Claims (3)

  1. Vorrichtung (6) zum Aufrechterhalten des pneumatischen Förderns und zum kontinuierlichen Versorgen einer Anordnung zum Spritzen von Beton (oder eines ähnlichen Materials), die unterhalb des Beschickungstrichters (4) einer Spritzeinrichtung anordenbar ist und zum Versorgen des Spritzrohres (3) dient, wobei die Vorrichtung (6) umfaßt:
    - eine verformbare Verbindungsleitung (9), die den Ausgang des Beschickungstrichters (4) mit dem Eingang der Förderleitung (2) verbindet und die Mischung dem Spritzrohr (3) zuführt, wobei die Leitung (9) sich gegen eine feste Oberfläche (18) abstützt;
    - eine bewegliche Anordnung (19), die in der Richtung, in der das Produkt entleert werden soll, verfahrbar ist, und die mit Vorsprüngen (Rollen, Walzen...)(20, 21) versehen ist, mit denen das Rohr (9) dicht zusammengequetscht werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - die bewegliche Anordnung (19) eine solche Struktur aufweist, daß dann, wenn die bewegliche Anordnung (19) verfahren wird, die in der Verbindungsleitung (9) enthaltene Luft nach vorne getrieben wird und hinter sich einen Saugeffekt bewirkt, durch den das Produkt in die Verbindungsleitung (9) eintritt;
    - ein stromabwärts des Beschickungstrichters (4) angeordnetes Kompressionselement (22) dann, wenn die bewegliche Anordnung (19) verfahren wird und die Zusammenquetschung der Verbindungsleitung (9) freigibt, bewirkt, daß ein Rückstrom in Richtung auf den Trichter (4) verhindert wird, wenn die Druckluft das Produkt zum Einlaß der Transportluft treibt, und daß die Versorgung des Produkts im Inneren der Transportleitung (2) reguliert wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - die verformbare Verbindungsleitung (9) zwei gerade Endstücke (15, 16) umfaßt, die einen Winkel von 90° bilden und miteinander über ein Bogenstück (17) verbunden sind;
    - die bewegliche Anordnung (6) durch einen Rotor oder eine Scheibe (19) gebildet wird, der in Drehrichtung angetrieben wird und mit zwei Vorsprüngen oder Quetschrollen (20, 21) bestückt ist, die einander diametral gegenüberliegen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verformbare Verbindungsleitung gerade ist, und daß die bewegliche Einheit durch eine endlose Kette gebildet wird, die über ihre Länge mit Quetsch-Vorsprüngen versehen ist.
