Abstract

A clean air shoe having a shoe bottom adapted to the size of the foot, and with a peripheral seam edge whose upper end is sewn together with a legging by means of a seam. Below this seam there runs a second seam with which an upper is connected to the seam edge. In this manner a normal shoe, which is connected to a legging, is produced.

Description

The invention relates to a clean air shoe with an antistatic shoe bottom, which has a raised, circumferential seam edge with which a gaiter is connected by a seam.

Such a clean air shoe is known from US-A-3 381 173. This clean air shoe is worn over your own shoes when working in clean air areas and covers the lower area of a trouser leg with its respective gaiter. Usually, such clean air shoes are manufactured in only two matching sizes. Since they are overshoes, they are quite large, look clumsy, and walking with them is difficult. In addition, heat builds up because the shoe cover is worn on normal footwear. Clean air shoes of the above type must be designed so that they can be sterilized at temperatures of about 180 ° C.

The invention is based on the problem of designing a clean air shoe of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the greatest possible wearing comfort results without impairing its function as a clean air shoe.

This problem is solved according to the invention in that the shoe bottom is adapted to the foot size and a shaft is connected to the seam edge of the shoe bottom below the seam of the gaiter.

Such a clean air shoe is no longer an overshoe, rather it is worn like a normal shoe. It therefore offers the comfort of a normal shoe. The seam edge is a circumferential, raised edge, which is designed for connection to the shaft and the gaiter. As a result, the clean air shoe according to the invention can be produced very inexpensively. At the same time, it has the durability of a normal shoe.

For the ventilation of the foot and thus the wearing comfort, it is particularly advantageous if the shoe bottom forms a sandal with the upper. Disadvantages do not arise because the foot is completely covered by the gaiter.

The strap forming the shaft does not protrude in the shoe, so that it cannot press if, according to another development of the invention, recesses leading into the seam from above are provided on the inside in the seam edge for receiving a strap forming the shaft.

A protrusion of the seam connecting the straps to the seam edge can also be avoided in a simple manner by providing a seam groove in alignment with one another on the outside and inside in the seam edge for fastening the shaft.

The gaiter can be attached to the seam edge by means of usually existing machines if it is sewn between the outer leg of this binding band and the seam edge by means of a U-shaped binding tape which extends over the upper edge of the seam edge.

It increases the wearing comfort even further if the shoe bottom has a footbed and is provided with an insole.

Alternatively, it is possible that the shoe bottom has a flat surface and an insole with a footbed is placed on it.

Fig.1
eine Seitenansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Reinluftschuhs,
Fig.2
einen Längsschnitt durch einen Schuhboden des Reinluftschuhs,
Fig.3
The invention allows various embodiments. To further clarify its basic principle, one of these is shown in the drawing and is described below. This shows in
Fig. 1
a side view of the clean air shoe according to the invention,
Fig. 2
a longitudinal section through a shoe bottom of the clean air shoe,
Fig. 3
a section through the connecting area of the shoe bottom with its shaft and gaiter.

Diese Gamasche 2 kann einen in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Reißverschluß 3 aufweisen, damit sie beim Anziehen des Reinluftschuhs leichter über das untere Ende eines Hosenbeins gezogen werden kann.1 shows as a whole a clean-air shoe, of which a shoe bottom 1 made of, for example, polyurethane and a gaiter 2 made of a thin, very flexible material can be seen. This gaiter 2 can have a longitudinal zipper 3 so that it can be pulled more easily over the lower end of a trouser leg when the clean air shoe is put on.

The sectional view according to FIG. 2 shows that the shoe bottom 1 has a circumferential, raised seam edge 4, into which recesses 5, 6 lead from the inside. In the finished clean air shoe, a strap leads into each, which forms a shaft 7 partially shown in FIG. 3. It can also be seen in FIG. 2 on the outside and inside on the seam edge 4 in each case a seam groove 8, 9 and a footbed 10 of the Shoe bottom 1, which is covered at the top by an insole 11.

Der Schaft 7 ist durch eine Naht 14 unterhalb der Naht 13 am Nahtrand 4 befestigt.FIG. 3 shows how the gaiter 2 is connected to the shoe bottom 1 by means of a seam 13 by means of a U-shaped binding band 12 which extends over the upper edge of the seam edge 4. The shaft 7 is fastened to the seam edge 4 by a seam 14 below the seam 13.
