Description

The invention relates to a system for transporting fully wound bobbins and empty bobbin tubes between multi-position textile machines of different production levels, containing an endless conveyor rail common to the machines of different production levels, along which bobbin or bobbin tube carriers can be moved along and between the machines of different production levels.

No. 3,828,682) describes a system for transporting the full bobbins produced on at least one first spinning machine, at least one second spinning machine having a bobbin case, of the subsequent production stage and the empty bobbin tubes transport back to the first spinning machine (s). In this known system, a single conveyor rail assigned to the different machines is provided, on which the spool or spool sleeve carrier, in particular in the form of a carriage or carriage, can always run in the same direction. The coil carriers are either moved by hand along the conveyor rail, or there are rising and falling rail sections in the direction of movement of the slides. In the area of each rising rail section, a motor-driven conveyor device, for example in the form of an endless conveyor, is provided, from which the individual coil carriers or coil carrier slides are grasped and raised. As soon as the individual coil carriers or coil carrier slides have reached an elevated rail level, they can automatically move downward in the area of subsequent, falling rail sections under the influence of the heavy field. The disadvantage of this known system is that the transport flow along the conveyor rail takes place relatively stagnantly or in batches, on the one hand independent drive units are required in the area of the various rising rail sections, while on the other hand it is not reliably ensured that coil carriers or coil carrier carriages are provided in a uniform manner Drive along the individual workstations of the multi-position textile machines so that no uniform supply of the individual workstations is guaranteed.

No. 4,979,360) describes a transport and handling system for multi-position textile machines which comprises a plurality of rail systems which can be connected to one another by switches, separate drive devices being provided in the region of each rail system in order to provide the To promote coil carriers or coil carrier trains that can be moved along the individual rail systems to the individual workstations of the multi-position textile machines. In this known system, the sequence of different conveyor rail systems is based on the fact that at least one handling machine is provided at the same time with the coil carriers or coil carrier trains for performing operations at individual workstations of the multi-position machines, the individual handling machine in each case for performing operations in the area of one of the machine types different manufacturing stages.

The invention has for its object to design a transport system of the type described in such a way that a direct connection with a uniform conveying or work flow is ensured between multi-position machines of different production stages, such that each multi-position textile machine is operated or serviced at the work stations different stages of manufacture essentially an uninterrupted flow of Coil or coil sleeve carriers is moved past.

To achieve this object, the transport system according to the invention is characterized in that the endless conveyor rail is assigned a single endless, driven conveyor element for the individual bobbin or bobbin tube carriers. In this way, a smooth flow of conveyance is guaranteed without different drive or conveying elements, with transfer or intermediate stations, e.g. in the form of points connecting two different rail systems, or intermittently effective drive elements can be dispensed with, which result in a batchwise promotion of the coil or coil sleeve carrier.

According to a further invention, it is provided that the bobbin or bobbin tube carriers are attached to the endless conveying element at defined intervals, these intervals preferably corresponding to the spacing between adjacent work stations of the multi-position textile machines.

The endless conveyor element is preferably a conveyor chain which is supported and guided by means of rollers in or on the endless conveyor rail.

The invention is described below with reference to the drawing.

The figures show: FIGS. 1-4 different machine groups, which are interconnected by the system according to the invention are connected, and
Figure 5 is a detailed perspective view of the drive device for the conveyor element used according to the invention.

In the overall system shown in FIG. 1, a double-wire twisting machine A and a specialist machine B are connected to one another by a single endless conveyor rail 1. This conveyor rail 1 is part of an overhead conveyor system which contains an endless driven conveyor element 2 (FIG. 5) which is guided along the conveyor rail 1 and to which the individual coil or coil sleeve carriers 3 are attached. In FIG. 1, the individual coil or coil sleeve carriers are essentially represented by the coils a or coil sleeves b.

