Abstract
Description
Eine Entwässerungsrinne aus Polyesterbeton ist z.B. aus dem EP-Patent Nr. 112 287 bekannt. Diese Rinne hat sich sehr bewährt, insbesondere bei Anwendungen auf Strassen und Flugplätzen. In Feuchträumen von lebensmittelverarbeitenden Betrieben, z.B. in Molkereien oder Schlachthäusern ist aber aus hygienischen Gründen eine Chromstahlrinne sinnvoller.A drainage channel made of polyester concrete is e.g. known from EP Patent No. 112,287. Die Ausbildung der Rinne gemäss Anspruch 1 ermöglicht den hygienisch einwandfreien Betrieb sowie Reinigung und eine rationelle Herstellung durch einfaches Abkanten. Der Umstand, dass die Rinne unten breiter ist als im oberen Bereich der Seitenwände, hat eine Reihe von Vorteilen:
- beim Eingiessen in Beton ist die Rinne zuverlässig im Beton formschlüssig und mechanisch verankert, ohne dass zusätzliche Verankerungselemente angebracht werden müssen.
- Die vom Rost auf die Schultern übertragenen Kräfte werden direkt in den Beton eingeleitet, so dass die Rinne dünnwandig ausgebildet werden kann. Dadurch sind die Herstellungs- und Transportkosten niedrig.
- Die Herstellung durch einfaches Abkanten ist sehr rationell.
- Die Rinne ist stapelbar, was besonders den Transport und die Lagerung vereinfacht.
- Beim Ausspritzen der Rinne mit einem Schlauch spritzt weniger Wasser aus der Rinne zurück.
- Die Weiterbildung gemäss
Anspruch 4 hat den besonderen Vorteil, dass aneinander anschliessende Rinnen sehr einfach formschlüssig ineinandergesteckt werden können und dann automatisch sowohl in der Höhe als auch quer exakt fluchten.

Die dargestellte Rinne 1 besteht aus abgekantetem, nichtrostendem Stahlblech. Sie hat einen ebenen Boden 2 und zwei mit dem Boden 2 den gleichen, spitzen Winkel 3 bildende, ebene Seitenwände 4. An die Seitenwände 4 schliesst oben je eine parallel zum Boden 2 verlaufende, nach aussen abgekröpfte, ebene Schulter 5 zur Auflage eines Rostes an. Aussen schliessen an den Schultern 5 senkrecht nach oben ragende Ränder 6 an, die zur Verstärkung und zur Vermeidung scharfer Kanten einen um 180° abgekröpften Bördelrand 7 haben. Am einen Stirnende ist ein den Boden 2 und die Seitenwände 4 umgreifendes, stirnseitig Boden und Seitenwände überragendes Blech 8 durch Schweisspunkte 9 befestigt. Es dient zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme des anderen Endes einer weiteren Rinne 1.
