Abstract

A process is proposed for influencing the structure of fluids crystallising in a container. In this process, an agent which influences the freezing process is applied to the contact surface between the container and the fluid. The process makes it possible to influence the crystallising solidification of a fluid in such a way that the properties of the solidification structure can be adjusted in a controlled manner. <IMAGE>
