Description

Durch einen hohen Chromanteil im Tröpfchenmaterial ergibt sich eine zusätzlich farbabstoßende Wirkung. Bei einer so geschaffenen Papierleitwalze hat sich jedoch die Rauheit der Oberfläche als zu grob erwiesen und die heraus stehenden Tröpfchen lassen wegen ihrer Scharfkantigkeit einen Ausgleich von Falten auf der sich auf der Papierleitwalze abwälzenden Papierbahn nicht zu. Außerdem soll ein Ablegen bzw. Als ultrahochmolekularer Grundstoff kann Polyäthylen oder polytetrafluoräthylen verwendet werden. Es ist zwar vorteilhaft, für beide Schichten das gleiche Grundmaterial zu verwenden, die gemäß der Erfindung erzielte Wirkung wird jedoch ebenfalls erreicht, falls für die erste und die zweite Schicht verschiedene hochmolekulare Kunststoffe als Grundmaterial, also z`B. für die erste Schicht Polyäthylen und für die zweite Schicht Polytetrafluoräthylen oder umgekehrt Verwendung finden. Zur Aufbringung der ersten und zweiten Schicht kann vorteilhaft ein thermisches Spritzverfahren, z.B. Flammspritzverfahren Verwendung finden. In bekannter Weise (Deutsches Gebrauchsmuster G 73 45 259.2) kann in einem Arbeitsgang auf die relativ schnell erstarrende erste Schicht, die z.B. mittels einer Flammspritzpistole auf den Grundkörper, der eine hinreichend große Affinität zum Kunststoff zeigt, aufgetragen werden kann, mit Hilfe einer nachgeordneten Flammspritzpistole die zweite Schicht mit den Glaskugeln aufgetragen werden. Somit sind über die Oberfläche des Mantels der Papierleitwalze gleichmäßig aus der Trägersubstanz herausragende Glaskugeln verteilt, deren Dichte die Rauheit der Außenschicht bestimmt. Da wie in der Fig. dargestellt, die zweite Schicht 5 dünner als der Durchmesser der Glaskugeln 6 ist, reichen teilweise die Glaskugeln 6 bis in die erste Schicht 4, so daß eine gute Einbettung in den farbabweisenden Kunststoff gegeben ist.
