Claims (15)

  1. Heating assembly intended to be fitted in a boiler for heating a liquid coolant, said heating assembly comprising:
    - a furnace (4), and
    - a heat-exchanger (1) between a flowing circuit for the gases and the fumes and a flowing circuit for the liquid coolant, constituted at least partly by a mixing chamber (5), the heat exchanger (1) comprising a series of exchanger tubes (2) opening out inside the furnace (4) and outside the chamber (5),
       characterized in that the exchanger (1) is constituted in the form of a carrier body having a barrel (3) fixed by one of its ends to the furnace (4) and, by the other of its ends, to the mixing chamber (5), the barrel (3) containing the exchanger tubes (2) fixed by their base (21), on the furnace and, by their top (22), on the chamber (5) while traversing it.
  2. Heating assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the chamber (5) is offset with respect to the axis of symmetry (S) of the barrel, in order to form, underneath said chamber and in relation to the barrel, a compartment (6) adapted for housing active members.
  3. Heating assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the furnace (4) is constituted of a jacket (8) internally defining the receiving volume of the boiler and of a cover (9) extending the jacket in distant relationship with the latter, so as to define therewith a lamellar volume (V₂) communicating with the inner volume of the barrel.
  4. Heating assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the chamber (5) comprises, on the inside, a tubular extension (11) of the barrel which surrounds the exchanger tubes and allows, with the wall (5₁) of the chamber receiving the tops of the tubes, a passageway (12) permitting a fluid transfer flow in the barrel-to-chamber direction, the extension (11) further comprising openings (13 to ensure a transfer of fluid in the chamber-to-barrel direction.
  5. Heating assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the chamber (5) comprises, on the inside, a flowing coil (18) for domestic hot water.
  6. Heating assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the chamber (5) is connected via connecting tubes with at least one liquid coolant utilization circuit.
  7. Heating assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that the chamber (5) comprises, on the inside, a plate (30) for connecting the tubes, which plate is provided with tappings (31) each one of which extends relatively to a hole (32) provided in the walls of the chamber and is designed to receive a connection tube which cooperates with the corresponding tapping.
  8. Heating boiler, characterized in that it comprises:
    - a heating assembly according to one of claims 1 to 7,
    - an expansion vessel (22) and a circulating pump (24) housed inside the compartment (6) defined by the offsetting of the chamber, and
    - a gas burner (B) carried by the jacket of the furnace.
  9. Method for the production of a heating assembly for a gas-fired boiler, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
    - adapting a barrel (3), by one of its ends, on a furnace (4) provided with orifices,
    - positioning, inside each orifice provided in the furnace, a base (2₁) of an exchanger tube (2) communicating with the furnace (4) and traversing the inner volume of the barrel in order to issue outside the latter,
    - mounting a lower half-shell (5a) on the other end of the barrel,
    - adapting an upper half-shell (5b) on the lower half-shell in order to define a chamber (V₁) which communicates with the inner volume (V) of the shell and positioning, inside each passage provided in the upper half-shell, the top (2₂) of an exchanger tube traversing the chamber in order to communicate with the outside thereof,
    - and assembling the tubes (2) to the upper half-shell (5b) and to the furnace (4) in order to ensure premounting of the heating assembly.
  10. Method according to claim 9, characterized in that it consists in:
    - adapting the barrel (3) on a cover (9) of the furnace extending at a distance from the jacket (8) in order to define therewith a lamellar volume (V₂) which communicates with the inner volume (V) of the barrel, and
    - adapting, on the jacket (8) the bases of the exchanger tubes which open out into the inner volume of the jacket which is designed to receive the boiler.
  11. Method according to claim 10, characterized in that it consists in:
    - placing the cover (9) so that it comes to bear on a flange (8₁) provided on the lower part of the jacket,
    - adapting the shell (3) on a contracted part (9₁) of the upper part of the cover, and
    - mounting the lower half-shell (5a) on a shoulder (3a) provided at the upper part of the barrel.
  12. Method according to claim 9, characterized in that it consists, prior to mounting the lower half-shell on the upper half-shell, in mounting a tubular extension (11) inside the lower half-shell, while surrounding the exchange tubes and defining, in the chamber, an inner volume which communicates, on the one hand, directly with that of the barrel and, on the other hand, with the chamber, via a peripheral passageway (12) created between the top of the extension and the upper half-shell.
  13. Method according to claim 9, characterized in that it consists, prior to mounting the two half-shells, in mounting a coil (18) inside the lower half-shell.
  14. Method according to claim 9, characterized in that it consists in assembling the tubes (2) to the upper half-shell (5a) and to the furnace (4) by mounting, on the bases and on the tops of the tubes, fusible washers (17).
  15. Method according to claims 9 and 11, characterized in that it consists in making a welding between:
    - the cover (9) and the flange (8₁) of the jacket,
    - the barrel (3) and the upper part of the cover (9),
    - the lower half-shell (5a) and the shoulder (3₂) carried by the barrel,
    and
    - the joining edges (5₂) of the lower and upper half-shells.
