Claims (8)

  1. Bouchon en matière plastique muni d'une charnière à effet de ressort, constitué d'une partie inférieure (1) et d'un capuchon (2), lesquels sont reliés l'un à l'autre par au moins une première charnière en film (3) et un élément flexible (4) générant l'effet de ressort, lequel est relié à la partie inférieure (1) et au capuchon (2) pour chacun par une autre charnière en film, caractérisé en ce que
    a) la première charnière (3) en film est disposée sur le pourtour ou à l'intérieur de la section transversale de la partie inférieure (1) ou du capuchon (2), et
    b) l'élément flexible (4) présente entre les deux autres charnières en film au moins trois zones partielles à travers lesquelles on peut faire passer au moins une droite qui traverse ces trois zones partielles.
  2. Bouchon en matière plastique muni d'une charnière à effet de ressort selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément flexible (4) est composé de plusieurs zones partielles en forme de L-, de U- ou de V- et procure un mouvement d'extension du type de celui d'un accordéon.
  3. Bouchon en matière plastique muni d'une charnière à effet de ressort selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément flexible (4) est fixé sur la face de couverture (20) du capuchon (2) et sur une paroi latérale (10) de la partie inférieure (1).
  4. Bouchon en matière plastique muni d'une charnière à effet de ressort selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de l'élément flexible (4) est une surface repliée en forme de S.
  5. Bouchon en matière plastique muni d'une charnière à effet de ressort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, à l'état fermé, le capuchon (2) obture hermétiquement un orifice d'écoulement (31) d'un récipient (30).
  6. Bouchon en matière plastique muni d'une charnière à effet de ressort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, à l'état fermé, le capuchon (2) obture hermétiquement un orifice d'écoulement (16) présent dans le bouchon lui-même.
  7. Bouchon en matière plastique muni d'une charnière à effet de ressort selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'élément flexible (4), plié en forme de S, une encoche (40), qui est visible de l'extérieur pour un bouchon dans l'état fermé, apparaît comme étant une encoche pratiquée dans la face de recouvrement (20) du capuchon (2).
  8. Bouchon en matière plastique muni d'une charnière à effet de ressort selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'encoche (40) visible de l'extérieur apparaît dans la face latérale (10) de la partie inférieure (1).
