this end with associated grooves (33).
  14. A mixing packaging in accordance with one of claims 12 and 13, characterised in that the activating device (16) caps and seals an opening (17) of the compartment (1) on which it is assembled in the manner of a capsule and has an orifice (20) for distribution of the product issuing from the mixing of the components, this orifice being temporarily sealed (21).
  15. A mixing packaging in accordance with one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that the connecting element (12) of the sealing means (11) has the form of an open-work plate.
