Claims (5)

  1. Supporting and guiding arrangement for mounting a buffer beam (2) in the sub-frame (1) of a rail vehicle, the buffer beam (2) of which is mounted displaceable longitudinally in relation to the sub-frame (1) taking the weight of the load with an interposed energy-absorbing restoring device (14) on the longitudinal centre-line of the sub-frame (1) and at its ends in each case carries a draw and buffer device (4a, 4b), the buffer beam (2) being supported on supporting and guiding elements (11) against the sub-frame (1) and being embodied as an open box section with a cross-section in the form of a horizontal rectangle and continuous buffer beam longitudinal members (5a, 5b), the buffer beam (2) being supported and guided with lateral clearance and maintaining an interspace between its upper side and the upper side of the sub-frame (1) and between its underside and the underside of the sub-frame (1), characterised in that the buffer beam longitudinal members (5a and 5b) exhibit a continuous recess (7) which is open externally towards the side and ]-shaped in cross-section with an upper flange (8) and a lower flange (9) bounding the recess (7) and a web (10) connecting these flanges (7 and 8), in that at least in the area between the two head sections (12) of the sub-frame (1) the supporting and guiding elements (11) are disposed inside the recesses (7), in that plain bearings (111) and roller bearings (112) are disposed as supporting and guiding elements (11), in that in the unladen state the buffer beam (2) is supported vertically against the sub-frame (1) on the underside of the upper flanges (8) on the outer ring (112a) of the roller bearings (112) and in that bearing blocks (13) for supporting the plain bearings (111) and the roller bearings (112) are formed and disposed replaceably on the sub-frame (1), the plain bearings (111) and the roller bearings (112) guaranteeing the same or similar spatial support and/or guidance of the buffer beam (2).
  2. Supporting and guiding arrangement for mounting a buffer beam according to claim 1, characterised in that the supporting and guiding elements (11) are fixed on the sub-frame (1) adjustable vertically and horizontally as regards their positioning.
  3. Supporting and guiding arrangement for mounting a buffer beam according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the supporting and guiding elements (11) are in each case disposed in pairs in relation to a transverse plane, the first supporting and guiding element (11) engaging in the recess (7) of the first buffer beam longitudinal member (5a) and the second supporting and guiding element (11) engaging in the recess of the second buffer beam longitudinal member (5b) such that each pair of supporting and guiding elements (11) guarantees guidance in the vertical and the horizontal in a cross-sectional plane.
  4. Supporting and guiding arrangement for mounting a buffer beam according to claim 3, characterised in that in relation to a transverse plane the supporting and guiding elements (11) are each of the same type and embodied either as plain bearings (111) or roller bearings (112).
  5. Supporting and guiding arrangement for mounting a buffer beam according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that at least in areas the supporting and guiding elements (11) are disposed on the buffer beam (2) offset relative to one another in relation to a transverse plane such that when observed in the longitudinal direction the buffer beam (2) is supported and/or guided alternately on the buffer beam longitudinal member (5a) or (5b) against the sub-frame (1).
