A protective conductor terminal with a current bar (2) arranged in a housing (1) of insulating material and a fixing and contact foot (4) which is connected to the current bar (2) and which is in the form of a metal member and which for mechanical and electrical connection to a carrier bar (5) acting as a protective conductor bus bar has hook elements (6, 7, 7') and spring means (8) for co-operating with the carrier bar limbs, characterised in that the contact foot (4, 4', 4") is in the form of a solid metal member and at least one elongate spring leg (8, 8', 8", 8"') is integrally formed thereon as the spring means.
  2. A protective conductor terminal according to claim 1 characterised in that the fixing and contact foot (4, 4', 4") is a profile portion which is separated out of an elongate portion of material of suitable profile.
  3. A protective conductor terminal according to claim 1 characterised in that the fixing and contact foot (4, 4', 4") is a profile portion which is stamped out of a metal plate.
  4. A protective conductor terminal according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the fixing and contact foot (4) has a long spring leg (8) which, beginning in the vicinity of the one hook element (6), extends over a substantial part of the width of the foot towards the other hook element (7).
  5. A protective conductor terminal according to one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that starting approximately from its central region the fixing and contact foot (4') has two spring legs (8', 8") which respectively extend towards the two hook elements (6, 7).
  6. A protective conductor terminal according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that a prolonged spring travel is imparted to one (7') of the hook elements (6, 7').
  7. A protective conductor terminal according to claim 6 characterised in that the hook element (7') is prolonged laterally beyond the carrier bar (5) and is bent back in a C-shape to same.
  8. A protective conductor terminal according to claim 7 characterised in that at its end towards the carrier bar limb the hook element (7') has an inclined surface (9').
  9. A protective conductor terminal according to one of claims 6 to 8 characterised in that the fixing and contact foot (4"), starting approximately from its central region, has only one spring leg (8"') which extends towards the hook element (7') with an extended spring travel.
