At least one of the longitudinally running, vertical delimiting surfaces of the noise-protection wall is composed of a plurality of steel or iron grid-type mats (6,6',6'',15,15',29,29'), in the form of a grid, which are fastened vertically between the frame parts (1,1',1'',1''',14,14',18,19,25,27,27'), the volume of the noise-protection wall enclosed by the frame parts (1,1',1'',1''',14,14',18,19,25,27,27') and that enclosed by the mats which have been fitted being filled with earth-type, stone-type or clay-type building materials or the like. The frame parts are formed from ladder-type profiles (1,1',1'',1''',14,14',18,19,25) (upright profiles) which are each composed of at least two stringers (2,3,20,20',26,26') which are connected by means of transversely or horizontally running rungs (5,5',21). The profiles (1,1',1'',1''',14,14',18,19,25) run in a plane-parallel manner with respect to one another in the transverse direction of the noise-protection wall and the grid-type mats (6,6',6'',15,15') are loosely suspended by means of the vertical ends into the rungs (5,5',21) between the stringers (2,3,20,20',26,26') of two neighbouring profiles (1,1',1'',1''',14,14',18,19,25) such that the ends of the horizontally running transverse bars (8,8',8'',8''' of the grid-type mats (6,6',6'',15,15') rest on the rungs (5,5',21) of the upright profiles (1,1',1'',1''',14,14',18,19,25) and support the grid-type mats (6,6',6'',15,15'). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a vegetative noise barrier, which consists of a plurality of frame parts and whose vertical boundary surfaces are formed from lattice-shaped, flat steel or iron lattice mats according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

From DE 3 933 318 A1, a noise and dust protection wall composed of several individual components has become known, which consists of several frame parts in the form of an inverted U arranged at a distance one behind the other, which are support profiles that can be assembled into a portal. Horizontal bars inserted between two adjacent frame parts, into which vertical bars are pushed, form a grid-like covering in the vertical boundary surfaces of the wall. The frame parts are attached as a rigid frame on a base, which is filled with earth in the manufacturing plant, so that the finished frame parts are assembled on site to form a noise barrier. This type of construction requires relatively heavy transport vehicles and lifting devices. Furthermore, the creation of fully filled frame parts is not flexible enough to adapt to the most varied of terrain and conditions on site.

The G 89 11 878.2 has made known a noise and dust protection wall composed of several individual components, which also consists of several frame parts in the form of an inverted U arranged at a distance from one another, on the end and side surfaces of the wall body of which mats with filling material introduced therein are attached , The ends of the U-legs are fastened to a base frame which is designed as a rigid frame, on the longitudinal beams of which fastening means for a lifting tool can be connected, which raises and sets up the wall body which is filled with earth. The load-bearing parts of the wall are rod or cylinder and / or strip-shaped support profiles that can be assembled into a portal. The support profiles or portals have means at their foot end, by means of which they can be pivoted from an essentially horizontal to a vertical position in cooperation with fastenings which can be anchored to the floor.

A vegetative noise barrier is known from WO 86/03217 = EP 86 90 0077.8, which consists of vertical massive supports transversely in the direction of the wall, the main surfaces being formed from grid mats which are vertical from the front and from behind on both narrow sides of the supports run and are screwed to the supports by means of terminal strips. The ends of the cross and longitudinal bars of the mesh mats are bent inwards at right angles to the wall in order to reduce a certain risk of injury to the mesh mats. However, the disadvantage here is the use of terminal strips for holding the lattice mats and the fact that the lattice mats are placed on the supports from the outside.

The invention has for its object to provide a vegetative noise barrier of the type mentioned, which are created on site from a few prefabricated parts by a few workers without the use of heavy transport or lifting machines or heavy equipment for assembly and assembly and the various conditions on site can be adapted, the noise barrier to be filled on site. Furthermore, the invention has for its object to provide an ecologically improved noise barrier, which can be largely adapted to the natural terrain and landscape.

This object is achieved in that the frame parts are formed from ladder-like profiles (stator profiles), each consisting of at least two spars, which are connected by means of transversely or horizontally extending rungs, the profiles in the transverse direction of the noise barrier are plane-parallel to one another and the lattice mats with the vertical ends between the spars of two adjacent profiles are loosely suspended in the rungs, so that the ends of the horizontal cross bars of the mesh mats rest on the rungs of the upright profiles and support the mesh mats. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.

The vegetative noise barrier according to the invention has the advantage that it can be created on site from a few individual parts with a relatively low weight and without the use of heavy transport or lifting machines or heavy equipment for assembling and assembling in the manner of a modular system, so that only a few employees do this are required and the assembly times and costs are shortened. The components used advantageously represent a lightweight construction that can be adapted in any way to the local conditions, the wall receiving its sound absorption qualities after the filling material has been filled in on site. Due to the lightweight construction and adaptability, the noise barrier can also be created in extremely difficult terrain where normally known noise barriers can no longer be created due to difficulties in founding or space requirements. Lattice mats are advantageously inserted somewhat into the wall or into the frame profiles, the lattice mats being held in the simplest manner hanging freely downward between the frame profiles without the use of complex screw or clamp fasteners, because the lattice mats are not placed on the supports from the outside are.

