Abstract

Handgefahrenmelder, im allgemeinen als Druckknopfmelder bezeichnet, werden seit langem aus Kunststoff gefertigt und insbesondere als Handfeuermelder verwendet. Dabei werden die Türscharniere am Kunststoffgehäuse je nach Einsatzfall auf vielfältige Art ausgeführt. Die Größe des Gehäuses und der verwendete Kunststoff spielen hierbei eine entscheidende Rolle. Bisher war die Tür des Handfeuermelder-Gehäuses durch zwei Metallscharnierstifte mit dem Gehäuse verbunden. Diese bisherige Ausführungsform hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß für jeden Handfeuermelder zwei zusätzliche Metallscharnierstifte erforderlich sind, und daß die Montage der Türe am Gehäuse umständlich und zeitaufwendig ist.Manual hazard detectors, generally referred to as push button detectors, have long been made of plastic and are used in particular as manual fire detectors. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türscharnier als Schnappscharnier ausgebildet ist, wobei das Gehäuse (1) einen oberen (11) und einen unteren (12) Scharnierbolzen aufweist und die Tür (2) entsprechend eine obere Scharnierbohrung (21) und eine untere Scharnierbohrung (22) mit einer seitlichen Öffnung (23) in der Wandung der Bohrung aufweist.
