Die in Spannrichtung der Druckplatte 5 hintere, das heißt, in der Zeichnung die linke Klemmleiste 8 ist im Querschnitt als Doppelhebel mittels einer Welle 11, Wellenansätzen oder dergleichen in einer balligen Auskehlung des Rahmens 10 abgestützt. Das innere Ende dieses Doppelhebels wird durch eine vorgespannte Feder 12 in Richtung der Spannung der Druckplatte 5 auf dem Umfang des Plattenzylinders 2 permanent belastet. The blanket cylinder 1 has an axially extending channel 3 on the circumference and is covered with the blanket 23. The plate cylinder 2 is provided with an also axially extending, open at the circumference channel 4. Arranged in this channel 4 is a clamping device for a pressure plate 5 that can be clamped onto the circumference of the plate cylinder 2, the front edge of which is fixed at another point on the circumference of the plate cylinder 2 and the rear edge of which with a radially inward bend 6 into a clamping slot 7 of the clamping and clamping device engages in which the rear end of the pressure plate 5 is held and by which the pressure plate is clamped on the circumference of the plate cylinder. This clamping device consists of two clamping strips 8 and 9, on the outer ends of which cross-sectional ends are formed which enclose the clamping slot 7. Both terminal strips 8 and 9 are arranged in a frame 10 which is guided in the channel 4 of the plate cylinder 2 between stable stop positions approximately radially movable, so that the two terminal strips 8 and 9 with the clamping slot 7 at least partially out of the cross-sectional contour of the plate cylinder 2 and are retractable so far radially inwards that the peripheral rear edge of the pressure plate 5 lies within the cross-sectional contour of the plate cylinder. The rear in the tensioning direction of the pressure plate 5, that is to say in the drawing the left clamping strip 8 is supported in cross section as a double lever by means of a shaft 11, shaft extensions or the like in a crowned groove of the frame 10. The inner end of this double lever is held by a prestressed spring 12 in the direction of the tension of the pressure plate 5 on the circumference of the plate cylinder 2 permanently charged. On the opposite side against the inner end of the double lever of the terminal block 8, an advantageously pneumatically actuated adjusting unit 20 is effective, which, when actuated, pivots the double lever against the spring 12 in order to release the tension of the pressure plate on the plate cylinder 2 and at the same time the clamping device. The other terminal block 9 also has a spherical projection 13 approximately in the cross section, which is supported radially outside the axis of the shaft 11 in a ball socket against the terminal block 8. The inner end of this clamping bar 9 engages with a projection 14 in a recess 15 in the frame 10, whereby the clamping bar 9 is held in its drawn position on the one hand, but on the other hand is sufficiently movable for tensioning and releasing the tensioning and clamping device. A frame 10 of approximately U-shaped design with a bottom land surface 24, a flat outer land surface 25 on one outside and flat partial area surfaces 26 and 27 on the other outside of the legs is advantageous. This enables the frame 10 to be guided in the guide surfaces 28 of the channel 4 of the plate cylinder 2 by means of linear roller bearings 16 in order to achieve smooth and play-free mobility of the frame. The trough-shaped, cross-sectionally U-shaped frame 10 can be inserted axially into the channel 4 from one end face and engages under approximately parallel counter surfaces 29 in the channel 4 of the plate cylinder with supporting surfaces 17 running approximately tangentially. Between these support surfaces 17 and the body of the plate cylinder 4 springs 18 and 19 are biased on both sides of the channel, which permanently load the frame 10 in the direction of the axis of the plate cylinder 2.

Unter dem Rahmen 10 sind vorteilhaft pneumatisch beaufschlagte Verstelleinheiten 21 und 22 angeordnet, die im unbelasteten Zustand radial nach innen gerichtet eine formschlüssige Kraftübertragung ermöglichen. In Umfangsrichtung erfolgt diese formschlüssige Kraftübertragung durch die Wälzlagerkörper 16. Bei Beaufschlagung der Verstelleinheiten 21 und 22 wird die Kraft der Federn 18 und 19 überwunden, so daß der Rahmen 10 mit den Klemmleisten 8 und 9 nach außen und der Klemmschlitz 7 wenigstens teilweise aus dem Bereich der Querschnittskontur des Plattenzylinders 2 herausgefahren wird. Eine Beaufschlagung der gegen das innere Ende der Klemmleiste 8 wirksamen Verstelleinheit 20 führt zur überwindung der Federkraft 12, so daß die Klemmleiste 8 um die Welle 11 schwenkt und der Klemmschlitz 7 geöffnet wird. In dieser Position kann die Druckplatte 5 durch Verdrehung des gegeneinander angestellten Gummituchzylinders 1 und des Plattenzylinders 2 gegen den Umfang des Plattenzylinders 2 und gleichzeitig die hintere Abkantung 6 der Druckplatte in den Klemmschlitz 7 hineingedrückt werden. Die Klemmung dieser Abkantung erfolgt bei Entlastung der Verstelleinheit 20. Durch Entlastung der Verstelleinheiten 21 und 22 drücken die Federn 18 und 19 den Rahmen 10 mit den Klemmleisten 8 und 9 radial nach innen in eine stabile Anschlaglage, In der die periphere Hinterkante der Druckplatte 5 innerhalb der Querschnittskontur des Plattenzylinders 2 liegt. Weitere Hilfsmittel sind dazu nicht erforderlich. Insbesondere ist keine besondere Vorrichtung zum Eindrücken der hinteren Abkantung 6 der Druckplatte 5 erforderlich. Es ist lediglich darauf zu achten, daß der Gummituchzylinder 1 mit seinem Umfang die hintere Abkantung 6 der Druckplatte 5 erreicht. Dies kann durch einen entsprechend eng ausgebildeten Kanal im Gummituchzylinder 1 oder gegebenenfalls durch eine vorübergehende Verdrehung des Gummituchzylinders 1 gegenüber dem Plattenzylinder 2 während der Betätigung der Klemmvorrichtung erreicht werden, wie dies in der Figur 3 schematisch dargestellt ist.Adjustment units 21 and 22, which are acted upon pneumatically, are advantageously arranged under the frame 10 and, in the unloaded state, enable radially inward directed force transmission. Claims (11)

Klemm- und Spannvorrichtung für die nach innen abgewinkelte Hinterkante einer flexiblen Druckplatte in einem axialen Kanal am Umfang eines mit einem Gummituchzylinder im Achsabstand verstellbar zusammenwirkenden Plattenzylinders, auf den die in ihrer Vorderkante festgelegte Druckplatte in Umfangsrichtung spannbar ist, bestehend aus zwei in dem Kanal beweglich abgestützten Klemmleisten, die innerhalb der Querschnittskontur des Plattenzylinders einen axial in dem Kanal verlaufenden Spannschlitz zur Aufnahme der abgewinkelten Hinterkante der Druckplatte bilden und durch reversible Klemmkräfte gegeneinander sowie durch reversible Spannkräfte gemeinsam in Spannrichtung der Druckplatte belastbar sind, die sich jeweils gegen den Plattenzylinder abstützen,
daddurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmvorrichtung in dem Kanal (4) des Plattenzylinders (2) radial beweglich angeordnet und durch Antriebskräfte mit den radial äußeren Kanten der den Spannschlitz bildenden Klemmleisten (8, 9) wenigstens bis zur Umfangskontur des Querschnitts des Plattenzylinders (2) radial nach außen beweglich mit der geklemmten Abkantung (6) der Hinterkante der Druckplatte (5) innerhalb der Kontur des Plattenzylinders (2) zurückbeweglich ist.
