Claims (2)

  1. Device for recycling the exhaust gases from an internal combustion engine (1), including a recycling pipe (5) which extends between the exhaust manifold (3) and inlet manifold (2), a valve (6) mounted on this pipe, and means, comprising a computer (4), for controlling and regulating the opening of this valve, the said engine having a pressurised oil lubrication system itself comprising a circulation pump (7), a collecting sump (8) and pipes (9, 10, 11) respectively connecting the sump to the pump, then to the engine, and the latter once again to the sump, the means for controlling the valve comprising a hydraulic actuator (V), the piston (13) of which is connected kinematically to the recycling valve (6) and the cylinder (12) of which is divided into two chambers (M, P) by the said piston, and a solenoid valve (E) with at least two positions mounted between the outlet from the oil pump and one of the said chambers, characterised in that the said solenoid valve (E) comprises four ways connected respectively, the first (A) to the outlet from the oil pump (7), the second (B) to the oil system return to the sump (8), the third (C) to one (M) of the two chambers in the actuator (V), the maximum filling of which corresponds to the maximum opening of the valve (6), and the fourth (D) to the other chamber (P) of the actuator, and in that the said solenoid valve is arranged so that, for one of its two positions, ie the position of rest, the third way is connected to the second and the fourth to the first, and so that, for its other position, ie the recycling position, the third way is connected to the first and the fourth to the second.
  2. Recycling device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the actuator (V) is associated with a mechanical spring (19) mounted so as to push the piston (13) permanently towards its position corresponding to the closing of the valve (6).
