Claims (6)
- Hydraulische Kraftmaschine mit einer angekuppelten Bremse, welche umfaßt:- ein zentrales Motorelement (8) mit einer durchgehenden ersten axialen Aussparung (15);- ein relativ (3-4-11) gegen das zentrale Motorelement um eine Achse (10) drehbeweglich montiertes umlaufendes Motorelement (1A, 1B);- eine hinsichtlich der relativen Drehung fest (15, 39) mit dem zentralen Motorelement (8) verbundene Bremswelle (37), die sich axial (D1-D32) das zentrale Motorelement (8) und die Bremse (32) begleitend diesen gegenüber erstreckt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) die Bremse ein Gehäuse (32, 42) umfaßt, von dem wenigstens ein Bereich (32) mit dem umlaufenden Motorelement (1A, 1B) fest verbunden ist, und der seinerseits einen Boden (42) aufweist, der quer zur Achse (10) angeordnet ist;b) der Boden (42) eine Durchgangsbohrung (42A) aufweist;c) die Bremswelle (37) das System aus Motor und Bremse sowie die Bohrung (42A) des Bodens (42) des Bremsgehäuses vollständig durchläuft;d) zwei Dichtungen (46, 44) zwischen der Bremswelle (37) und einerseits der ersten Aussparung (15) des zentralen Motorelements (8) und andererseits der Bohrung (42A) des Bodens (42) des Bremsgehäuses angeordnet sind;e) die Bremswelle (37) eine zweite Aussparung (40) aufweist, die die Bremswelle ganz durchläuft.
- Kraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bremsgehäuse (32, 42) einen umlaufenden Bereich (32), der mit dem umlaufenden Motorelement (1A, 1B) fest verbunden (35) ist, und einen Verschlußdeckel (42) umfaßt, der vom umlaufenden Bereich (32) unterschieden ist und den Boden (42) bildet.
- Kraftmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anpassungsflansch (53) am umlaufenden Bereich (32) des Bremsgehäuses befestigt (54) ist, der Deckel (42) des Bremsgehäuses zusätzlich eine Schubeinrichtung (52) für die Bremseinrichtungen (50, 51) bildet, welche die Bremse umfaßt, und eine elastische Rückholeinrichtung (57) zwischen dem Deckel (42) des Bremsgehäuses und dem Anpassungsflansch (53) angeordnet ist.
- Verdichtungsgerät mit einer Kraftmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß- zwei getrennte zylindrische Verdichtungsrollen (59, 60) um eine gemeinsame geometrische Achse (10) drehbar montiert sind;- von zwei hydraulischen Hauptkraftmaschinen (64, 65) zum Antrieb der Rollen eine (65) zwischen dem Rahmen (61, 62) des Verdichtungsgeräts und der einen (59) der Verdichtungsrollen angeordnet ist, und die andere (64) zwischen dem Rahmen (61, 62) des Verdichtungsgeräts und der anderen Verdichtungsrolle (60) angekuppelt ist, wobei eine erste (64) der hydraulischen Hauptkraftmaschinen Teil eines Systems nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 ist;- eine Masse (84) bezüglich der geometrischen Achse (10) exzentrisch angeordnet ist;- eine dritte Kraftmaschine (76) zum Antrieb der exzentrischen Masse zwischen dem Rahmen (62, 74, 53) des Verdichtungsgeräts und der Masse angekuppelt ist und zwei gegeneinander drehbeweglich montierte Elemente (79, 80) umfaßt; unddaß einerseits ein erstes (79) der Elemente der dritten Kraftmaschine (76) hinsichtlich der Drehung mit dem umlaufenden Element (1A, 1B) der ersten hydraulischen Kraftmaschine (64) fest verbunden ist, und andererseits das zweite (80) der zwei Elemente der dritten Kraftmaschine hinsichtlich der Drehung fest (83) mit einer Welle (81) verbunden ist, die die zweite Aussparung (40) durchläuft, die in der Bremswelle (37) der Bremse gebildet ist, die zum System gehört, von dem die erste hydraulische Hauptkraftmaschine (64) ein Teil ist.
- Verdichtungsgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Element (79) der dritten Kraftmaschine (76) hinsichtlich der Drehung fest mit dem umlaufenden Element der ersten hydraulischen Hauptkraftmaschine über einen Zwischenflansch (53) fest verbunden ist, der von der dritten Kraftmaschine (76) und der ersten hydraulischen Hauptkraftmaschine (64) getrennt ist.
- Verdichtungsgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anpassungsflansch (53) am umlaufenden Bereich (32) des Bremsgehäuses befestigt ist, der Deckel (42) des Bremsgehäuses u.a. eine Schubeinrichtung (52) zum Schieben der Bremseinrichtungen (50, 51) der Bremse darstellt, und eine elastische Rückholeinrichtung (57) zwischen dem Deckel (42) des Bremsgehäuses und dem Anpassungsflansch (53) angeordnet ist, und der Zwischenflansch durch den Anpassungsflansch gebildet ist.
