Claims (12)

  1. Emballage, en particulier emballage en godet souple, pour des cigarettes (10) ou analogues, comportant au moins une enveloppe intérieure (12) constituée d'un matériau d'emballage pliable, enveloppe intérieure composée d'une paroi avant (18), d'une paroi arrière (19), de parois latérales (22, 23), de parois frontales supérieures (15) et d'une paroi fond, une languette latérale (16, 17) en saillie étant respectivement reliée à la paroi avant (18) d'une part et à la paroi arrière (19) d'autre part, la languette latérale (17) reliée à la paroi arrière constituant au moins une partie de la paroi frontale supérieure (15), caractérisé par le fait que la languette longitudinale (16) reliée à la paroi avant (18) est rétractée par pliage sur la paroi avant (18) en appuyant sur celle-ci et en y étant fixée.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la languette longitudinale (16) est pliée contre la face extérieure de la paroi avant (18).
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la languette longitudinale (16) appuyant sur la paroi avant (18) est fixée au moyen d'une enveloppe extérieure, en particulier au moyen d'une enveloppe en godet (16), faite en papier ou analogue.
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ainsi que l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que la languette longitudinale (17) reliée à la paroi arrière (19), lorsqu'elle se trouve en position de fermeture, se trouve dans le plan de la paroi frontale (15) et est maintenue en position de fermeture au moyen d'un organe d'obturation, en particulier au moyen d'une bande adhésive (26), d'une banderole ou analogue, l'organe d'obturation étant relié d'une part à la face extérieure de la languette longitudinale (17) et d'autre part à la face avant d'une enveloppe en godet (14).
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 4 ainsi que l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'une ouverture de prélèvement (24) constituée à l'intérieur de la paroi frontale (15) est recouverte au moyen de la languette longitudinale (17), placée en position de fermeture, ouverture de prélèvement qui est délimitée latéralement par des languettes latérales (20, 21) faisant partie de la paroi frontale (15) et qui présente de préférence - comme la languette longitudinale (17) - la largeur de la paroi frontale (15).
  6. Emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'une branche (28), reliée à la paroi avant (25) en godet, de la bande adhésive (26) peut être extraite au moyen d'une extrémité de saisie (31) exempte d'adhésif et que la languette longitudinale (17) est déplaçable en position d'ouverture par rétraction de la bande adhésive (27).
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 5 ainsi que l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que des zones de bordure des languettes latérales (20, 21), à savoir des morceaux de bordure (32, 33), sont susceptibles de se séparer des languettes latérales (20, 21) et déplaçable dans la position d'ouverture avec la languette longitudinale (17), pour agrandir l'ouverture de prélèvement (24).
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que les morceaux de bordure (32, 33) délimités, vis-à-vis des languettes longitudinales (16, 17), à l'aide de lignes de perforations (34) sont reliés à la languette longitudinale (17) par collage (surface encollée 35).
  9. Emballage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que les morceaux de bordure (32, 33) des languettes latérales (20, 21) sont de forme triangulaire, de manière que l'ouverture de prélèvement (24) présente une largeur allant en augmentant lorsque l'on va dans la direction de la paroi arrière (19).
  10. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ainsi que l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par une aide au prélèvement pour les cigarettes (10), au moyen d'une bande de soulèvement (44) placée dans la zone de la paroi avant (18) de l'enveloppe intérieure (12), une languette de saisie (47), réalisée à titre d'extrémité supérieure de la bande de soulèvement (44), étant constituée dans la zone de la languette longitudinale (16) et laissée libre pour la saisie.
  11. Emballage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de soulèvement (44) est disposée, dans la zone d'une languette de paroi avant (38) large, intérieure, de deux languettes de paroi avant (37, 38) se chevauchant l'une l'autre partiellement, pour constituer la paroi avant (18).
  12. Emballage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de soulèvement (44) s'étend entre deux bandes à encollage (39, 40) servant en même temps à assurer la liaison des languettes de paroi avant (37, 38).
