Definitions
- the present invention relates to a gar ⁇ forming device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a device of this type is known from EP-A 348 338.
- the hooking element contains a support foot, which is received by a trough-shaped recess of a stationary support bar in the lower position of the hooking element.
- the hooking element is forcibly pivoted by the lifting knife. During this pivoting, noise is generated and friction occurs between the hooking element and the lifting knife, which leads to wear of one or the other part, which is to be assessed as disadvantageous.
- Another weak point is that the restoring force of the hooking element must be applied by the harness pull, because the frictional force between the support strip and the support foot counteracts this, the harness pull must be tensioned more than necessary.
- the aim of the present invention is to create a shedding device in which this disadvantage is largely eliminated and an extremely low-mass design is possible.
- FIG. 1 shows a three-dimensional view of a first exemplary embodiment of a reading device according to the invention
- FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1,
- FIG. 3 shows a spatial view of a second exemplary embodiment of a reading device according to the invention.
- FIGS. 4-13 exemplary embodiments of a shedding device according to the invention.
- a shedding device of the type in question here contains a kinematic connecting element 1, which connects traction elements, a roller train 2 with a first disc 3, around which the connecting element 1 is guided, and a second disc 4, which is connected to the first via web parts 5 Disc 3 is connected, a cord 6 which is guided around the second disc 4 and connected to the heald 7 for guiding warp threads, and a return spring 8 which is attached to the end of the heald 7.
- the other end of the cord 6 is connected to the machine frame.
- the shedding device further comprises two
- Lifting knives which can be moved up and down in opposite directions, two traction elements which can be moved up and down between a lower and upper compartment position, and an electrically controllable magnetic reading device with control device.
- FIG. 1 and 2 show a first exemplary embodiment of a reading device.
- This reading device 12 has two electromagnets 13, 14 and two pole plates 15, 16 and a holder 17.
- Each electromagnet consists of a cylindrical core 18 and a winding 19 which is wound on the core (FIG. 2).
- Each pole plate 15, 16 has a U-shaped cross section that tapers over the length of the pole plate, so that the legs 20, 21 form oblique surfaces.
- the pole plates 15, 16 are arranged in such a way that the ends of the legs lie opposite one another at a distance.
- the electromagnets 13, 14 are arranged between the pole plates 16, 18.
- the electromagnets 13, 14 and the pole plates 15, 16 are connected by a plastic compound 22 which fills the cavities between the pole plates and the gap between the leg ends. This creates a wedge-shaped unit with two sloping surfaces.
- a section of a pulling element is attracted when the electromagnets 13, 14 are energized, so that this section lies against the inclined surfaces which are formed by the outer surface of the pole plate legs.
- the pole plate legs form pole regions 23 and 24, so that the field lines 25 of the electromagnets are directed in the transverse direction of the pulling element.
- the base edge is formed by the wider part of this reading device.
- FIG. 3 shows a second exemplary embodiment of a reading device.
- This reading device 31 has an electromagnet 32 and a holder 33 for the electromagnet.
- the electromagnet 32 consists of a double-T-shaped core 34 and a winding 35.
- the core 34 has a web part on which the winding is arranged in an insulated manner and a wide base flange 36 and a narrow flange 37 which attach to the traction elements facing sides have inclined surfaces, which defined pole areas 38 and 39 and thus the base edge form.
- the shedding device according to the invention shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 contains two lifting knives 41, which are moved up and down in opposite directions by a drive device, not shown, two pulling elements 42, which can be brought in and out of engagement with the lifting knives 41, one in Figures 1 and 2 shown Einlesevor ⁇ device 12 with a circuit, not shown, which is arranged in the lower compartment position of the pulling elements 42 and two guide parts 43,44, between which the reading device 12 is arranged so that the pulling elements 42 against the Pole areas (23,24; 38,39) of the reading device 12 assume a defined position ( Figure 2).
- the traction element 42 is designed in the form of a strip. At one end the traction element 42 is connected to the kinematic connecting element 1. The other end is designed as a hook-shaped section 45 which can be brought into and out of engagement with the lifting knife 41.
- the traction element 42 is divided into a coupling part 46 which adjoins the hook-shaped section 45 and is divided into a guide part 47 adjoining it.
- a stop part 48 is arranged in the guide part 47, which rests, for example, on a stop board 49 when the pulling element 42 is in the lower compartment position (FIG. 4).
- the leader tion part 47 is guided on an opening 50 in the message board 49.
