    c) positioning the post resting by its sole-plate (3) on the where the intermediate plates engaged on the threaded rods (sic.),
    d) proceeding with tightening the nuts (4) on the threaded rods (6), adjusting and correcting the verticality of the post (1).
  2. Method according to Claim 1 hereinabove,
    characterized in that there is positioned, by way of intermediate element, between the foundation block and the sole-plate of the post, a single plate provided with a plurality of openings (10) adapted to engage on each of the threaded rods (6), the distance between axes of said recesses (10) corresponding to the positioning of said threaded rods.
  3. Method according to Claim 2 hereinabove,
    characterized in that a single plate is prepared with a view to being positioned on a foundation block, by way of intermediate element, which plate is shaped so as to be adapted to the shape of the sole-plate (3), in particular square, rectangular or circular, said plate comprising openings positioned to allow passage of the threaded rods and the positioning of the plate in direct contact with the foundation block.
  4. Method according to Claim 3 hereinabove,
    characterized in that the single plate is provided with a central recess for the passage of buried cables or pipes serving the post.
  5. Device for carrying out the method according to one of Claims 1 to 4 hereinabove,
    characterized in that it is constituted by a plate (10) intended to be inserted in intermediate position between a foundation block (2) and a post (1) and this intermediate device is constituted by a plate of compressible material adapted to be positioned on the foundation block, being traversed by the threaded rods to receive the sole-plate of the post.
  6. Device according to Claim 5 hereinabove,
    characterized in that said plate forms a unitary unit comprising a plurality of openings corresponding to the positioning of the threaded rods.
  7. Device according to one of Claims 5 or 6 hereinabove,
    characterized in that said plate is made of natural or synthetic rubber.
  8. Device according to one of Claims 5 to 7 hereinabove,
    characterized in that said plate comprises a central opening to allow passage of buried conduits, cables or pipes serving the post.
  9. Device according to one of Claims 5 to 8 hereinabove,
    characterized in that the plate is provided with a thickness of the order of at least 10 mm.
  10. Device according to one of Claims 5 to 9 hereinabove,
    characterized in that the plate is quadrangular in form. It comprises in each angle an opening for the passage of the service cables, the plate being adapted to the positioning beneath a sole-plate of a post, particularly a lamp post, and above the lower concrete foundation block.
