Abstract

The building hoist has a basic frame (1) which can be supported on the ground, a multipart vertical guide mast (2) which can be connected to the frame, and a lifting carriage (3) which is vertically movable on the mast and is provided with hanging means on its front side which faces away from the guide mast. Two conveying baskets (4, 4') can be hung alternately on the same lifting carriage (3). For this purpose, on the basic frame (1) on both sides of the guide mast (2) and at a distance from the latter, a horizontal support arm (8, 8') for each conveying basket is mounted pivotably by approximately 90 DEG about a vertical pivot axis (9, 9') in such a manner that its free end (8a, 8'a) is situated in a first pivoting position in front of the lifting carriage (3) and in the second pivoting position at the side of the same. Fastened to each support arm (8, 8') close to its pivot axis (9, 9') is a vertical holding support (10, 10') which, in the first pivoting position, is arranged at the side of the lifting carriage. Arranged on the longitudinal side of each conveying basket (4, 4') facing towards the lifting carriage (3) is a holding bracket (11, 11') which interacts with the associated holding support (10, 10') and, on the underside of each conveying basket, a centring piece (12, 12') which can be saddled onto the free end (8a, 8'a) of the associated support arm. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a construction hoist, in particular a scaffold hoist with a base frame which can be supported on the floor, a multi-part, vertical guide mast which can be connected to it, a lifting carriage which can be moved thereon and which has hooking means on its front side facing away from the guide mast, and with a first conveying basket which can be hooked onto this. as well as with a second conveyor basket.

In such a known scaffold lift (brochure "The rack and pinion scaffold lift RUX-DUD-LIFT" from Günter Rux GmbH, D-5800 Hagen), two lifting slides are provided, which are independently adjustable in height on two sides of the guide mast facing away from each other. Each of these lifting carriages carries one of the two conveyor baskets, which are screwed to the respective lifting carriage. The use of two conveyor baskets has the advantage that one of the conveyor baskets can be loaded with scaffolding parts at the bottom, while the other moves up and is unloaded there. This reduces waiting times. However, this known scaffold lift is relatively complex because not only two lifting slides are required, but also a separate rack on the guide mast for each lifting slide, its own drive motor with gear and pinion, its own power supply and control.

The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a construction hoist, in particular a scaffold hoist of the type mentioned at the outset, which is simpler in construction and thus less expensive to manufacture.

This is achieved according to the invention in that the two conveyor baskets can be hung alternately on the same lifting carriage and for this purpose a horizontal support arm is mounted on each side of the guide mast and at a distance from it for each conveyor basket so that it can pivot freely about a vertical pivot axis by about 90 ° End in a first swivel position in front of the lifting carriage and in the second swivel position to the side of it, that a vertical support is fastened to each support arm in the vicinity of its swivel axis, which is arranged in the first swivel position to the side of the lifting carriage, and that on the side facing the lifting carriage On the long side of each conveyor basket there is a retaining bracket which interacts with the associated support and on the underside of each conveyor basket there is a centering piece which can be saddled onto the free end of the associated support arm.

The invention is therefore based on the idea of placing one of the conveyor baskets near the floor for loading on a special receiving means, namely the horizontally pivotable support arm, depending on the lifting carriage and parking it laterally by pivoting the support arm, and the previously loaded second conveyor basket by means of the to pivot it assigned to the second support arm to the lifting carriage, to hang on it and to move upwards. While the second conveyor basket loaded with scaffolding parts, for example, moves upwards and is unloaded by several scaffolding workers at the top, the first suspended conveyor basket can be loaded with scaffolding parts below by a single scaffolding worker. As soon as the unloaded second conveyor basket is back on the ground, it is unhooked and put aside, after which the loaded first conveyor basket can be hung on the lifting carriage again. The two support arms, which can be swiveled out laterally, serve as receptacles for each of the conveyor baskets. With the help of one support arm each, a conveyor basket can be moved from the lifting carriage to its loading position without any particular effort be pivoted and vice versa, the support bracket arranged on the support arm and the centering piece arranged on the respective conveyor cage ensure that the conveyor cage can also be pivoted back in position in front of the lifting carriage in such a way that the suspension means provided on the lifting carriage and on the conveyor cage engage when lifting the lifting carriage. Since the new construction elevator only has a conveyor carriage, there is no rack, a second lifting carriage, a drive motor with gear and pinion and a second power supply with control compared to the previously known construction elevator. This makes the new construction elevator easier to build and cheaper to manufacture.

