Definitions
- the invention relates to a battery switch according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Battery switches for power tools are known which are constructed in such a way that the power transistor is located outside the housing.
- the transistor is electrically connected to the control electronics and the switching system inside the housing via strands.
- a heat sink is connected to the power transistor.
- a freewheeling diode is usually plugged or soldered onto the circuit board of the control electronics, which can conduct its heat poorly to the outside.
- a switch for clockwise / counter-clockwise rotation is attached to the actual switch, with lines from the actual switch to the R / L switch, which are normally plugged in, to be routed.
- switches have a brake, they are often implemented with several parts, whereby a spring-loaded brake contact does not always ensure positive opening.
- a disadvantage of these switches is that the connection of the power transistor to the switch via strands means that there is an increased need for parts and thus higher costs. Furthermore, an automatic assembly of the switch in devices provided for this purpose is difficult (limp parts). The transistor must also be screwed onto a heat sink.
- a free-wheeling diode which is attached to the circuit board, has disadvantages in that it heats up the control electronics and cannot conduct the heat to the outside.
- the connecting cables from the switch to the R / L switch cause additional installation effort and additional connection points, which lead to voltage drops.
- the object of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages.
- the connection of the power transistor via strands should be avoided, which also leads to a reduction in parts.
- the freewheeling diode should not influence the control electronics due to the heat generated.
- the heat generated in the switch should be able to be conducted well outside to the heat sink.
- the R / L switch is to be integrated into the actual switch by a corresponding arrangement, so that a compact design is achieved with few connection points and thus low losses.
- the battery switch 1 is electrically connected to the battery 20 via contact clips 27.
- the contact clips 27 are each electrically connected to the motor connection contact rail 19 and the contact carrier 28.
- the contact carrier 28 is mounted in the switch housing 13 and leads the current to the contact system 5. With the switch contact 4, the battery voltage is switched on and off.
- the control electronics 6 are bridged with the switch contact 3.
- At this contact system is a switching contact which is mounted in a cutting edge bearing 37 and is kept closed via a tension spring 30.
- At the push rod 15 there are scenes 31 which hold the switch contacts 3, 4 in the open position when the push rod 15 is not actuated. This is a positive opening.
- the position when the contact system 5 is to open or close can be predetermined as a function of the path.
- the switch contact 4 switches the voltage from the battery 20 to the control electronics and to the source connection of the power transistor 7.
- the bearing 32 is soldered to the circuit board of the control electronics 6.
- the switch contact 3 bridges the control electronics 6 according to a certain path of the push rod 15 and passes the battery voltage via the bearing plate 11 to the R / L switch 21 and thus to the motor 22.
- the motor connection contact rail 19 runs from the bottom (battery side) upwards through the switch housing 13 to the R / L switch 21, a soldering lug 33 supplying the control electronics 6 with the battery voltage.
- Part of the motor connection contact rail is designed such that, like the contact arm 16, it forms a contact point 24 for contact bridge 17, which short-circuits the motor winding, and thus causes the motor 22 to brake.
- the contact bridge 17 is floating in the pusher ram 15 in the vertical direction to the ram axis 45 so that it can center.
- the contact force of the contact bridge 17 on the contact points 24 is achieved by the return spring 18.
- the fixed connection of the contact bridge 17 with the pusher tappet 15 causes a forced opening during the pusher movement, as a result of which the battery voltage is short-circuited is excluded.
- the heat generated in the contact system 5 in the freewheeling diode 8 and on the contact bridge 17 is conducted via the bearing plate 11 from the battery switch 1 to the heat sink 14, which in turn can radiate the heat to the surroundings.
- the bearing plate 11 with connecting bolts 12 is shown in perspective in FIG. 3.
- connection type from the R / L switch 21 to the motor 22 can be made via soldered, welded strands or tightly via fixed conductor tracks.
- the motor current which can reach a very large width, does not flow via the printed circuit board of the control electronics 6, but from the battery 20 via the contact carrier 28 and the switching contact 4, the bearing 32 to the power transistor 7 via the cooling vane 9 on the connecting bolt 12 and the bearing plate 11 and the R / L switch 21 to the motor 22.
- the U-shaped bearing plate 11 with the connecting bolt 12 leads the heat generated inside the battery switch 1 to the outside to the heat sink 14 and conducts the motor current from the contact system 5 to the power transistor 7 and serves as a fastening element for the switch cover 29, the power transistor 7 and the Heat sink 14.
- the cooling lug 9 of the power transistor 7 between the Connecting bolt 12 and the heat sink 14 clamped over the screw 10.
- the bearing plate 11 therefore fulfills several tasks, namely the power line through the switch housing, the heat dissipation and the storage of parts.
- the bearing plate 11 has the shape shown in FIG. 3 as a U-shaped sheet metal part with the side legs 38, 39 and the connecting surface 40 for receiving the connecting bolt 12.
- the U-shaped recessed cutting edge bearing 37 is located in the lower region.
- a further U-shaped extension 41 is provided, which consists of the right-angled side leg 42, the base 43 and the other, to the side extended side leg 44 there.
- This integrally molded extension 41 serves as a connecting element to the R / L switch 21.
- the side leg 39 serves in its lower, angled area as a contact point or as a contact arm 16 to the contact bridge 17.
- the wall opening 25 in the switch housing 13 is closed in a dustproof manner by the heat sink 14, which rests on the wall surface 26.
- the dimensions of the heat sink 14 can be adapted to the power class of the switch and thus to the motor currents.
- the control electronics 6, which changes the pulse-pause ratio of the motor voltage as a function of the position of the pusher ram 15, provide for a speed change of the motor 22.
- the position of the handle plunger is queried using a potentiometer.
- the potentiometer grinder 35 is attached to the push rod 15 and grinds on the potentiometer path, which is located on the printed circuit board of the control electronics 6.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Seitenansicht geschnitten,
- Fig. 2