Handhabungsautomat 5 zugeordnet. The double-wire twisting machine A is assigned a maintenance or handling machine 6 which serves to exchange empty bobbin tubes b and full supply bobbins a between the individual twisting points or twisting spindles 4 and the conveyor system 1, 2, 3. In a comparable manner, the specialist machine B is assigned a maintenance or handling machine 5 not belonging to the invention.

The direction of movement of the endless conveyor element 2 is indicated in FIG. 1 by the arrow f1. The individual coil or. Coil tube carriers 3 are preferably attached to the endless conveyor element 2 at a distance corresponding to the pitch of the double-wire twisting machine, it being irrelevant whether the individual coil or coil tube carriers are equipped with empty bobbin tubes b or full supply bobbins a during the rotation of the conveyor element 2 . The transport flow is designed so that the conveying element 2 either rotates continuously, so that a bobbin or bobbin tube change can then be carried out by hand, or is stopped intermittently, so that an automatic or automated bobbin or bobbin tube exchange can take place.

In the overall system according to FIG. 2, a double-wire twisting machine A and a specialist machine B are connected to one another by an endless conveyor rail 11, which comprises rising or falling rail sections. The bobbin or bobbin holder provided for the bobbin transport have the form of transport baskets 7, which are attached to an endless conveyor element 2, e.g. a conveyor chain 2 shown in Figure 5 are attached. According to the illustration in FIG. 2, full and empty transport baskets alternate with one another in an unordered manner. The operator on the double-wire twisting machine A is thus practically always provided with a full supply spool for manual operation of the individual double-wire twisting spindle 4. It is irrelevant whether the double-wire twisting machine section by section, i.e. Spindle for spindle, is operated, or whether this operation happens wildly, i.e. only where a double-wire twisted spindle has just run out and needs new equipment. The transport or conveyor system according to the invention also serves to transport away the empty bobbin tubes b of the bobbins that have run out in the double-wire twisting spindle. The empty bobbin tubes are transferred to the specialist machine b in order to be rewound.

Spulenhülsenträger sind ebenfalls Förderkörbe 7 vorgesehen, die an einem in Figur 3 nicht dargestellten endlosen Förderelement, etwa der in Figur 5 dargestellten endlosen Förderkette 2 angebracht sind.FIG. 3 shows a schematic representation of a double-wire twisting machine A, which is connected to an air spinning machine C by the endless conveyor rail 21. This endless conveyor rail 21 also has sloping and rising rail sections. Conveyor baskets 7 are also provided as coil or coil sleeve carriers Figure 3 not shown endless conveyor element, such as the endless conveyor chain 2 shown in Figure 5 are attached.

In the system shown in FIG. 4, a double-wire twisting machine A is connected to an air spinning machine C by an endless conveyor rail 31. In this case, the conveyor rail 31 is arranged in the lower machine area, an endless conveyor belt 32 guided along the rail 31 serving as a transport element, which carries pin-like carrier 33 for attaching full supply spools a or empty spool sleeves b. The drive assembly 34 is used to drive the endless conveyor belt 32 (this drive assembly 34 must still be shown in FIG. 4).

Der Antrieb der Förderkette 2 erfolgt mittels motorisch angetriebener Reibräder 8, die seitlich an der Transportkette 2 angreifen.FIG. 5 shows a section of part of the endless conveyor rail 1, which can also correspond to the conveyor rails 11 and 21, which is designed as a hollow profile with a lower slot 1.1 running in the longitudinal direction of the rail. Each bobbin or bobbin holder 3 has a support rod 3.1 which is inserted through the slot 1.1 into the hollow profile of the conveyor rail 1 and is suspended there via guide rollers 3.2. At the lower end of the support rod 3.1, a fastening device 3.3 is attached for one or two coils b. The support rod 3.1 is held between the end sections of adjoining chain links 2.1 in such a way that the individual support rods 3.1 are carried along with the movement of the endless conveyor chain 2. The conveyor chain 2 is driven by means of motor-driven friction wheels 8 which act laterally on the transport chain 2.
