Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schussfadenauswahl- und Zuführvorrichtung für Webmaschine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a weft selection and feeding device for a weaving machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
Bekannte Auswählvorrichtungen wie z.B. BE 8800691 oder CH 1285/87 verwenden durch Steuerkurven bewegte Stoss- und Zugelemente an die mittels Elektromagnete Übertragungsorgane, die an Fadenzubringer gekoppelt sind, an- oder abgekuppelt werden. Die für solche Vorrichtungen notwendige Mechanik beinhaltet neben den Steuerkurven eine Vielzahl von Hebeln, Klinken, Federn, Drehpunkte und Magnete. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Gehäuse mit angeflanschtem Elektromotor, vorzugsweise ein Schrittmotor oder DC-Motor. Auf der Motorwelle ist ein Antriebsrad drehfest angeordnet. Unterhalb des Antriebsrades ist ein Umlenkrad am Gehäuse befestigt. Ein Riemen, vorzugsweise ein Zahnriemen, oder eine Rollenkette umschlingt die beiden Räder. An den beiden Riementrums ist je ein Fadenzubringer formschlüssig so befestigt, daß ein Fadenzubringer in der Bereitschaftsstellung ist, während der andere in der Übergabestellung ruht. Müssen die Fadenzubringer ihre Endstellungen wechseln, dreht der elektronisch angesteuerte Motor das Antriebsrad in der entsprechenden Richtung bis die Fadenzubringer ihre Endstellungen vertauscht haben. Die Fadenzubringer verbleiben in ihrer Endstellung so lange, bis mustergemäß ein anderer Schussfaden eingewoben werden muß.The device consists of a housing with a flanged electric motor, preferably a stepper motor or DC motor. Sind mehr als zwei verschiedene Schussfäden für den Webprozeß notwendig, wird die Zuführvorrichtung nur mit einem Fadenzubringer eingesetzt, jedoch für jeden Schussfaden eine Vorrichtung. Es ist aber auch möglich bei mehr als zwei verschiedenen Schussfäden die Zuführvorrichtung mit je zwei Fadenzubringer elektronisch so anzusteuern, daß drei Halte- und Ruhestellungen für die Fadenzubringer entstehen, dadurch für z.B. acht Schussfäden nur vier Zuführvorrichtungen benötigt werden. Bei dieser Mehrfachanordnung von Zuführvorrichtungen ist bei einer Zuführvorrichtung immer ein Fadenzubringer in der Übergabestellung, der andere Fadenzubringer in der Bereitschaftsstellung "Hoch", während die Fadenzubringer der andern Zuführvorrichtung in der Position Bereitschaftsstellung "Mitte", wo sich die Fadenösen kreuzen, verbleiben und keine Schussfäden vom Schussfadeneintragungsorgan mitgenommen werden können. Jeder Fadenzubringer ist entsprechend dem mustergemäßen Steuerprogramm für die Elektomotoren in einer der drei Stellungen und wechseln die Stellungen im Verlauf des Webprozesses.If more than two different weft threads are necessary for the weaving process, the feed device is only used with one thread feeder, but one device for each weft thread. Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung und aus den in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen. In der Zeichnung zeigen:
- Fig. 1 die Schussfadenauswahl- und Zuführvorrichtung mit einem Fadenzubringer in der Übergabestellung und in der Bereitschaftsstellung;
- Fig. 2 die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1, in schematischer Darstellung;
- Fig. 3 beide Fadenzubringer gleichzeitig in einer Bereitschaftsstellung;
- Fig. 4 die Vorrichtung mit parallel zueinander beweglichen, durch den Riemen geführte Fadenzuführer;
- Fig. 5 einen Querschnitt durch das Befestigungselement und zwei Riemen mit Fadenzubringer in der Riemenzugfaser-Ebene.

Während dem Webprozeß werden durch ein Schusseintragorgan 15 Schussfäden 17 von Vorratsspulen 16 abgezogen und in das Webfach eingetragen. Die Auswahl und die Vorlage der Schussfäden 17 erfolgt mustergemäß durch elektronische Ansteuerung des Elektromotors 2, welcher am Gehäuse 1 befestigt ist und auf der Motorwelle 3 ein damit formschlüssig verbundenes Antriebsrad 4 hat. Das Umlenkrad 5 ist drehbar am Gehäuse 1 befestigt und der Achsabstand und die Durchmesserdifferenz von Antriebsrad 4 und Umlenkrad 5 ist so bemessen, daß die verlängert gedachten geraden Riementrums des umschlingenden Riemens 6 sich in der Übergabestellung U schneiden. Am schlupffrei laufenden Riemen 6 sind mittels Befestigungselementen 8 die Fadenzubringer 7,7a angebracht die, geführt durch die Führung 10, parallel zu den Riementrums laufen. Muß mustergemäß der Schußfaden 17a in die Übergabestellung U gebracht werden, wird der Elektromotor 2 entsprechend angesteuert und das Antriebsrad 4 treibt den Riemen 6 an und bewegt den Fadenzubringer 7a mit dem Schussfaden 17a in die Übergabestellung U, während der Fadenzubringer 7 zwangsläufig in die Bereitschaftsstellung B zurück fährt.