From DE 35 20 449 C1 an inclined building elevator is known, which is used to transport building materials such as roof tiles, roof tiles or roof tiles. This inclined construction elevator has a lifting carriage that can be moved vertically on rails, which carries a horizontal C-rail that is open to the front at its upper edge. A stacking frame in the form of a brick distributor known per se has, among other things, two rollers on its rear side, which can be inserted from the side into the C-rail of the lifting carriage. In this way, a brick distributor on the ground can be loaded independently of the provision of the lifting carriage, then connected to the lifting carriage and raised with it. On the roof there is a swivel frame which can be fixed on the roof battens next to the lifting slide and on which the tile distributor can be moved by the lifting slide. By lowering a part of the swivel frame, the tile distributor can be placed on the roof battens and moved on them. However, it is not specified how the loaded brick distributor can be connected to the lifting carriage in a simple manner near the ground. Especially if another brick distributor instead of one Stacking frame or conveyor basket with heavy and bulky scaffolding parts would be connected to the lifting carriage, it is difficult to align the stacking frame with respect to the C-rail so that the rollers are exactly aligned with the C-rail of the lifting carriage.

In a similar inclined elevator known from DE 35 17 291 C2, which is also primarily used for brick distributors, an adapter is provided between the brick distributor and the lifting slide. This adapter has at its lower end two hooks with which it can be hung on a cross tube of the lifting carriage. In the upper area, the lifting carriage has a bolt lock with which the adapter can be locked on the lifting carriage. At its upper end, the adapter in turn carries a C-rail, into which the brick distributor with its rollers can be inserted. The brick distributor itself is similar to a so-called hand truck, equipped with two wheels and two handles. The bolt lock can be released close to the ground, thus releasing the adapter from the lifting slide together with the brick distributor. The brick distributor, together with the adapter, can then be moved laterally for loading by means of the wheels, similar to a plunger cart. However, since the adapter is connected to the brick distributor during loading, no other loaded brick distributor can now be attached to the lifting carriage, unless a separate adapter is provided for each brick distributor, which would however be correspondingly expensive. Here too, it is not specified how the loaded brick distributor is aligned with respect to the lifting carriage, so that its adapter can be easily connected to the lifting carriage. This known inclined elevator would not be suitable for transporting heavy and bulky loads, in particular scaffolding parts, because a larger number of scaffolding parts because of their bulkiness and their weight could not be handled like a hand truck.

A vertical guide mast 2 can be fastened to a base frame 1 which can be supported on the ground and which can be plugged together from individual parts up to the desired delivery height. A lifting slide 3 is mounted on the guide mast 2 so that it can move in height. To drive the lifting carriage, an electric motor, not shown, can be provided on the lifting carriage and drives a pinion via a gear. This engages in one on the guide mast provided, also not shown rack. The power supply and control of the drive motor takes place via a trailing cable. However, the lifting carriage can also be driven by means of a cable winch.

The lifting carriage 3 has, on its front facing away from the guide mast 2, hanging means on which the two conveyor baskets 4 and 4 'can be alternately hung. At the lower end of the lifting slide 3, two hooks 5, which are arranged at a horizontal distance from one another and are open at the top and act on a longitudinal bar 4a of the respective conveyor cage 4, 4 ', can be provided as the hanging means, as can be seen in particular from FIG. At its upper end, the lifting slide 3 has two laterally protruding rollers 6 as hooking means, which can be hooked into hooks 7 of the conveyor basket which are open at the bottom. These hooks 7 are welded to vertical struts 4b of the conveyor cage 4 or 4 '.

