Claims (10)

  1. Multipole switch device of the type comprising, housed in a common casing, at least one switch (I₁ - I₄) having at least one fixed contact member (F₁, F′₁ - F₂, F′₂ - F₃, F′₃) and a cooperating mobile contact member (P₁ - P₄) operated by a mobile assembly (2), and an operating member (6) adapted to perform a forward and a return stroke to actuate the mobile assembly (2),
       characterised in that said operating member (6) is coupled to the mobile assembly (2) of the switch by a mechanical coupling including a disengageable coupling (10, 12) adapted to assume a disengaged position during the forward travel of the operating member (6) when the resisting force exerted by the mobile assembly (2) rises above a predetermined threshold and then to return to the engaged position during the return stroke of the operating member (6).
  2. Device according to claim 1 characterised in that movement to the disengaged position occurs after entry into contact of at least one fixed contact member (F₁, F′₁ - F₂, F′₂ - F₃, F′₃ - F₄, F′₄) with at least one mobile contact member (P₁ - P₄) of the switch.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or claim 2 characterised in that said disengageable coupling comprises two parts (10, 12) magnetically coupled together.
  4. Device according to claim 1 or claim 2 characterised in that said disengageable coupling (10, 12) comprises snap-fastener means.
  5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims characterised in that said mobile assembly (2) is in the form of a rake having openings (O₁ - O₄) through which are mounted mobile contact bridges (P₁ - P₄) which each cooperate with a pair of fixed contacts (F₁, F′₁ - F₂, F′₂ - F₃, F′₃ - F₄, F′₄).
  6. Device according to claim 1 comprising, housed in a common casing, a plurality of switches (I₁ - I₄) each having at least one fixed contact member and a cooperating mobile contact member operated by a mobile assembly (2), characterised in that:
    - the mobile assembly (2) is in two parts (7, 9) that can be separated and which each include the mobile contact members (P₁ - P₄) of at least one switch (I₁ - I₄),
    - the operating member (6) is coupled directly to the first part (7) of the mobile assembly (2) and is coupled to the second part (9) of the mobile assembly (2) by the disengageable coupling, and
    - movement to the disengaged position occurs after a change of state of at least one of the switches (I₂ - I₄) associated with the second part of the mobile assembly (2).
  7. Device according to claim 6 characterised in that movement to the disengaged position occurs after closure of all the switches (I₂ - I₄) associated with the second part (9) of the mobile assembly (2).
  8. Device according to claim 7 characterised in that the closing or the opening of the switch or the switches (I₁) associated with the first part (7) of the mobile assembly (2) is offset relative to the closing or the opening of the switch or the switches (I₂ - I₄) associated with the second part (9) of the mobile assembly (2).
  9. Device according to claim 3 characterised in that said two parts comprise a permanent magnet (10) and a magnetisable material plate (12).
  10. Device according to claim 9 characterised in that said permanent magnet (10) is associated with a U-shape magnetic circuit (17).
