Abstract
Description
Ruhevorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to an elastic support body, in particular for supporting cross slats of a slatted frame of a bed or the like. Resting device according to the preamble of
In a known slatted frame (CH-PS 491 630), the transverse slats are accommodated in a rubber-elastic support body which is supported on a base plate in the area of the side parts of the bed and is designed as a tubular hollow profile with an essentially rhombic cross section. Such a hollow profile body, which is one-piece in the longitudinal direction and has a uniform spring hardness, can quickly tire at least in the event of overloading in certain areas, offers only limited spring properties and, in the case of a large space requirement, requires a complex anchoring, which is associated with a high outlay in terms of material and assembly.
The invention has for its object to provide an elastic support body for supporting cross slats of a slatted base, the various variations of the spring properties enables to be adapted to different loads with little effort and avoids damaging overloads.
Starting from a slatted frame of the type specified at the outset, this object is achieved according to the invention by an embodiment having the characterizing features of
The invention provides an elastic support body for supporting cross slats of a slatted frame, which has a hollow profile with a homogeneous spiral spring cell structure, so that the individual areas of the cell structure under load have only a limited, resilient deformation by defined bending with a stress curve oriented essentially in one plane Experienced. Excellent spring properties with improved spring elasticity can thus be achieved in a preferably vertical direction of loading, since the partitions and channels forming the geometrical partial profiles effect a uniform distribution of the pressure and its advantageous conversion into bending stresses in the spring zone. The hollow profile can be adapted to a wide variety of pressure loads and spring hardnesses with little effort by varying the wall shapes and wall thicknesses which determine the bending spring cell structure. In Fig. 1, an
In the embodiment shown, the
Below the upper connection area 6, the
In FIG. 2, only the
In an expedient embodiment according to FIG. 4, the
-gruppen denkbar. The
In FIGS. 5 and 6, the spiral
In the embodiment of the
An embodiment of the
The spiral
In FIG. 9,
In Fig. 5 bzw. In FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, a possibility is indicated with a molded
In FIG. 10, the
In a
Another possibility of using the spiral