On both sides of the guide mast 2 and at a distance therefrom, a horizontal support arm 8, 8 'is pivotally mounted about a vertical pivot axis 9, 9' by about 90 °. In the first swivel position, the free end 8a or 8'a is located in front of the lifting slide 3. In FIG. 1, the left support arm 8 is shown in its first swivel position, while the right swivel arm 8 'is shown in its second swivel position. In this second swivel position, the free end 8a or 8'a is located to the side of the lifting carriage 3. A vertical support bracket 10, 10 'is also attached to each support arm 8, 8'. On the longitudinal side of each conveyor cage 4, 4 'facing the lifting carriage, a holding bracket 11, 11' is fastened, which is connected to the holding support 10, 10 'of the associated support arm 8, 8 'cooperates. The holding brackets 11, 11 'are designed in such a way that the upper end of the holding support 10, 10' can be inserted into the associated holding bracket 11, 11 'when the lifting carriage 3 moves vertically. On the underside of this conveyor basket 4, 4 'there is also a centering piece 12, 12' which is open at the bottom and can be saddled onto the associated support arm 8, 8 '.

Furthermore, each of the support arms 8, 8 'is assigned a spring 13, 13', which in the exemplary embodiment shown is designed as a gas pressure spring. One end 13a of each of these gas pressure springs 13, 13 'is articulated on the associated support arm 8, 8'. The other end 13 b is arranged on the base frame 1 at a distance from the pivot axis 9, 9 'so that when the support arm 8' is pivoted in the middle of its pivoting movement, the spring 13, 13 'reaches a dead center position. The greatest spring tension occurs in this dead center position, but the spring 13, 13 'does not exert any moment on the associated support arm 8, 8', since in this dead center position the line of action of the spring 13, 13 'runs through the pivot axis 9, 9' . On both sides of the dead center position, however, the spring 13, 13 'exerts oppositely directed moments on the support arm 8, 8' and thus loads the support arm in the direction of the first or second pivot position. As a result, the support arm 8, 8 'is held in its first or second pivot position, it being possible for these two pivot positions to be determined by stops 14, 14'.

In order to prevent unwanted unhooking of the conveyor cage 4, 4 'from the lifting slide 3, the locking device described below is expediently provided. A double-armed, spring-loaded locking bolt 15 is pivotably mounted on the lifting slide 3. This is in the locked position with his one Arm 15a opposite a stop 16 on the respective suspended basket 4, 4 '. A certain distance is provided between the lower end of the arm 15a and the stop 16, but this distance is smaller than the vertical height of the hooks 5, 7. The other arm 15b of the locking bolt 15 carries a roller 17, which with a in the The control cam provided near the lower end of the guide mast 2 interacts. The control curve 18 is shaped such that the locking bolt 15 is pivoted into its unlocked position in the direction of arrow 8 shortly before reaching the lower end position of the lifting slide 3 and releases the stop 16.

It is now assumed that the lifting carriage 3 with the conveyor cage 4 attached to it has just reached the position shown in FIG. 2 during its downward movement. If the lifting carriage 3 is now moved further downward, the control cam 18 detects the roller 17 and, when the lifting carriage 3 moves further downward, pivots the locking bolt in the direction 8. As a result, the stop 16 is released. When the lifting carriage 3 moves downward, the upper end of the holding support 10 is threaded into the holding bracket 11. In addition, the centering piece 12 provided on the bottom of the conveyor cage 4 comes into the region of the support arm 8, whereby it is seated from above over the free end 8a. The conveyor basket 4 is thus placed on the support arm 8. If the lifting slide 3 is moved a little further down, then the rollers 6 emerge from the upper hooks 7 downward, and the lower hooks 5 detach from the longitudinal beam 4a. The conveyor cage 4 is thus suspended from the lifting carriage 3 and is carried solely by the support arm 8. The suspended conveyor basket 4 can then be pivoted to the side in the direction C by 90 °.

The second conveyor cage 4 'is initially in its loading and unloading position shown in FIG. 1 to the side of the guide mast 2. In the meantime, while the first conveyor cage 4 was moved up and down with the lifting slide 3, it was loaded with scaffolding parts or other material . By pivoting in the direction of arrow D, it can be pivoted on the support arm 8 'in front of the now empty lifting carriage 3. The support arm 8 'thereby reaches the position shown in broken lines. When lifting the lifting carriage 3, the lower hooks 5 grip the longitudinal beam 4'a and the rollers 6 engage in the upper hooks 7 provided on the conveyor basket 4 '. When this intervention has ended, the lifting slide 3 is also raised so far that the roller 17 of the locking bolt 15 has left the control curve 18 again and the locking bolt 15 thus assumes its locking position shown in FIG.
