Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Standardpalette zur Aufnahme von Frachtgut, insbesondere im Luftfrachtverkehr, bestehend aus einem den Boden bildenden Palettenblech, welches von einem Rahmen aus Randleistenprofilen umschlossen ist.The invention relates to a standard pallet for receiving cargo, in particular in air freight traffic, consisting of a pallet sheet forming the bottom, which is enclosed by a frame made of edge profiles.
Zur Aufnahme von Frachtgut im Luftfrachtverkehr werden sogenannte Standardpaletten eingesetzt, die zur Gewichtseinsparung aus Aluminium gefertigt sind. Dabei besteht eine Standardpalette aus einem ebenen, den Boden bildenden Palettenblech, welches von einem Rahmen aus Randleistenprofilen umschlossen ist. Dabei können die Randleistenprofile zur Stabilisierung des Rahmens und damit auch der Standardpalette im Gehrungsbereich ihrer Ecken miteinander verschweißt sein. Zum Anschluß des Palettenbleches an die Randleistenprofile weisen dieselben eine sich über die gesamte Länge der Randleistenprofile erstreckende Aussparung auf, die nach unten und seitlich nach außen offen ist und die in ihrem Querschnitt dem Randquerschnitt des Palettenbleches entspricht. Die einzelnen Randleistenprofile werden nun zunächst derart an das Palettenblech angelegt, daß dasselbe die Aussparung weitgehend ausfüllt. In dieser Lage wird jedes Randleistenprofil mit dem Palettenblech durch eine Vielzahl von Nieten verbunden. Dabei besitzt eine Standardpalette etwa 140 Nieten. Um nun eine ebene Unterfläche der Standardpalette zu erhalten, sind die die Nieten aufnehmenden Bohrungen des Palettenbleches jeweils mit einer Ansenkung zur Aufnahme des Senkkopfes der Nieten versehen. Die Vielzahl der Nieten bringt es mit sich, daß die Herstellung einer derartigen Standardpalette verhältnismäßig aufwendig ist. Die Bohrungen für die Aufnahme der Nieten sowie die entsprechenden Ansenkungen müssen durch einen Bohrvorgang hergestelllt werden. Auch der Wartungsaufwand derartiger Standardpaletten ist verhältnismäßig hoch, da beispielsweise bei der Erneuerung eines Randleistenprofiles oder eines Palettenbleches alle Nieten aufgebohrt und später durch neue Nieten ersetzt werden müssen.So-called standard pallets, which are made of aluminum to save weight, are used to hold cargo in air freight.
