zu ermitteln und bei dem dabei ausgelösten
Maschinenstillstand die Fäden festzuklemmen,
um ein Nachlaufen zu verhindern. Vergleichbare
Vorrichtungen wurden insbesondere bei V-förmigen
Zettelgattern eingesetzt, bei denen die Umlenkung
der Fäden in Richtung Wickelvorrichtung unmittelbar

Eine individuelle Anpassung der Federkraft an jeder einzelnen Klemmvorrichtung ist dagegen nicht möglich. In vielen Fällen ist es jedoch wünschenswert, dass die Klemmkraft der Fadenqualität angepasst werden kann und zwar unabhängig von der Lage der jeweiligen Spulstelle im Spulengatter. Schlitz 39 versehen ist. Das Ende des Hebelarms
33 wirkt ausserdem mit einer Schaltvorrichtung 37
zusammen, die bei einer bestimmten Hebelstellung
einen Schaltvorgang zum Stillsetzen der Maschine

Die Grundplatte 7 ist an drei verschiedenen
Stellen mit Gewindebohrungen 16 versehen. Diese

jedoch Oeffnungen 28 und 40 angeordnet, durch
welche die Stellung der Einstellhebel betrachtet
werden kann. Je eine Markierung 29 und 38 auf
der Abdeckplatte erlaubt zudem ein Ablesen der
jeweils gewählten Einstellung.The
Die Abdeckplatte 26 ist seitlich mit einem Flügel
43 versehen, der über das U-Profil 30 hinausragt.
In diesem Flügel ist ein hakenförmiger Schlitz
31 angeordnet, durch den der Faden eingeführt
werden kann. Entlang dieses Schlitzes verläuft eine
obere Rippe 41, die zugleich als Auffanglager für
die Wächternadel 32 in gesenkter Position bei Fadenbruch
dient. Diese Position ist in Figur 3 durch
strichpunktierte Linien angedeutet. Eine untere Rippe
42 an der Abdeckplatte dient als rückwärtige
Begrenzung für die Wächternadel 32 bei normaler
Fadenspannung in der Betriebsstellung. Die Wächternadel
kann auf einfachste Weise durch einen
hier nicht näher dargestellten Bajonettverschluss
aus dem Gelenk 34 ausgehängt werden. Zum Verändern
der Einstellung bei den Einstellhebeln 21
und 36 genügt es, wenn die Schrauben 27 soweit
gelöst werden, bis die Einstellhebel durch die Oeffnungen
28 und 40 an den Schlitzen 23 und 39 in
die gewünschte Position gedreht werden können.The

Figur 1 mit der gleichen Grundeinstellung der Federvorrichtung,
jedoch mit geschlossener Klemmbacke.
Diese Position wird bei einem Maschinenstillstand

ausgelöst werden kann. Lässt die Fadenspannung
plötzlich nach, so zieht die Zugfeder 35 den Hebelarm
33 in Pfeilrichtung b nach oben, wobei die
Wächternadel 32 in Pfeilrichtung c verschwenkt
wird. Die dabei aktivierte Schaltvorrichtung 37
schaltet die Wickelmaschine ab und aktiviert
gleichzeitig die Steuerstange 24, die mit Hilfe einer
nicht näher dargestellten Antriebsvorrichtung in
Pfeilrichtung d verschoben wird. Dabei gibt die
Führungskulisse 25 den Druckstift 6 frei, der unter
der Spannung der Druckfeder 4 in Pfeilrichtung e
bewegt wird. Die Klemmbacke 5 wird gegen die
Klemmrippe 8 gepresst, wobei ein Nachlaufen des
Fadens vermieden wird und dieser gespannt gehalten

- Device according to one of the claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the slider (17) is able to be displaced approximately at right angles to the pressure peg (6) and possesses a slot (18) through which the pressure peg passes.
- Device according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the monitor needle (32) of the thread monitor (2) is pretensioned with a tension spring (35) whose mounting position on the frame side is able to be adjusted in order to alter the tension force.
- Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the tension spring (35) is attached to an adjustment lever (36) which is mounted to be able to pivot.
- Device according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the clamping device (1) and the thread monitor (2) form a component with a common base plate (7) and that the adjustment lever (21) for the clamping device and the adjustment lever (36) for the thread monitor are able to be fixed by means of a common cover plate (26).
