Description

The invention relates to an oven according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such an oven is known from DE-OS 27 57 059, but an operator usually remains unclear when the control device controlling the heating device switches from the heating phase to the continued heating phase.

From GB-A -2 114 828 a circuit arrangement is known which can switch the heating power of a certain heating element between a full heating power in a heating phase and a reduced heating power. The end of the heating phase is indicated by a special flashing lamp.

The object of the present invention is to improve an oven of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that means are provided by which the user is signaled the heating state in the shortest possible time after switching on the oven. In addition, favorable heating operation should also be guaranteed in the continued heating phase.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1. Further developments of the invention result from the following patent claims.

In contrast to known ovens, in which the end of the heating-up time is only displayed when the oven heating is switched off, and thus at an oven temperature that is significantly above the selected target temperature (settling of the temperature profile), according to the invention, e.g. Optical display when the target temperature is reached, i.e. while the heating is still running. In this way, the user can start cooking the food, e.g. Place the cake in the preheated oven, which not least also saves energy. A further energy saving results from the fact that when the target temperature is at least approached, not only is the end of the heating-up phase signaled, for example by a signal lamp being extinguished, but at the same time the high heating-up power is reduced or switched off and the oven is operated only with one reduced continued heating output is operated. Furthermore, it is advantageous for the heating modes that usually follow that the partial heating power switched off in the continued heating phase is formed by the circulating air heater.

In order to accelerate the heating of the oven as a whole, a special partial heating output is provided for rapid heating, which can be optionally switched on for each heating mode.

The invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing.

Es zeigt:

Fig. 1
ein Temperatur-Zeit-Diagramm zur Verdeutlichung des Aufheizvorganges,
Fig. 2
ein vereinfachtes Schaltbild der Steuereinrichtung des Backofens.
It shows:
Fig. 1
a temperature-time diagram to illustrate the heating process,
Fig. 2
a simplified circuit diagram of the control device of the oven.

The diagram according to Fig. 1 shows the time-temperature curve during the heating of the oven not shown or its oven muffle lockable by a door and during a subsequent heating phase. The curve K1 shows the curve for a conventional oven and you can see that when heating with the maximum heating power installed in the oven at a preselected setpoint temperature or oven temperature T1 of, for example, 200 ° C, the oven temperature actually measured initially overshoots the setpoint temperature T1 and the oven heating is only switched off at a point in time t3 at a time t3 and then with reduced heating power in the continued heating phase after t3, a sinusoidal leveling of the temperature curve around the target temperature T1 takes place. At time t3, the display element, for example in the form of an oven lamp, goes out, signaling to the user that the oven now has the desired temperature suitable for inserting food, for example a cake, ie the heating process has ended. Curve K2 shows the temperature-time curve in the oven when using a special partial heating output in addition to normal oven heating for the benefit phase. It can be seen that this curve shape is steeper, ie that the set temperature T1 is already in a considerably shorter period of time t1 of, for example, 6.5 min. is achieved. At this time t1 when the target temperature T1 is at least approximately reached, the oven control device automatically a switchover from the heating phase to the heating phase is carried out, ie the aforementioned partial heating power is switched off and the overshoot temperature T2 at time t2 is reached with reduced heating power, after which this heating power is also switched off and the thermostatic control process takes place. Simultaneously with the changeover from the heating phase to the heating phase, i.e. when the target temperature T1 is reached, a special additional display element goes out, e.g. again in the form of a lamp, which signals to the user that - now at a much earlier point in time t1 - the heating phase has ended and that Food can be placed in the oven. The course of the curve. in particular the course of curve K2 clearly shows that in this way a significant reduction in the heating phase recognizable to the user is obtained, at least by the time difference from t1 to t2. By assigning a special partial heating output for the heating phase, the time saved is even greater, namely by the time difference t1 to t3.

The elements of the oven that are essential for understanding the invention are illustrated with the aid of the circuit diagram shown in FIG. 2. The top heat of the oven, for example in the form of an internal radiant heater, is designated by OH and the lower heat of the oven, for example external, is designated by UH. The oven also has a circulating air fan G driven by an electric motor M, which is surrounded, for example, in a ring by a circulating air heater LH. This circulating air heater LH represents the above-mentioned partial heating output for the heating phase, while the other heating elements of the top heat and bottom heat serve to heat the oven during the heating phase and during the heating phase. With L1 is a display organ z.3. in the form of a lamp, which is switched on during thermostatically controlled operation of the normal heating outputs OH and UH or only when the circulating air blower G is operated and goes out when this heating output is switched off. L2 is another display element, for example also in the form of a lamp, which is directly assigned to the partial heating power LH used for the heating phase, ie is activated when the partial heating power LH is switched on and goes out when this partial heating power is switched off. In the current branch of this additional partial heating output there is a further temperature-dependent switch ST or a second control path of a common thermostat which, depending on the temperature prevailing in the oven, ie when the target temperature has been reached, for example T1 according to FIG. 1, the partial heating output LH and thus the display element L2 also switches off. The normal radiators OH, UH can be switched on using a manually operated switch S1. The switch S2, which can also be operated manually, is identified, for example, as a quick heat-up button and is used to carry out a quick heat-up process by pressing the switch S2 to switch on the additional partial heating power LH, which is then switched off again when the target temperature T1 is reached.