- the tension member 42 can be made of metal which is magnetizable. It is also possible to use a traction element made of plastic material, the coupling section being made of magnetizable material or having to contain such a material.
- the lifting knives are provided with a longitudinal edge with two parallel sections 51, 52, into which the hook-shaped sections 45 hook.
- a tension spring 53 is attached to the roller train 2 in order to prestress the tension members 42 in the direction of the compartment to be formed.
- the tension member 42 is integrally formed. However, it is possible to design the tension member in two parts, the coupling part 46 and the guide part 47 being connected as separate parts to one another by suitable means.
- the shedding device is provided with a reset device 55 in order to lift the coupling part 46 of the pulling element 42 from the reading device 12 when the electromagnet is not energized.
- the reset device can consist of a holder 56 and a leaf spring 57 and e.g. be mounted on the reading device 12.
- FIGS. 8 to 11 show a further exemplary embodiment of a shedding device according to the invention.
- the shedding device is designed in a space-saving design and contains two lifting knives 101, two pulling elements 102, guide parts 103 for the lifting knives, a reading device 12 shown in FIG. 1 and two guide parts 104, between which the reading device 12 is arranged in such a way that that the traction elements 102 assume a defined position with respect to the pole areas.
- the guide is designed such that the pulling element is guided in each case onto the lower edge of the reading device, as a result of which the pulling element is in contact with the pole regions 23, 24 with the smallest air gap. It proves to be particularly advantageous that the traction element runs obliquely with respect to the base area of the reading device 12. A defined restoring force of the coupling part is thereby achieved.
- the traction element 102 is designed in the form of a strip and consists of an elastically deformable material.
- the traction element consists of a narrow section 105, on the free end of which the connecting element 1 is attached, and a wide section 106, the free end of which has a section 107 inclined with respect to the plane of the strip. A rectangular recess 108 is formed below this section 107.
- the two sections 105 and 106 form a shoulder 109 on the traction element, which rests on the notice board 46 when the traction element is in the lower compartment position.
- the traction element is divided into a coupling part 110 and a guide part 111.
- the lifting knife 101 has on its downward-facing narrow side an attachment 112 with hook-shaped sections 113 which protrude from the side surfaces of the attachment and can be brought into and out of engagement with the recesses 108 in the pulling element.
- a protruding surface 114 is formed by the projecting sections, similar to the third embodiment, the function of which is the same.
- An enlarged section 116 with inclined surfaces 117 adjoins section 112, which merges into the head part of the lifting knife 101.
- the inclined section 107 of the pulling element is placed against the inclined surface 117, and due to the continuous downward movement of the stroke knife, the coupling part 110 is deflected and placed on the pole areas 23, 24 of the reading device 12.
- Figures 12 and 13 show another
- the shed forming device contains two lifting knives 120, two pulling elements 121 and a reading device 12 shown in FIG. 1, which is arranged such that it lies between the pulling elements when the latter are in the lower shed position. In this sub-compartment position, the traction elements assume a defined position with respect to the pole regions 23, 24 (FIG. 1).
- the traction element 121 contains a strip-shaped guide part 122 and a strip-shaped coupling part 123 which is fastened on one side of the guide part 122, e.g. by means of a rivet.
- the guide part 122 is connected at one end to the kinematic connecting element 1.
- a rectangular recess 125 is provided in the area of the other end.
- the guide part advantageously consists of a material that cannot be magnetized.
- Each traction element has a stop part 54 which is attached to the guide part 122 and projects e.g. rests on the bulletin board 46 when the pulling element is in the lower compartment position, or which ensures that the lower edge of the lifting knife 120 inevitably moves the pulling element 121 into the lower compartment position.
- the coupling part 123 has a hook-shaped section 126 at one end and is fastened in the region of the other end in such a way that the hook-shaped section 126 projects through the recess 125.
- the coupling part 123 is made of an elastically deformable material that is magnetizable and is advantageously attached to the guide part 122 in the direction of the magnetic pole 23, 24. In this traction element 121, the two-part embodiment proves to be particularly advantageous because no magnetic attraction force is exerted on the guide part 122.
- a guide element 127 is arranged above the reading device 12, on which the coupling parts 123 rest when the pulling element 121 is in the upper surface position stands.
- an opening 128 is provided in the bulletin board 46, in which the guide part 122 is guided during the up and down movement. This results in a double guidance for the traction element 121.
- the guidance can be improved if a channel-shaped recess is provided in the guide element 127, which receives the coupling part 123 when the traction element moves up and down, so that the guiding part 122 contacts the Edges on the management body.
