Denn eine nähere Untersuchung der Ursachen der enormen, von Jahr zu Jahr steigenden Zerstörungen an den Anlagen hat ergeben, daß keine Beschädigungen erfolgen, wenn die Anlagen sauber, hygienisch und funktionstüchtig sind. Sobald jedoch etwas nicht funktioniert oder die ersten Schmiererein erfolgt sind, beginnen die Zerstörungen. Mit dem System gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es nun möglich, die Anlage nach jeder Benutzung einer Funktionsprüfung und einer absoluten Reinigung zu unterziehen, d.h. erste Schmiererein können immer sofort entfernt werden. Der nächste Benutzer findet also eine funktionstüchtige, saubere und hygienische Anlage vor. Diese Wirkung läßt sich nicht erreichen, wenn jeder Benutzerraum nur einen Zugang aufweist. Denn insbesondere bei großem Andrang müßte das Reinigungspersonal erst die Personen, die die Anlage benutzen wollen, zurückdrängen, um den Reinigungsvorgang durchzuführen. Als vorteilhaft bleibt auch zu vermerken, daß das Innere der Kabine sich auch reinigen läßt, wenn es sich um sehr kleine Innenabmessungen handelt. Eine Vergrößerung der Kabine zwecks verbesserter Reinigungsmöglichkeit ist nicht von nöten. In Figur 1 sind die Kabinen 1, 1a in Reihe nebeneinander aufgestellt. Bei den Kabinen 1 handelt es sich um eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung, bei der der als bewegliches Element 2 ausgebildete Wandbereich von der der Eingangstür 13 gegenüberliegenden Wand gebildet wird. Der Wandbereich 2 ist an seiner Seite 15 drehbeweglich an der Wand 14 der Kabine 1 befestigt. In der Abbildung sind nur das Toilettenbecken 13 und das Handwaschbecken 4 dargestellt. Durch Verschwenken des Wandbereichs 2 können sämtliche Sanitäreinrichtungen aus dem Kabineninneren verbracht werden. Nach dem Ausschwenken läßt sich die Kabine leicht reinigen.
