Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren für die beidseitige Beschichtung einer beweglichen Bahn (7) mittels zweier nebeneinandergelegter Übertragungswalzen (3, 5), während ein Beschichtungsmittel auf beiden Seiten der Bahn aufgebracht wird, wobei sich die Übertragungswalzen (3, 5) und die Bahn (7) in derselben Richtung bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Übertragungswalzen (3, 5) zueinander unterschiedliche Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten verliehen werden, so daß mindestens eine dieser Geschwindigkeiten von der Bahngeschwindigkeit abweicht, daß die Übertragungswalzen (3, 5) eine Oberflächenhärte von bis zu 60 Shore A haben und daß die Übertragungswalzen (3, 5) in dem Spalt einem Anpreßdruck von bis zu 10 N/mm ausgesetzt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der Übertragungswalzen (3, 5) von der Geschwindigkeit der beweglichen Bahn (7) abweichen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von einer der Übertragungswalzen (3, 5) die der Bahn (7) übersteigt, während die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der anderen Übertragungswalze niedriger ist als die der Bahn (7).
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten von der Geschwindigkeit der Bahn (7) in etwa gleichem Grad abweichen.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abweichung der Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten von der Geschwindigkeit der Bahn (7) bis etwa 5 % beträgt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Abweichung in einem Bereich von 0,5 % bis 2,5 % liegt.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahn (7) in verlängerten Eingriff mit der Übertragungswalze (3, 5) gebracht wird, deren Umfangsgeschwindigkeit die der Bahn übersteigt, wodurch ein gewisser Einspeiseffekt erreicht wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungswalzen (3, 5) in dem Spalt auf einen Anpreßdruck von 1 N/mm bis 10 N/mm eingestellt werden, und daß die Übertraungswalzen eine Oberflächenhärte von bis zu 60 Shore A besitzen.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zur beidseitigen Beschichtung einer beweglichen Papierbahn (7) verwendet wird.
