Die Erfindung betrifft Kunststoffdeckel für blasgeformte, stapelbare Spund- und Weithalsfässer.The invention relates to plastic lids for blow molded, stackable bung and wide neck drums.
Bei Spund- und Weithalsfässern werden die Begleitpapiere mit den für den Abnehmer bestimmten Angaben über das Füllgut sowie Liefervorschriften vorzugsweise am Spunddeckel bzw. dem abnehmbaren Deckel befestigt (Siehe GB-A-328079). Kurzinformationen werden mittels Aufklebern unmittelbar am Faßdeckel angebracht. Mehrere Begleitpapiere werden zweckmäßig in eine Kunststoffhülle gesteckt, die auf dem Deckel aufgeklebt wird. Bei Weithalsfässern besteht die Möglichkeit, die Begleitpapiere beizupacken, wobei die Papiere zweckmäßig mit oder ohne Einsteckhülle auf der Deckelinnenseite angebracht werden. Die bekannten Möglichkeiten der Befestigung der Begleitpapiere am Faß und des Beipackens der Papiere sind unbefriedigend. Beim Transport können Aufkleber beschädigt werden, so daß die auf diesen aufgedruckten Informationen über das Füllgut nur noch schwer leserlich oder sogar unleserlich werden, und auf die Deckel aufgeklebte Einsteckhüllen mit den Begleitpapieren können verloren gehen. Die Anbringung der Begleitpapiere auf der Innenseite eines Deckels für Weithalsfässer erfordert ein Öffnen des Fasses, wenn man die Begleitpapiere einsehen will. Dies ist umständlich, wenn das Füllgut erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt verarbeitet wird. Außerdem besteht die Gefahr, daß die Begleitpapiere durch flüssiges Füllgut und vornehmlich durch aggressives, flüssiges Füllgut beschädigt werden. Bei einer Befestigung von Begleitpapieren mittels einer Schrumpffolie am Faßmantel droht ein Verlust der Papiere, wenn die Folie beim Transport der Fässer reißt. Außerdem erfordert die Verwendung von Schrumpffolien für den Hersteller des Füllgutes die Bereitstellung entsprechender Maschinen zum Aufschrumpfen der Folie und verteuert die Rekonditionierung der Fässer durch die notwendige Entfernung von beschädigter Folie vom Faßmantel. Eine weitere Verteuerung rekonditionierter Kunststoffässer ergibt sich durch die ggf. erforderliche Entfernung von Werbeaufklebern bei einem Wechsel des Füllgutes und ggf. bei einem Einsatz rekonditionierter Fässer bei verschiedenen Herstellerfirmen.The known ways of attaching the accompanying papers to the barrel and including the papers are unsatisfactory. Die in den Faßdeckel integrierte Aufbewahrungskammer gewährleistet eine sichere Unterbringung von Warenbegleitpapieren aller Art wie Produktbeschreibungen, Liefervorschriften, Einsatzplänen für das Faß, Informationen zur Rekonditionierung des Fasses, Umweltinformationen und Werbematerial. Ferner kann in der Kammer ein Inliner aus einer Kunststoffolie aufbewahrt werden, der beim Transport und der Lagerung von entsorgungsproblematischen Produkten wie Dispersionen, z.B. Farben, vor dem Füllen des Fasses in den Faßraum eingebracht wird.
