Claims (10)
- Druckreduzierventil mit Anschlußstück zur Entnahme von Gasen aus einem mit einem Absperrventil (3) ausgerüsteten, transportablen Hochdruckbehälter (1), mit einer Entnahmeanordnung (8), die mit dem Absperrventil (3) verbindbar ist, und einen Körper (9) umfaßt, der zum Teil zwischen dem Absperrventil (3) und einem Auslaß (22) zum Anschluß an einen Verbraucher einen Gaskanal (34, 12, 20, 21) enthält, in welchem sich ein Auslaßventil (11), das zu seiner Betätigung mit einem Handbetätigungsorgan (28) gekuppelt ist, und ein eigenes Druckminderventil (14) befinden, welches in einer Bohrung (17) angeordnet ist, die mit dem Gaskanal stromab des Auslaßventils (11) in Verbindung steht.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung (8) Mittel (28, 26, 35) zur manuellen Betätigung des Ventilorgans (4) des Absperrventils (3) umfaßt.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung (8) einen Träger (10) zur Montage des Körpers (9) auf dem Absperrventil (3) beinhaltet, der einen Durchgang (34) umfaßt, welcher mit dem Auslaßventil (11) in Verbindung steht und eine Druckstange (35) enthält, die in montierter Stellung auf das Ventilorgan (4) des Absperrventils (3) einwirkt.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) ein erstes Ende (31), welches auf dem Absperrventil (3) des Behälters (1) montierbar ist und ein zweites Ende (30), welches in eine Aufnahme (12) des Körpers (9) eingreift und mit der stromauf liegenden Seite des Auslaßventils (11) verbunden ist, umfaßt.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Handbetätigungsorgan ein Handrad (28) ist, dessen Drehung einen Stößel (26) verschiebt, der auf das Auslaßventil (11) einwirkt.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckstange (35) sich zwischen dem Auslaßventil (11) und dem Ventilorgan des Absperrventils befindet.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckminderventil (14) ein Differential-Ventil (14) ist.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (9) eine Überdruck-Sicherheitsvorrichtung (23) umfaßt, die zwischen dem Druckminderventil (14) und dem Auslaß (22) angeordnet ist.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch ein Manometer (36), welches an dem Körper (9) montiert ist und mit der stromauf liegenden Seite des Auslaßventils (11) in Verbindung steht.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein Rückschlagventil (25), das stromauf des Ausgangs des Auslaßes (22) angeordnet ist.
