Description

The invention relates to a bag, in particular a contour bag, for holding liquid or pasty substances, consisting of two sections of flexible film-like material arranged essentially parallel to each other with a predetermined outer contour, which are sealingly connected to one another at least at their edges and one with the liquid between them or pasty material fillable interior space, a part of this interior being designed as a narrow outlet channel running towards the edge of the bag, which is closed by a tear-off closure and which is arranged at least over part of its length in an opening tab protruding from the outer contour of the bag , wherein a fold line is arranged in the attachment area of the opening flap on the body of the bag and in the body of the bag there is arranged a holding slot which passes from one side surface to the other side surface and is sealed off from the interior whose width is adapted to the thickness of the opening flap and whose position on the body of the bag is such that the folded-over opening flap can be pulled through at least part of its length through the retaining slot.

Such a bag is described for example in GB-A 1 296 216. The known bag has essentially triangular shaped opening flaps and the fold line runs at a right angle to the longitudinal direction of the opening flap.

Such bags constructed in the manner of a soft pack are generally used for storing and taking small amounts of liquid or pasty food or cosmetic products. It is generally known to provide such a bag with a tear-off closure so that the opening of the bag is done by pulling, tearing off or even cutting off this tear-off closure so that the contents can be pressed out or poured out. Similar contour bags are described, for example, in German utility model DE-U-81 27 806 and in German patent DE-B-31 43 671.

French patent FR-A-1 016 042 describes a tube-like bag made of thermoplastic material for holding liquid or pasty substances, which has at one end a narrow section provided with an outlet channel, which is folded back to close the bag and under a belt can be inserted, which is connected to the edges of the bag. This known bag has the disadvantage that the closure is only liquid-tight when there is sufficient internal pressure which presses the folded-back section against the belt. The result of this is that liquid can easily escape if the bag is only half full. Another disadvantage is that the production of this known bag causes high costs.

Furthermore, a plastic bag is known from European patent application EP-A-0 370 957, which has a bag neck in which an aluminum plate is arranged. To close the bag neck is folded back in the area of this aluminum plate, the aluminum plate should hold the bag neck in the closed position. This known closure is also expensive to manufacture because of the aluminum plate required and does not guarantee an absolutely tight closure of the bag.

Document US-A-2 942 760 finally describes a bag which essentially has the shape of a tetrahedron and which can be closed again at a corner by folding over a corner and inserting it into a slot-like holder.

The invention has for its object to design a bag, in particular a contour bag, with the features mentioned above so that it is inexpensive to manufacture and yet can be easily closed again after opening by the consumer in such a way that leakage of the liquid is reliably prevented becomes.

This object is achieved according to the invention with the features from the characterizing part of patent claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.

Apart from the parts determining the opening and reclosing of the bag, the bag according to the invention can be designed in any way with regard to its size, shape and outer contour and can serve as a container for the usual liquid or pasty substances which are filled into such bags.

Es wird zunächst anhand der Fig. 1 bis 3 und 6 eine erste Ausführungsform eines Konturenbeutels sowie sein Öffnen und Wiederverschließen näher erläutert.1 to 3 and 6, a first embodiment of a contour bag and its opening and reclosing will be explained in more detail.

Weiterhin besitzt der Körper 2 in seinen Randbereich einen Teilbereich 6.1, in dem die beiden Abschnitte 2.1 und 2.2 dichtend und fest aneinander anliegend miteinander verbunden sind, einen Festhalteschlitz 6, der bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel parallel zur Richtung der Öffnungslasche 4 verläuft und dessen Länge an die Breite der Öffnungslasche 4 angepaßt ist, während seine Breite an die Dicke der Öffnungslasche 4 angepaßt ist.1 to 3, generally designated by reference number 1, has a body 2 which, as can be seen from FIG. 6, is composed of two sections 2.1 and 2.2 arranged essentially parallel to one another, which are made of a flexible film-like material, for example a plastic film or a plastic film coated with metal, exist and are sealingly connected to one another at their edges. Between the sections 2.1 and 2.2 is the interior 3 of the contour bag, which is a liquid or pasty substance. With the body 2, a strip-like opening tab 4 is connected, the mutually parallel edges and at one end has a tear-off closure designed as a tear-off piece 5 and in which a narrow outlet channel 3.1 runs, by means of which after the tear-off piece 5 is torn open end 8 is pressed out Content from the interior 3 through the outlet channel 3.1 is possible. Furthermore, the body 2 has in its edge region a partial region 6.1, in which the two sections 2.1 and 2.2 are connected to one another in a sealing and firmly abutting manner, a holding slot 6, which in the exemplary embodiment shown runs parallel to the direction of the opening tab 4 and its length to the Width of the opening tab 4 is adapted, while its width is adapted to the thickness of the opening tab 4.

In Fig. 2 ist der Konturenbeutel nach Fig. 1 nach dem Abreißen des Abrißstückes 5 dargestellt, also in dem Zustand, in dem sein Inhalt entnommen werden kann.2 shows the contour bag according to FIG. 1 after the tear-off piece 5 has been torn off, that is to say in the state in which its contents can be removed.

The contour bag is reclosed, as shown in FIG. 3, in that the opening tab 4 is arranged along a fold line 7, which is in the region of attachment of the opening tab 4 to the body 2 of the contour bag at an angle of approximately 45 ° to the longitudinal direction of the opening tab 4 , folded back onto the body 2 and the open end 8 inserted into the holding slot 6 and passed through the slot 6 until the crease of the opening flap 4 along the folding line 7 is pressed firmly together.

The mechanical effect of this compression of the fold of the opening flap 4 along the fold line 7 is sufficient to prevent the liquid from escaping from the interior 3 under normal conditions of use.

To reopen the contour bag according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the opening tab 4 is pulled out of the holding slot 6 and returned to the original state shown in FIG. 2. A pressure on the outer surfaces of sections 2.1 and 2.2 delimiting the inner space 3 causes that in turn a part of the liquid or the whole liquid which is still in the inner space 3, through the outlet channel 3.1 and the open end 8 of the opening tab 4 from the contour bag flows out. The above-described process of reclosing and opening can be repeated until the contour bag has been completely emptied.

Parts that correspond exactly to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3 are identified by the same reference numbers.

The contour bag shown in FIG. 4, designated overall by reference number 20, differs from the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3 in that the retaining slot 60, which is also arranged here parallel to the opening tab 4 in a partial region 60.1 on the edge of the body 2 of the contour bag, extends to the edge is open, which facilitates the insertion of the opening flap 4 folded around the fold line 7 into the retaining slot 60 from the outside.

The embodiment according to FIG. 5, in which the contour bag is generally designated by reference number 40, is again similar to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, except for the fact that the holding slot 61 arranged in a partial region 61.1 on the edge of the body 2 extends at an acute angle to the longitudinal direction of the opening tab 4.

In this embodiment, too, the opening and reclosing takes place analogously to the embodiments described above.
