Claims (1)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung und zur Befestigung einer Garnitur auf einem Sitzgestell, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte:
    - Aufbringen auf einem Übertragungsträger (8) eine Schicht (1) aus Harz, welches mit einem Aufschäumsmittel vermischt ist;
    - teilweise Versenken der Decke aus Federn (2) in dieser Schicht;
    - Auslösen der Polymerisation und des Aufschäumens wenigstens teilweise des Harzes, indem die Federn (2) aus der Schicht (1) des so erhaltenen aufgeschäumten Polymers herausstehen gelassen werden;
    - Entfernen des Übertragungsträgers (8);
    - wenn es notwendig ist, Zuschneiden des so erhaltenen Komplexes entsprechend dem gewünschten Profil;
    - gegebenenfalls Informbringen des resultierenden Komplexes in die gewünschte Form;
    - Überziehen der freien Stirnseite des aufgeschäumten Polymers mit einer Deckschicht (3) aus einem Harz, welches geeignet ist, durch Polymerisation ein festes Polymer zu bilden;
    - Verbinden der äußeren Stirnseite der so erhaltenen Deckschicht (3) mit einer biegsamen Folie (4) aus einem dekorativen Material mit der gewünschten Form und Abmessung, die wenigstens zum Teil über die Deckschicht übersteht;
    - Auslösen der Polymerisation dieser Deckschicht (3);
    - Zuschneiden in geeigneter Weise des überstehenden Teils der äußeren biegsamen Überzugsfolie (4) und seitlich Umschlagen dieses überstehenden Teils gegen das Sitzgestell;
    - Verbinden des überstehenden umgeschlagenen Teils mit dem Sitzgestell.
