Abstract

The device serves for rationalising the laying of bricks for erecting a masonry structure. It consists of a platform (1) which is able to move with the aid of wheels (2) and has a vertical supporting column (3) rotatable about its longitudinal axis. A plurality of jibs (6) angularly offset with respect to one another are arranged on said supporting column and a hoisting rope (9) runs over each jib (6). Each hoisting rope (9) is assigned a rope drum (10) and a drive motor (11). Four jibs (6), each offset by 90 DEG with respect to one another, are advantageously provided on the supporting column (3), and the hoisting ropes (9) carry grippers (13). Separate motors are provided for driving the wheels (2) and for rotating the supporting column (3). Der Antriebsmotor 4 für die Drehbewegung der Tragsäule 3 ist eingeschaltet und programmgesteuert, ebenso die Motoren 11 für die Hubseile 9. Die Fig. 3 zeigt nun jenen Augenblick im Arbeitsablauf, bei welchem das eine - hier linke - Hubseil 9 abgesenkt ist, so daß der Arbeiter 22 mittels des eingefahrenen Greifers 13 einen bevorrateten Mauerstein 23 fassen kann, der zweite Arbeiter 24 auf der Arbeitsbühne 16 löst den zu diesem Zeitpunkt eingefahrenen Mauerstein 25 vom Greifer 13, der durch diesen in seine positionsgerechte Lage auf der Mauersteinreihe abgesetzt ist. Diese Arbeitsbühne ist hinsichtlich ihrer Breite und Länge so bemessen, daß sie zur Gänze innerhalb jenes Hüllkreises liegt, den die abhängenden Seiltrume mit den Greifern beim Betrieb der Einrichtung überfahren, so daß der Arbeiter innerhalb des von den aufgenommenen Mauersteinen überfahrenen Bereiches steht. Die Ausleger 6 können waagrecht auskragen, oder aber auch gegenüber der Horizontalen eine Neigung besitzen. Die Höhe dieser Einrichtung ist auf die normalen und üblichen Stockwerkhöhen abgestellt. Beim beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel wurde erläutert, daß vier Ausleger 6 in kreuzförmiger Anordnung vorgesehen sind. Grundsätzlich wäre es natürlich auch möglich, beispielsweise nur drei Ausleger vorzusehen, die in der beschriebenen Weise ausgebildet und ausgerüstet sind. Nach bisherigen Uberlegungen und Berechnungen und Versuchen sind jedoch vier Ausleger in kreuzförmiger Anordnung als optimale Lösung zu betrachten.
