Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fenster- oder Türbeschlag, bei dem ein Betätigungswellenansatz einer Handhabe ein in einem Beschlaggehäuse drehbar gelagertes Verschlußbetätigungselement durchgreift und mit Hilfe eines senkrecht zum Betätigungswellenansatz durch eine Feder beaufschlagten sowie gegen die Federwirkung zurückdrückbaren Rastelementes axial festgelegt ist.The invention relates to a window or door fitting, in which an actuating shaft extension of a handle passes through a lock actuating element which is rotatably mounted in a fitting housing and is axially fixed with the aid of a locking element which is acted upon by a spring perpendicular to the actuating shaft extension and can be pressed back against the spring action.

Der durch die Erfindung erreichte Vorteil besteht darin, daß die axiale Festlegung der Handhabe bzw. des Betätigungswellensatzes durch Verrastung von der Konstruktion des Beschlaggehäuses vollkommen unabhängig ist, d. h. es kann ein übliches Beschlaggehäuse verwendet werden, das keinerlei Änderung bedarf. Für die weitere Ausgestaltung bestehen im Rahmen der Erfindung mehrere Möglichkeiten. So ist nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform vorgesehen, daß der Bolzen an seinem aus dem Betätigungswellenansatz vorstehenden Teil auf der dem freien Ende des Betätigungswellenansatzes zugewandten Seite eine Einführungsabschrägung und auf der dem freien Ende des Betätigungswellenansatzes abgewandten Seite eine ebene Rastsitzfläche aufweist. Hierdurch ist sichergestellt, daß die Handhabe ohne besondere Manipulation am Rastelement mit dem Betätigungswellenansatz in das Beschlaggehäuse eingeschoben werden kann; in der verrasteten Stellung liegt die ebene Rastsitzfläche an der Rückseite des Beschlaggehäuses flächig an. Da der Betätigungswellenansatz, der im allgemeinen aus einem Vierkant besteht, nur verhältnismäßig geringe Querschnittsabmessungen hat und insoweit für das Rastelement nur ein kleiner Unterbringungsraum zur Verfügung steht, ist nach einer weiterhin bevorzugten Ausführungsform vorgesehen, daß der Bolzen eine Schulter aufweist, die auf der dem vorstehenden Teil des Bolzens zugewandten Seite durch eine Querschnittsverengung der Bohrung überfaßt ist und auf der anderen Seite von der als Schraubenfeder ausgeführten Feder beaufschlagt ist. Die genannte Querschnittsverengung kann auf eine besonders einfache und günstige Weise durch eine Werkstoffverquetschung des Betätigungswellenansatzes im Bereich des freien Bohrungsrandes gebildet sein, wobei ohne weiteres gleichsam selbsttätig auch der Bolzen mehr oder weniger gegen Verdrehen gesichert werden kann.There are several possibilities for the further configuration within the scope of the invention. Der in den Figuren dargestellte Fenster- oder Türbeschlag besteht zunächst aus einer Handhabe 1 und einem Beschlaggehäuse 2. Das Beschlaggehäuse 2 ist in einem Fenster- oder Türflügel 3 befestigt. Der in der Bohrung 11 gelagerte Bolzen 9 weist eine Schulter 14 auf, die auf der dem vorstehenden Teil des Bolzens 9 zugewandten Seite durch eine Querschnittsverengung 15 der Bohrung 11 überfaßt ist, wodurch der Bolzen 9 in der Bohrung 11 gehalten ist. Auf der anderen Seite ist die Schulter 14 von der als Schraubenfeder ausgeführten Feder 8 beaufschlagt, die den restlichen, in der Bohrung 11 befindlichen Teil des Bolzens 9 umgibt. Die genannte Querschnittsverengung 15 ist durch eine beidseits des vorstehenden Teils des Bolzens 9 parallel zum Betätigungswellenansatz 4 vorgenommene Werkstoffverquetschung gebildet, die den Öffnungsquerschnitt der Bohrung 11 gleichsam ellipsenförmig verformt, wodurch der Bolzen 9 mehr oder weniger auch gegen Verdrehen gesichert ist, wenn der aus dem Betätigungswellenansatz 4 vorstehende Teil des Bolzens 9 beispielsweise zur Rastsitzfläche 13 senkrecht verlaufende, ebene Seitenflächen 16 aufweist.The