In a preferred embodiment of the noise barrier, this does not require a concrete foundation, because the frame parts can be anchored to the floor of the noise barrier by means of ground nails or screw-in anchors. The noise barrier is therefore suitable for cities or municipalities for self-assembly at minimal cost. The space requirement of the noise protection wall is the same or better sound absorption properties than 20% compared to a conventional earth wall. The noise barrier according to the invention can be built closer to the sound source than is the case with an earth wall. From an acoustic point of view, it should be emphasized that the noise protection wall has considerably lower reflection properties than concrete or steel walls.

Further salient advantages of the noise barrier according to the invention exist in ecological terms. Through the use of an inseminated fleece or seed carrier according to the invention on the grid mats, the noise barrier immediately has vegetative properties; due to the use of inseminated fleeces or inseminated carrier mats on the mesh mats, the noise protection wall can be covered with greenery in a few vegetation periods; at best, the wall only needs to be planted or inseminated from above on the end surface. The noise barrier can thus advantageously be greened from both sides by inseminated fleeces or seed carriers in both vertical boundary surfaces of the noise barrier on the lattice mats, so that the wall can be aesthetically inserted into the landscape.

The sound-absorbing mass of the noise protection wall can advantageously consist of waste building materials or of recycling building materials mixed with earth and / or compost, in particular the mass consisting of approx. 50% of moisture-storing building materials, such as broken clay brick or poroton, and approx 50% can consist of earth and / or compost. Due to the use of water-storing materials, the noise protection wall is a natural moisture store, which is why the wall quickly becomes green and has a cooling effect due to evaporation, since there is no additional heat radiation as with a concrete wall.

A basic element for the construction of the vegetative noise protection wall are frame parts, of which a frame part in the form of a ladder-like profile 1 is shown as a stand profile in FIG. 1. The profile 1 consists of two parallel, vertical bars 2 and 3, which are connected to one another by means of transverse rungs 5, 5 '. All frame parts are preferably made of steel. At one end of the spars 2, 3, a base plate 4 can be attached, which is sufficient Forms a footprint on the sole of the noise barrier for the frame part. Between the spars 2, 3 of a profile 1 and between the spars of the profile adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the wall, a mesh mat 6 is suspended vertically, which is preferably a welded mesh mat or steel mesh mat (reinforcement mat) and made of vertically extending longitudinal bars 7 and horizontally extending cross bars 8, 8 ', 8'',8'''. The distances of the rungs 5, 5 'from one another are selected such that they correspond to the division of the grid of the grid mat 6, so that the grid mat 6, as shown in FIG. 1, with the horizontally extending cross bars 8, 8', 8 '' , 8 '''is held by the rungs 5.5'.

Zwischen zwei benachbarten Profilen 1, 1', 1'', 1''' innerhalb der Zeile ist jeweils eine Gittermatte 6, 6', 6'', wie vorstehend beschrieben, aufgehängt.FIG. 2 shows a view from the front of a noise protection wall, which is constructed from profiles 1, 1 ', 1' ', 1' '' in a row and which stand upright on the ground 13 and which is oriented in the direction of cross-sectional planes of the wall are, wherein the profiles on the opposite longitudinal sides of the wall preferably face each other and are connected to each other in a cross-sectional plane of the wall by means of cross connector 11 (Figure 1). A grid mat 6, 6 ', 6' 'is suspended between two adjacent profiles 1, 1', 1 '', 1 '' 'within the row, as described above.

A top view of FIG. 1 to show the base plate 4 at the lower end of the profiles 1, 1 '', 1 '' 'adjacent to the soil 13 is shown in FIG. The base plate 4 has through-bores 9, 9 ', 9' ', 9' '' through which earth nails 12, 12 'or screw-in anchors are hammered or rotated into the soil 13 of the base of the noise barrier. In addition, the base plate can have a shoulder 23, 23 'with a slot hole 24, 24' on each side, through which pegs or screw-in anchors are also hammered or turned into the soil 13 of the sole; such approaches 23 '', 23 '' 'can also be arranged on the other long sides. The base plate 4 is preferably welded onto the lower end of the spars 2, 3.

In weiteren, dahinterliegenden Querschnittsebenen stehen gleichartige, leiterartige Rahmenteile. Figure 3 shows a side view of a noise barrier, consisting of ladder-like frame parts 14, 14 'according to the frame part in Figure 1, which is arranged laterally on the end face of the noise barrier, preferably in a cross-sectional plane and which by means of cross connectors 16, 16', 16 '' in the Cross-sectional plane are interconnected. Stand in further, underlying cross-sectional levels identical, ladder-like frame parts. Between the frame parts 14, 14 'and the adjacent frame parts behind it are each suspended between the bars of the frame parts 14, 14' grid mats 15, 15 ', preferably in such a way that the grid mats are supported at the end with the cross bars on the rungs of the frame parts. The grille mats, as described, carry inseminated fleeces or inseminated carrier mats for greening the entire noise protection wall. The grid mats 15, 15 'thus form the lateral, vertical boundary surfaces of the noise barrier. The volume between the grid mats 15, 15 'and the frame parts 14, 14' is filled with soil 17. The sound-absorbing mass of the noise barrier can also consist of waste building materials or of recycling building materials mixed with earth and / or compost, whereby in particular the mass consists of approx. 50% moisture-storing building materials, such as broken clay brick or poroton, and approx 50% can consist of earth and / or compost. A rubble can also be added.
