Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Umsetzen von Blechteilen in einer Pressenanlage mit den weiteren Mitteln gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. In Pressenanlagen werden infolge immer größer werdender zu verarbeitender Blechteile bzw. höherer Losgrößen die Umsetzgeschwindigkeiten der Blechteile von der Einlege- bzw. Orientierstufe durch die Pressenanlage bis zur Werkstückabgabe immer größer. Dies hat in der Vergangenheit zu masseärmeren Umsetzeinrichtungen geführt. Aus der GB-A-2 243 134 ist eine Einrichtung zum Umsetzen von Blechteilen in einer Pressenanlage bekannt, bei welcher Blechteile haltende und diese bewegende Haltemittel als Quertraversen ausgebildet und endseitig an Laufwagen befestigt sind.
Die Quertraversen sind durch Antriebe auf Schienen horizontal verfahrbar und mit diesen heb- und senkbar. Der Befestigungspunkt der Quertraversen an den Laufwagen ist zudem in Richtung der Verfahrbewegung der Laufwagen durch einen weiteren Antrieb verstellbar. In der Regel sind zwei Laufschienen der Art vorhanden, von denen sich eine vor, die zweite hinter Stößel und Werkzeug erstrecken und auf denen jeweils Laufwagen 3 in der Anzahl erforderlicher Quertraversen 10 bewegbar gelagert und vom Pressenantrieb, mechanisch oder elektrisch, angetrieben werden.In Fig. 1, a running
Die Laufschiene 1 ist mit Laufflächen 2 versehen, auf denen Laufrollen 6 eines insgesamt mit 3 positionierten Laufwagens abrollen. Der gezeigte Laufwagen 3 ist in seinem Grundaufbau zweigeteilt mit einem Wagenteil 4 und einem Wagenteil 5. An den Wagenteil 4 ist, wie es Fig. 2 erkennen läßt, über den Anguß 8 ein vom Pressenantrieb beaufschlagtes Transportgestänge 7 befestigt, über das der Laufwagen 3 auf der Laufschiene 1 horizontal verfahrbar ist. Der Wagenteil 5 weist einen Drehpunkt 12 auf, der als Befestigungspunkt für eine hier drehbar gelagerte Quertraverse 10 dient. Diese ist mit Saugern o.dgl. Mittel 13 versehen zum Halten von Blechteilen 11 beim Entnehmen aus der Entstapelstation oder dem Werkzeug und zum Umsetzen in die folgende Station bis zum Ablegen in dieser. Zwischen dem Wagenteil 4 und dem Wagenteil 5 ist ein Linearmotor, Druckzylinder o.dgl. Verstellmittel 9 angebracht für eine Relativbewegung zwischen den Wagenteilen 4 und 5. Somit ist der Wagenteil 5 an den Wagenteil 4 angeschlossen und bewegt sich wie dieser infolge des Pressenantriebs. Darüberhinaus ist eine Zusatzbewegung über die Länge der Verstellbarkeit des Verstellmittels 9 möglich. Befindet sich die Spindel 23 bzw. der Kolben des Verstellmittels 9 während der Umsetzbewegung des Laufwagens 3 in zumindest teilweise ausgefahrener Stellung, ist die Reduzierung der Gesamtbewegung des Laufwagens 3 bzw. des Wagenteils 4 bei Beaufschlagung des Verstellmittels 9 möglich. Die Drehverstellung der Quertraverse 10 erfolgt hier über einen Drehmotor 14, der am Wagenteil 5 angeflanscht ist.
